Achievement time and difficulty?

How much time is involved in this game and how how difficult is it? Im just wondering cause I need something to get me through for a few days while I wait on a couple games to come out.

The game is quite easy to be honest but some of the achievements can be time consuming. According to raptr I played the game for 29 hours but that's with all the dlc and 100% completion so it's not to bad considering its a total of 1400g.
Plus I really enjoyed the game as it was different.

I think I finished all 1400g in about 35-40 hours or so. It's not a very time consuming game.

Yeah I am on the third disc w/~400gs and have been following the guide on these forums. They are damn near perfect and it looks like a majority of the achievements will pop up on the last few cases.

Only pain in the ass achievement I see so far is driving every type of car in town. Theres almost 100 different types. That will probably be my last achievement for this game.

I was just looking at this game in the used section, but passed, perhaps I will go back and get it now... Looks like it might be fun, and if the 100% is'nt too difficult, all the better.

Took me slightly longer that others here - but I loved the game, as has been said - it's a little different. The car thing took me ages, but that trick in the forums where you look at the car you need in the gallery and then the magically appear in the world actually worked! I was amazed - and it cut down my time a fair bit

My progress was on par with others here, with a total of 48 hours of play time. Some of that was focused on replaying a few cases to see if I would get different results. This was the first game I really focused on getting 100%.
