Yes, make sure to get "Marble Blast Ultra" from GameStop ($4.99) as soon as possible since they will soon stopp selling codes for this Xbox Live Arcade game. I can confirm that the GameStop codes are still working. They can only be redeemed on US accounts.

I think the only way to 100% this game is to find someone who has the game and all the dlc. Then send them your profile file and have them get all the DLC Achievements. I think sending your profile to someone is safer then sending your e-mail address and password to someone. Just remember not to log into live until you get your profile back. But then you have to make sure you trust the person who your doing this with. I bought the Game and DLC when it first came out. I'm glad I never waited. I finally just got all the achievements in this game today. I haven`t played this game since 2008. Only took me 3 year to 100% this game. LOL. I have 68 Complete games now.

I actually just purchased & downloaded this successfully from gamestop a couple weeks back (http://www.gamestop.com/xbox-360/games/marble-blast-ultra-dlc/87596). As far as the DLC goes, i dont think that will be available unless you previously downloaded it.

For those who have owned this in the past, i would suggest going to https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Download/History, from there you can re-download anything you have purchased. Hope this helps.

Also... if you already own the game (or any of the DLC), and you want to be able to play it offline (or let a guest play with her or his own account)... you'll need to transfer the license to the console it is to be played on.

I suppose if I ever want to get the DLC for this game that I don't yet have (I only got the free one when I saw it available 3 years ago)... I'm going to have to contact the two companies that seem to have joint ownership of the game license, and either have them make an agreement for sharing the profits (and re-release the game and DLC), or getting one of them to release their stake in it!

On a different note...

I'm still working on getting the Midway Games library back into the hands of a company that will publish it once again!! I'm sure there's scores of people who wish they got: Gauntlet, Joust, Robotron, Smash TV, Root Beer Tapper, Paperboy, Defender. I'm not sure if there were more... those are the only ones I'm aware of (and I only got the first three, that I listed).
