TJ Cezanne
I watched a friend play BioShock on his PS3 for a couple hours. He used video commentary/guides from youtube so he could scout out the frightening parts in advance before he actually played it. He'd switch back and forth between the video and the game, watch about 3min of the video, then play the game until that point. Probably took him double what any other person would take to complete the game, but hey, at least this way he didn't crap his pants at some parts I know BioShock can be frightening to some, and I'm pretty hesitant on playing it (not a fan of scary games, I usually just go for RPGs). Anyone know if there's a compiled list of moments to watch out for? I already know about the dentist scene and cement (?) splicers. Wish there was a map with locations of frightening moments I'm looking forward to BioShock Infinite, and I've always heard was a BioShock must-play. It'd be a pretty big achievement (get it? ) for me, personally, if I can actually make it through haha.
mcnichoj
Experiencing fear is how you know you're alive. Watching videos is a great way of ruining one of the top five games this gen. One of the best of all time. That said... DON'T GO DOWN THE HALL FILLED WITH WATER! I WARNED YOU ABOUT THE WATER BRO, I WARNED YOU!
SpiralGamerpro
I don't use video guides to make a game less scary. I use this thing called brightness sliders.
