No way you can complete this game that fast.
The only reason i post this is because some people don't care for bioshock or it's story i've logged 13 and 22 first playthrough and i know i was meandering around looking at every little thing. there were times i respawned or died because i refused to use a firearm and get possession kills or farm a few combinations. Try for different methods of heartbreaker to confirm it. People have been saying they didn't look for anything saving everything for the 1999 mode, that they completed this game in around 4-6 hours thinking back i can see that possible and in 15 you could easily collect everything. So my guess was that if you did 1999 Right from the start and did in fact get everything that it could be possible for some one way better at shooters than I to finish this game in 10 hours.

if you finish this game in 10 hours you're doing it a disservice.

to my playing thus far i've noticed that if i have the equivalent in my inventory already and i'm picking up the opposite faction piece it says machine gun if say i have the vox repeater. the burst fire has always shown as burst fire on the ground. carbine as carbine . the heater shows as heater the broom shotgun shows as shotgun. pepper mill crank gun is crank gun. most show up as you need them. ill try to catalog what the guns pick up as by name or see if we can split these images to be added to guide

Yeah but we are not speaking of the first person shooter elite, we are talking about casual gamers who are checking your guide first and looking at the Road Map.

Even if you rush through the game in one run which means 1999 mode + collectibles + miscellaneous achievements in 10h, that'd be state of the art japanese speedrun style!

Never mind, it's your guide and I was just pointing out my opinion of a reasonable time. Seeing most of the guides here on this site the authors totally underestimate the total completion time of a game.

no i agree i'm just trying to pool data before i change, i have a small amount of messages suggesting less and some suggesting 30+ so i'm thinking 15-25 is appropriate as i originally had. I changed it because of the response i had saying it was shorter.

Industrial Accident 5
Killed 20 enemies with a Sky-Hook Execution.
Aerial Assassin 5
Killed 20 enemies with a Sky-Line Strike.
Master of Pyrotechnics 5
Killed 20 enemies with the Barnstormer RPG.

More for Your Money 25
Lured 3 enemies into a single Vigor trap 5 times.
Mind Over Matter 10
Killed 20 enemies using Possessed machines.
Bolt From the Blue 25
Killed 5 enemies with a headshot while riding a Sky-Line.

These can easily be obtained in the bull yard. You can even get the 30 kill achievements as long as you already got like 5 done towards it. there are so many enemies there. the enemies just basically stand in place and group together making the trap achievement easy.

Heartbreaker - Easy "Glitch Method"

Found out that you can go up to the balcony during the handyman battle, and he'll get stuck. Leaving him open to easy sniping on any difficulty.

Feel free to explain the method as shown in the video, and include it in the guide!

Handy Men are the larger enemies with Giant mechanical hands at the center of their chest is a open beating visible heart, shooting the heart will do added damage. All damage has to be to his heart, keep Damage Over Time effects off to lower your risk, but you can damage him otherwise until then. The gear upgrade to do more damage to handy men as well as weapon upgrades will vastly help. Don't use any vigors and clear out all other enemies first, if you have an upgrade that has damage effects when enemies attack you, it will also negate this.
You can use the secondary effect of undertow (hold lb and charge undertow) to temporarily paralyze the handyman and get a open shot at the heart. repeat for a total of 5-6 times and you should of killed him. It does work i unlocked the achievement by doing it this way.

Use the undertow vigor by pressing when an enemy is somewhat near or right next to an edge. Undertow does little to no damage so you can rinse and repeat...until he is thrown off the edge.
Much easier method is use Bucking Bronco (lifts them up) then undertow to throw them off Columbia

You can also just melee them to save on vigor, they still go flying.

bucking bronco used with undertow. or bucking bronco then shoot them... just bucking bronco and they float over. undertow and they fall off. charge and they get knocked off. shoot a rocket and the explode off. possibilities are endless i just went with what was easiest to use in case some one didn't upgrade their bucking bronco for length and isn't that great with shooters but ill add something in.

Just a note that the Burstgun, Pistol, Sniper, Hand Cannon, RPG, Machine Gun, and Repeater see to lack power to push enemies once in the air which is odd. Shotguns, Volly Gun, Melee, and Chain Gun have no issue though.

I had no issues with thompson or carbine equivalents. And the hand cannon worked but the volley gun always pushed them down ill assume I aim high pistol never worked though

Another strategy for 'Skeet Shoot' which I found effective was, in the areas where there are skylines and enemies, ride on a skyline and get the enemies following you. Dismount from the skyline, and as the enemies drop off (they dismount very close to you), shoot them, preferably with a shotgun or hand cannon.
However, I'm not sure if it's just melee enemies who follow you on skylines, I think it might be.

For Scavenger Hunt, it's straightforward as in just don't purchase anything from it whatsoever right? Meaning I can possess it, browse through the items being sold, and still gain the achievement?
