TakahashiDemon
How comes there's no option for an Unlimited amount of continues? when I die, like gameover it doesn't even keep track of what level my character got too?
Beardyboo
Is there not an option in options? I am sure the original Saturn version had unlimted continues (not that I needed them) I will have a look when I get home from work.
Saracin
They changed it a bit since then. The whole menu system is brand new, so if there's a debug menu, or cheat options, they either require a new way of accessing them or otherwise don't exist any longer. And I did play on both Original and Remix, my level didn't keep, but I could swear that was a feature of the original, but I haven't played it in years, so my mind could be fuzzy or something. But to be sure, make sure you play in original mode, since if it's still a feature it might only be there. ssgoku2425
in the original you never kept your stats. new game= start from scratch.
Saracin
Damn, why did I think that then. Maybe because of the damn Debug menu. Just checked and if you had it on your characters started at level 200 lol. Of course I know I didn't use this until later playthroughs. Oh well, guess we'll be doing this the old fashioned way lol

Nope there is none, I looked and I don't see that dip switches option you said about either in your thread.
ssgoku2425
i believe to unlock the characters you have to do it on hard. sword han, sky spirit, super zur and valgar in white. Edited October 12, 2011 by ssgoku2425
hyourinnmaru
i unlocked valgar on white, but on sega saturn, you unlock undead warrior for completing the game on hard right? i did that but he isn't unlocked
ssgoku2425
now that i don't remember lol. but if you have beaten it on hard, and he hasn't unlocked there may be a different way of doing it. guess we will do it the old school way. maybe view all endings or take all the diffrerent paths. i know played the shit outta this game when i was younger so i can't say for sure. since you beat on hard what character do u suggest? BenWo
To get 99 Lives just start the game on easy and quit straight back out then start a new game... Old Saturn trick still works!

dill icioius
i gave up on Normal mode, tried Easy mode and i have 98 continues i'm not trying to bash here, but you shouldn't give up. normal isn't much of a challenge, especially if you farm bodies for xp. admittedly i've been playing this game for a long time, but if you team up with someone you should be able to blaze through without too much trouble
waxc3
Nah. I played normal a few times and enjoyed it, then went to easy and beat story mode once. I feel done with the game unless one of my friends want to coop it. Then I went back to crysis
