Earthquake/rumbling screen shaking glitch

Hi guys I was really hoping someone would be able to help me out or if anyone else has had the same problem.

I was in Mzinchaleft and while making my way through the ruins I was getting a lot of thundering/screen shaking as it usually does when a dragon or mammoth is nearby. I assumed it was from the machinery in the ruins, but it hasn't stopped. Everywhere I walk now, the screen is shaking like mad and it's really frustrating. Does anyone know how to make this stop? I am pretty sure it was triggered by something in Mzinchaleft.

I know that someone else has described the same issue when going into the Abandoned House in Markarth and that was resolved by speaking to the altar, however that quest has also bugged for me and whenever I enter the house I cannot leave again (the door won't open). I do not think this is related to why my screen has started going crazy.

Any suggestions would be super appreciated. Thanks.

Just in case anyone was wondering or had the same issue, it has now been resolved for me. I gave up and left the game overnight, and when I switched on today it just wasn't doing it anymore. I encountered the same issue again after maybe an hour of gameplay (but I had been more careful to save regularly this time). When it started up shaking and thundering again I loaded my save file, only to find it was still happening. I switched off my 360, did something else for a while, then switched it on again later on. When I played again it had fixed itself again. No idea why that seemed to work but happy it did!

[Sorry for the double post.]
