Joe Danger 2: The Movie is a fun, side scrolling racing game. Your goal is to get through each scene of the movie while pulling stunts and collecting stars. If you have played the first game, then you will be pleased to know that this game is much easier. Even newcomers to the series will find it easy to pick up and play.
Movie Mode(Act 1 & 2):
Start playing through Movie Mode but don't move on to the next level until you have completed all stars (and the Pro Medal if the level has one). This way you will be more familiar with the track and there will be no need to go back an re-play levels for missing stars. You should be able to complete most levels within 2-5 tries and only a couple will take more than 10 tries. As you are playing you will get all the achievements for collecting X number of stars. Once you finish Act 2, switch over to the Deleted Scene mode since you can't start the later Acts without playing these first.
Deleted Scenes(Acts 1 - 5):
The are 5 Acts in the Deleted Scenes and each one has 5 or 6 levels. You will still need to collect all the stars on each level. They are basically the same the Movie Mode levels except there are several Editor levels. These allow you to press Y at any time to go into edit mode and move objects around (so they are really easy). Once you have completed all 5 Deleted Scenes acts will all the stars, you can move back to Movie Mode.
Movie Mode(Acts 3 - 6):
Now that you are back to movie mode, just focus on collecting the stars and get through the remaining acts.
Now that you have successfully collected all the stars and Pro Medals in both Movie Mode and the Deleted Scenes, you should have at most, 9 achievements left. Start by going into Movie Maker and completing the tutorials for 1 achievement. Once that is completed, create a level and upload it, then download and rate a user created level. This will net you 3 more achievements. Now plug in 3 more controllers and complete a Multiplayer race for an achievement. Now just follow the individual guides for the remaining 4 achievements and you will have attained all 400 in no time.
Best Supporting Actor! 5
Finish a four player multiplayer race!
Easy achievement but unfortunately, you will need to have 4 controllers. Simply select "Multiplayer" from the main menu and complete a race with 4 players.
24 Carat Joe! 25
Grab all the Pro Medals!
This is the hardest achievement in the game but don't worry about it too much. There are a total of 30 Pro Medals in the game and you should be able to get at least 20 of them within a couple tries. Pro Medals are awarded for completing all the stars on the level in one go. Luckily, there are a lot of checkpoints to help you out and most of the levels aren't too hard.
Pro League! 15
Grab 5 Pro Medals!
See 24 Carat Joe!...
That's a Wrap! 25
Earn all Deleted Scene stars!
You must complete all the stars on each level in the Deleted Scenes to get this achievement. Pro Medals don't count towards this but you should still try to go for them anyway since there is an achievement for it.
Speed Star! 15
Collect 5 Time stars!
Time stars are the ones where you have a timer in the bottom right of the screen that you need to try to beat. Not to be confused with the other star that requires you to pick up stopwatches to keep the timer up so you don't crash. Win 5 time stars for the acheivement.
Best Director! 10
Complete all the Movie Maker tutorials!
All you need to do is complete the 5 tutorial levels for the achievement. They are the easiest levels in the game since you can press Y to go to into Edit Mode and move objects around.
Rocket Man! 15
Finished the fifth act of Movie Mode!
All you need to do is complete the 6 levels of Act 5 in Movie Mode. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
King of the Swingers! 15
Finished the fourth act of Movie Mode!
All you need to do is complete the 6 levels of Act 4 in Movie Mode. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
I AM the Law! 15
Finished the third act of Movie Mode!
All you need to do is complete the 5 levels of Act 3 in Movie Mode. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Winter is Coming! 15
Finished the second act of Movie Mode!
All you need to do is complete the 5 levels of Act 2 in Movie Mode. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Achieve 6 Combo stars!
A combo star requires you to keep your combo going throughout the entire track. The easiest way to do this is to keep tapping back on the LS just enough to do a small wheelie but not too much. This way you will be able to wheelie underneath the obstacles and not have to worry about tipping over.
Stars in Their Eyes! 15
Achieve 7 Ministar stars!
A Ministar star requires you to collect all the small blue stars in a level. This is probably the easiest of the stars to get since the Ministars are right in your path.
Finish the Dino Cup in Deleted Scenes!
All you need to do is complete the 5 levels of the Dino Cup. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Mr Roboto! 15
Finish the Roboto Cup in Deleted Scenes!
All you need to do is complete the 5 levels of the Roboto Cup. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Lucky Mclucky! 15
Finish the Mclucky Cup in Deleted Scenes!
All you need to do is complete the 6 levels of the Mclucky Cup. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Finish the Totem Cup in Deleted Scenes!
All you need to do is complete the 6 levels of the Totem Cup. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.
Cupcake King! 15
Finish the Cupcake Cup in Deleted Scenes!
All you need to do is complete the 5 levels of the Cupcake Cup. You don't need to win all the stars but you might as well since there is another achievement for it.

Action Hero! 25
Earn all Movie Mode stars!
You must complete all the stars on each level in Movie Mode to get this achievement. Pro Medals don't count towards this but you should still try to go for them anyway since there is an achievement for it.
Five Star! 20
Grab five stars in one run!
The first opportunity to get this achievement is on 6th level Act 4. You will need to complete all the stars in the one go.
Movie Buff! 5
Receive a level
Select "Movie Maker" from the main menu and complete the tutorials (which unlocks Rocket Man!). Now just go and download any one of the tracks for the achievement. If you play the track, then you can also rate it afterwards for the Movie Critic! achievement.
Talent Spotter! 15
Collect 3 hidden stars
Hidden stars are not very hidden. Its usually obvious where one is going to be and sometimes they will even show you during the intro video for the level. The sad part about this game is that as you progress farther in the game, they keep reusing the same sections of tracks which includes where the hidden stars are located.
Movie Maker! 5
Upload a level
Select "Movie Maker" from the main menu and complete the tutorials (while will unlock Rocket Man!). Now you can pick an environment and bike to start creating a track. Immediately pause it and select "Save and Restart". Now quit out of the map and get back to menus. You will now see an option to press X on your created track to upload it.
First Day on Set! 5
Finished your second level
Unlocked after you complete the 2nd level in Movie Mode.
Quick Change! 5
Change a vehicle mid level!
While playing through Movie Mode, this achievement is impossible to miss. The first level with vehicle changes is on the 3rd Level of Act 2.
Most Determined! 10
Complete a level after crashing 50 times!
Don't bother trying for this achievement until after you beat the game since you might get it "legit". But if you didn't get it while playing, the easiest way would be on a level with the unicycle since you can just keep tipping over and then hitting restart. Once you are sure you have made 50 restarts, just finish the level.
Spring Roll! 10
Bounce off a spring after death!
This achievement doesn't unlock until you finish the level. You might get this while playing through the game but I found it easiest to do on the Act 5 level "Kill Chill" where the helicopter is shooting at you. All you need to do is let the rockets hit you while you are driving toward a spring board and you should slide into it. Then just finish the level.
Rising Star! 10
Complete a level after coming off your vehicle
You might get this while playing through the game, but it will be easiest to do on a level that has the pterodactyl or helicopter shooting at you. Slow down before the finish line and time it right so you get blown up crossing the line.
Monkey Business! 15
Collect 4 Banana stars!
A Banana star requires you collect all the bananas in a level. First you need to find a stack of the 3 bananas floating somewhere. Then this triggers a countdown and you only have so much time to collect the remaining bananas.
Achieve a 40x Combo!
This achievement doesn't unlock until you complete the level. This is easy to do on the level where you need to smash the van that is driving down the street. Just drive really slow, alternating back and forth between wheelies and endos. Once you get over 40x, just finish the track. It doesn't matter if you lose your combo after you get over 40 and it should still unlock even if you crash and have to start over.
Film Critic! 5
"Like" a level in the Movie Maker!
After downloading and playing a level, you can press X on the level select screen to "Like" a level for a free 5g.

achievement dificulty of 3/10 isnt right for this game with the pro medals, i would say at least 5 or 6/10 i think that should be edited into the guide...

I just wanted to add that I also think that a 3/10 difficulty rating is definitely too low. When I see a 3/10, I think it should be a game that I can complete with little to no effort, and that is simply not the case with this game. It is by no means super difficult, but I think a 5/10 or 6/10 would be more appropriate. There are several levels that require multiple precise jumps and ducks that need to be executed perfectly or else you need to restart.
Also, 6-8 hours seems too low. Perhaps a little closer to 12 hours would be more accurate for me.

I haven't checked this thread since I first created it, but compared to the first Joe Danger (which has a 6/10), this one is much easier. Maybe it just feels easier since I was familiar with the gameplay but if you played the first, this is most definitely a 3/10.
I have been slowing down at going for achievements and rarely finish a game in one sitting anymore. But this game was one of the few times in the past 6 months that I have.
My first achievement was on Sun, 28 Oct 2012 16:50:59 GMT and my last was on Mon, 29 Oct 2012 00:06:41 GMT.
So I only played the game for 5 hours and 16 minutes.
Anyway, I made a note for the time required but I am not going to change the difficulty. Several levels are going to take a multiple attempts, but I wouldn't say they are hard by any means.

I completed all the normal achievements yesterday (minus the DLC) and agree with everyone (except the guide maker) about the difficulty and times listed in the guide. They are wayyyy too low. I would give the game a 5 or 6 for difficulty. If the original is a 6 and this one is slightly easier then let's say this is a 5. It took me 19 hours of playing according to Raptr so I think the time at 15-20 hours would be appropriate too. It seems like the guide creator was an exception to the rule and ridiculously good at the game so their experience may not be the best to judge those two stats on.
With that said I'm excited for the DLC and may pick it up at full price. My hand is cramped from playing the game so much this week so I need a break.
