Does This Game Have A Stuttering Problem Or...?

Ok, so just for the hell of it I bought Episode 2 today (after having had Episode 1 for a few months), but man, every time there's a combat scene or something the game stutters and freezes up like crazy! Is this just par for the course or is there something wrong with my console? I remember Episode 1 having some issues, but not like this. I probably wouldn't even ask, but I noticed BF3 doing the same thing the last few days, so is this a known issue or no?

I got episode 1 free in the current sale and bought the other 4 at the same time.

Episode one ran smooth but 2 stuttered quite a bit, 3 seems smooth so far and I'm hoping 4 and 5 will be ok.

After this long I'm surprised there's no title update for the games.

What doesn't lag, stutter, freeze, glitch, jitter, and break nowadays? It amazes me that I am able to get out of bed without breaking my legs every morning.
I have moved to PC gaming, so I
won't be on Xbox LIVE anymore.

I found it would stutter the longer I played the game. I installed the disc (I only own the disc) and it stopped for the most part.
