So you need experiences for Let's Cheer? The game burns calories just fine, but the in game tracker has no relation to how many calories you actually burn for PlayFit. It probably said I had burned 3 times more calories than I had actually burned. Even turning my weight up to max, it was still way over.

The biggest warning is that you will probably end up 100%ing the game before you actually burn the 600 calories required for the 4 game achievement. I ended up completing the game in 3 hours and only burned about 300 calories (using my actual weight). I think it would have taken about 3-4 hours to burn 600 calories at max weight, but I can't say for certain.

I play Zumba Fitness Rush and Just Dance 4.

Zumba Rush is a great game for working out, but it takes some time to get good at it. The "Learning the Steps" part can be a real pain in the ass, so I suggest you just learn them while taking classes. It's three different classes you can play through: Short, Mid-Length and Full-Length.

The game is great for burning calories and losing weight, but it can get a little boring when you've played it for some time.

I love Just Dance 4. I can play this games for hours with both friends and alone. This game also offer a "Just Sweat" mode which is good, but maybe a few classes. They offer Dynamic Fitness Steps \ 80's Pop Music, Latin Dance Practice \ World Music, Cardio Fighting Exercise \ Electro Music, Extreme Training \ Punk Rock Music and Funny Health Conditioning \ Classy Pop Music. You can choose to play any of them for 10 min, 25 min or 45 min.

It's really good for burning calories and losing weight and it's really fun at the same time. The game offer a warm up and a cool down that let's you stretch out after your exercise routine.

I've had these games for around a month and I've lost 13 Ibs.

The dodgeball drill in nike training is a fast and easy way to burn calories.

Does anyone know in Dance Central 2 if you burn more calories by actually participating as opposed to just sitting there and watching?
