Guest Scotty
http://gfxuploader.com/images/kdu1s6oai2mn4onq849i.jpg Huge thanks to Rajeanero for the banner. Overview -Estimated achievement difficulty: 6/10 -Offline: 50/50 (1000:gsicon:) -Online: 0/50 -Approximate amount of time to 1000:gsicon:: 35-50 Hours -Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 4/2 (3 for Silent Assassin, but you can do just 1 full playthrough, provided that you start on professional, more details in step 1 and 1 playthrough for Contracts, as the difficulty achievements do stack) -Number of missable achievements: None (Mission Select) -Do cheat codes disable achievements?: No cheats -Does difficulty affect achievements?: Yes -Glitchy achievements: Yes (Difficulty achievements in Silent Assassin may or may not stack, depends on luck. Weapon collection achievements can also be glitchy, which ones and how many of them is seemingly random, No fix as of yet) -Unobtainable achievements: None -Extra equipment needed?: None Introduction So its finally here. A game that hardcore fans and casual gamers alike have been waiting for. Hitman Hd Trilogy, features 3 past Hitman games (Silent Assassin, Contracts and Bloodmoney) with a new set of achievements that can be earned through playing Silent Assassin and Contracts. This trilogy does not come with new achievements for Blood Money. You can still earn the achievements from Hitman: Blood Money, which is included in the trilogy, but has no new achievements of its own. The achievements from Blood Money can only be earned once however, so if you have already unlocked them, then you can only get the newly added 1000:gsicon: The achievements for the 2 games, Silent Assassin and Contracts, are very similar to each other, so you will almost be earning the same achievements twice, but for 2 different games. The difficulty achievements for Silent Assassin are reportedly glitchy and may or may not stack. This is entirely down to random chance and no fix is currently known. The difficulty achievements in Contracts do stack and thus only 1 playthrough is required. To make things easier to find while playing each game, follow the key below. Hitman 2: Silent Assassin achievements will be GREEN Hitman: Contract achievements will be BLUE Step 1: Hitman 2: Silent Assassin You should start by playing Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, as this is the earliest of the games, so you may as well play them in order. The achievements for completing the game on the different difficulties are reportedly glitchy and they may stack, but it isn't very likely. You can choose to complete the game 3 times, once on each difficulty and the achievements will unlock, but there is a workaround. If you play through the game for the first time on professional difficulty, after completing the last mission and making your post-game save, you will be returned to the main menu. From here you should proceed to load up the post-game save that you just created and a list of all of the missions will appear. Select the final mission and complete it again and the 'Expert' difficulty achievement should unlock. Repeat this step again to unlock the 'Normal' difficulty achievement. There are only 3 achievements that you are guaranteed to unlock just by playing through the game, which are, '1st Mission Complete', 'Normal/Expert/Professional mode complete' and '1st Kill', worth a grand total of 30:gsicon:. None of the achievements are missable, however, as you can use the mission select feature to choose any level you may have unlocked. Step 2: Hitman: Contracts After completing Silent Assassin, you can now proceed with Hitman: Contracts. The achievement list is almost identical, but for the secret achievements and some of the miscellaneous achievements. I would recommend that you start on professional difficulty, as you should now be familiar with the game mechanics. The difficulty achievements do stack, so you may as well start on professional to save yourself playing the game 3 times through, but of course this is your choice. None of the achievements are missable as you can use the mission select feature to choose any mission that you want to play again. Step 3: Hitman: Blood Money As previously mentioned, there are no new achievements introduced for Hitman: Blood Money, but you can earn the original 1000:gsicon: that came with the original Blood Money when it was released in 2006. You cannot earn the achievements from Blood Money twice, so if you have already unlocked them, then there are no achievements for you to unlock beyond the new 1000:gsicon: for Silent Assassin and Contracts. Though they are not new and thus will not be outlined within this achievement guide, i will provide a link within this step of the roadmap, for those who have yet to earn them and are interested in doing so. Hitman: Blood Money Achievement Guide Conclusion A relatively easy 1000:gsicon: coming from possibly the best and most anticipated HD collection yet! I would suggest that you take your time to learn each game on normal, before attempting expert or professional as this will make the higher difficulties more manageable to complete. It is always useful to have a walkthrough handy, just in case you get stuck. No achievements are missable, as you can use the mission select feature to retry any mission you have so far beaten and your new score on that mission will be recorded, so getting silent assassin rating on any mission will over write the mass murder rating you got the first time around. Guest Scotty
Silent Assassin Achievements http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/-k4B7A==.jpg1st mission complete 10:gsicon: Silent Assassin: You completed the first mission on any difficulty level Story related, can't be missed. This achievement is obtained by completing the first mission 'Anathema'. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/-G8IWQ==.jpgSilent Assassin 10:gsicon: Silent Assassin: A Silent Assassin rating has been awarded See "5 Professional Silent Assassins" achievement description. Here is a video, with links to every level being completed with a silent assassin rating, courtesy of deathmule; [ame= ] [/ame] http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/-Y-wyg==.jpg5 Normal Silent Assassins 15:gsicon: Silent Assassin: 5 Silent Assassin ratings awarded on Normal difficulty See "5 Professional Silent Assassins" achievement description. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/+C0bMw==.jpg5 Expert Silent Assassins 15:gsicon: Silent Assassin: 5 Silent Assassin ratings awarded on the Expert difficulty See "5 Professional Silent Assassins" achievement description. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/+c3joA==.jpg5 Professional Silent Assassins 45:gsicon: Silent Assassin: 5 Silent Assassin ratings awarded on the Professional difficulty Silent Assassin is the highest rating you can receive at the end of a mission and you can earn it by being the perfect assassin. Things to consider when trying to get a silent assassin rating are how many people were killed, as only your targets should be killed. Also, how stealthily you carried yourself throughout the mission, for instance, not being caught in a disguise or a restricted area. Killing civilians and police is completely unacceptable as is killing guards and patrolling enemies. You should try to avoid all contact with people during the missions and only kill your target. You should only kill in a stealthy fashion too, shooting someone, even with a silenced weapon, will void the silent assassin rating. You should try to make kills look like an accident by exploring the possibilities of how you can kill your targets. You will be able to see what your score is at the end of your mission. You can have at worst, 1 'alert' OR a 'no target killed' in your performance statistics and you can still attain a silent assassin rating. These ''5 Silent Assassin ratings'' achievements are stackable, so getting 5 Silent Assassin ratings on professional will unlock the lower difficulty achievements, too. You can obtain this achievement, by replaying the first mission 5 times and getting the silent assassin rating each time, if you want to get it very easily. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/++zqFQ==.jpgNormal mode complete 10:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Completed normal difficulty Story related, can't be missed. Simply complete the game on Normal difficulty. The difficulty achievements may or may not stack, as they are glitchy. Whether they do or not is purely down to luck at this time. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/+gwShg==.jpgExpert mode complete 15:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Completed expert difficulty Story related, can't be missed. Simply complete the game on Expert difficulty. The difficulty achievements may or may not stack, as they are glitchy. Whether they do or not is purely down to luck at this time. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/+SsGiA==.jpgProfessional mode complete 45:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Completed Professional difficulty Story related, can't be missed. The achievements for the difficulties may or may not stack, as they are glitchy, but you can obtain them all in 1 full playthrough, plus completing the final mission 2 more times, by using the method outlined in step 1 of the roadmap, above. This is the hardest difficulty mode and you will likely be restarting your missions frequently. Using a walkthrough will help out and should shorten your play time if you know what to do ahead of time. Simply complete the game on professional difficulty, to unlock this achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/+Mv+Gw==.jpgAll firearms collected 45:gsicon: Silent Assassin: All firearms collected and displayed in the Hideout To obtain this achievement, you must find and collect all of the firearm weapons within the game. This includes all weapons that are classed as firearms, such as guns and explosives. You do not need to obtain all of the melee weapons for this achievement. You must pick the weapons up and keep them in your inventory and then proceed to finish the mission with the weapons still in your possession, for them to be classed as 'collected'. You will find a list of all weapons and their location in the following weapon specific achievement descriptions, below. The only set of weapons that do not have their own achievement are the SMG's, so i will list them here as they are required for this achievement. SMG-SD6 The SMG-SD6 can be found during 4 different missions, which are 'Hidden Valley', 'At The Gates' and 'Shogun Showdown' being carried by ninja's, as well as being inside the guard room during the mission 'Shogun Showdown'. Uzi The Uzi can only be found during 1 mission 'Terminal Hospitality' and it is carried by some of the guards near the dock area. You can also find 1 in a hut on the same mission, along with some ammunition. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/++Shtw==.jpgAll melee weapons collected 15:gsicon: Silent Assassin: All melee weapons collected and displayed in the Hideout For this achievement, you must find and collect all of the melee weapons within the game. You must pick each one up and keep it your inventory until you finish the level. You cannot just pick it up then drop it, as this will not count as being 'collected'.There are 6 melee weapons that you need to collect and their name along with their possible locations are as follows; Katana The Katana can be found during 2 missions. These are 'At The Gates' and 'Shogun Showdown'. They are carried by Black ninja's during 'At The Gates' inside the castle walls and are also carried by some of the ninja's inside the museum and a target, Masahiro Hayamoto during 'Shogun Showdown'. You will find the Kitchen Knife in the parcel that you find during 'The Gontranno Sanctuary', in the kitchen during 'Anathema', in the lower levels of the building were the chef is during 'Invitation To A Party' and in the room with the fugu fish during 'Tracking Hayamoto'. Fire Axe The Fire Axe can be found during 2 different missions, which are, 'Basement Killing' and 'The Graveyard Shift'. During 'Basement Killing', you will find the Fire Axe inside the firemens' dressing room and you will find one inside the eastern guard room during 'The Graveyard Shift'. Golf Club The Golf Club can only be found during one mission, which is, 'Anathema' and it is carried by Giuseppe Guillani, one of your targets. Combat Knife The Combat Knife can only be found during one mission, which is, 'Tubeway Torpedo' and it is carried by Mikhail Bardachenko, one of your targets. Scalpel The Scalpel can only be found during one mission, which is, 'Terminal Hospitality' and can be found within one of several rooms in the basement. The Fiber Wire and the Anesthetic are also classed as melee weapons, but you will begin missions with them already in your inventory, so there is no need to 'find' them. Collect all of these and the achievement is yours. Edited March 5, 2013 by Scotty

Guest Scotty
Secret Achievements - Silent Assassin http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-yepN8=.jpgSamurai Gaijin 15:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Obtained a katana from a ninja You will find ninja's during 2 different missions, which are 'At The Gates' and 'Shogun Showdown'. To obtain the Katana, you must kill a ninja, then pick it up off the floor, next to their now dead body. You can also pick up a katana from a rack within the museum and the achievement will unlock. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-1+XEw=.jpgCall the caddy 45:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Killed 18 people using the golf club You can only find the Golf Club during 1 mission, which is 'Anathema' and it is available in 2 separate locations. You can get it from Giuseppe Guillani, who you must kill to take it from, or alternatively, you can find another golf club in a bedroom near where the target is, leaning against a set of drawers. When it is in your possession, you must proceed to kill 18 people with it. It is strongly recommended to attempt this on an easy difficulty, as you will be trying to kill armed guards with it, who will not hesitate to shoot you. The 18 kills is cumulative, so you can get this by getting 10 kills, then playing the mission again and getting 8 kills, etc. The kills will only count if you finish the mission though. If you quit out or restart the mission, they will not count. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-9fVfk=.jpgHumanist 20:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Successfully used anesthetic You will start 2 different missions with the Anesthetic in your inventory, 'Anathema' and 'Invitation To A Party'. You must sneak up to your target of choice with the Anesthetic equipped and press to use it. You will know it has been successful, as you will smother your target with a cloth and they will be taken to the floor unconscious. You must be behind your target and in sneak mode, or else you cannot use the Anesthetic. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-6-rWo=.jpgJack the Ripper 20:gsicon: Silent Assassin: Killed using all three knives: scalpel, kitchen and combat knife This achievement will be earned over at least 3 different missions, as none of these 3 knives can be found on the same mission. The Kitchen Knife can be found during 4 different missions, 'The Gontranno Sanctuary', inside a parcel that you find, 'Anathema', in the kitchen, 'Invitation To A Party', in the lower levels of the building where the chef is and 'Tracking Hayamoto', in the room where the fugu fish can be found. To unlock this achievement, you must kill an enemy with each of the 3 knives, after obtaining them. Sneaking behind them, or maniacally slashing away at them will suffice. The requirements to achieve this rating, differ slightly from the previous game, but the principle is the same, be the perfect assassin. To achieve the silent assassin rating, you need to complete your mission without having your cover blown and without there being any witnesses to your actions. Also, you cannot be caught on a security camera, unless you manage to acquire the tape that you have been recorded on. No-one can be injured or killed except your target, unless it was an 'accident'. On expert and professional difficulty, all of the previous stipulations must be followed, but there are more with it being a harder difficulty. On expert and professional, you also cannot leave any evidence behind, which is basically your suit if you change disguise and any custom weapons that you take with you must also be retrieved. Also, no bodies may be found, so anyone you kill, which should only be your target, must be hidden unless the kill was an accident. These ''5 Silent Assassin ratings'' achievements are stackable, so getting 5 Silent Assassin ratings on professional will unlock the lower difficulty achievements, too. You can get a silent assassin rating on the same mission, 5 times and you will still get the achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-jU-Bc=.jpgNormal Mode Complete 10:gsicon: Contracts: Completed normal difficulty Story related, can't be missed. The achievements for the difficulties DO stack. Completing the game on Professional will also unlock all of the other achievements below it if they are not unlocked. This is the hardest difficulty mode and you will likely be restarting your missions frequently. Using a walkthrough will help out and should shorten your play time if you know what to do ahead of time. Simply complete the game on Professional difficulty, to unlock this achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-jvjqk=.jpgAll firearms collected 45:gsicon: Contracts: All firearms collected and displayed in the training room To unlock this achievement you must collect and have on display every firearm weapon in the game. To have a weapon count as collected and be on display in your training room, you must pick it up during a mission and complete the mission with the weapon still in your inventory. If you drop the weapon at any point and fail to pick it back up, you will not have collected it and will have to restart the mission to acquire it. Below is a video, showing you where every weapon in the game is located; [ame= ] [/ame] Credit to Youtube User 'Sulig89' for this very comprehensive video. As there is no SMG specific achievement, i will list them here along with where you can find them, as they will be required for this achievement, but all of the other firearms will be listed under their own achievement description. There are 7 SMG's that need to be obtained. Their names and locations are as follows; Micro Uzi - Single There are 3 variations of this weapon. The first is the single suppressed version and it is found throughout the game being carried by various enemies. Micro Uzi - Single, Supressed You can find this weapon in the basement in a room with 2 guards during the mission, 'The Lee Hong Assassination'. Micro Uzi - Dual-Wielded The dual-wielded version is attained after completing the mission 'The Meat King's Party' with a silent assassin rating Micro Uzi - Dual-Wielded, Supressed The dual-wielded suppressed version is attained after completing the mission 'The Lee Hong Assassination' with a silent assassin rating. Heckler & Koch MP5 The MP5 can only be found during 1 mission, 'Hunter and Hunted' and is carried by SWAT members. You just need to end someones life and the achievement will unlock. You can't miss this as you need to kill people to finish your missions. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-5qcV4=.jpg47 Kills in a mission 45:gsicon: Contracts: A mission has been completed with precisely 47 kills To unlock this achievement, you need to finish a level with exactly 47 kills. A good mission to obtain this achievement is 'The Meat King's Party', as there are in excess of 60 people throughout this mission. Everyone that you can kill, including civilians, police, enemies and targets all count towards this. You should keep a mental count of how many people you kill, as there is no counter during the mission. After you have killed 47 people, proceed to complete the mission, remembering that you cannot kill anyone else after killing your 47th victim. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-1FLvI=.jpgHeadshot 15:gsicon: Contracts: A successful headshot has been performed To unlock this achievement, you need to shoot someone in the head. This could be in a vial, or as is most common, rat poison. To poison someone, you need to administer the poisonous substance to something that the target will then eat or drink. An easy place to unlock this achievement is during the mission 'Bjarkhov Bomb'. by applying the laxatives to the soup that Fabian Fuchs, subsequently eats. The laxative bottle is in the kitchen of the mess hall, you should apply it to the pot cooking on the stove when no-one is looking. As soon as he eats the soup, the achievement will unlock. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-smNC0=.jpgFirey Fire 15:gsicon: Contracts: You used explosives on a victim To use explosives on someone, you need to apply the explosive to a vehicle during the missions; 'Slaying a Dragon', 'The Wang Fou Incident' and 'The Bjarkhov Bomb', then remotely detonate it when someone gets in. You can also apply the remote explosives to a ship during 'The Bjarkhov Bomb' and sink it. Additionally, during 'Beldingford Manor', you can drop a gasoline can down the chimney, as this will also act as an explosive. Kill someone with one of these methods and the achievement is yours. Guest Scotty
Secret Achievements - Contracts http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-rGzL4=.jpgDouble Eagle 10:gsicon: Contracts: You picked up the Gold Desert Eagle Dual The Gold Desert Eagle is a new weapon introduced in contracts, and 1 of them can be found during a few missions. These are singular, however and you cannot simply find 2 for this achievement, you must find the specific 'Dual Gold Desert Eagles'. You will find the dual gold desert eagles during the mission 'Asylum Aftermath', but first you need to acquire a key card on the ninth mission 'The Wang Fou Incident', which can be found on Lee Hong's desk. To get the key card, you need to travel to the mansion, but there is no map of the mansion or the sewer, so will need to try and remember the way from using the maps in the second to last mission 'The Lee Hong Assassination', which is in the same area and has all of the maps. You need to make your way to the elevator in the restaurant which will take you to the sewers. Then you need to navigate the sewers, to the other end where there will be another elevator, that will take you to the mansion. When in the mansion, you need to find the staircase that leads up to the second floor and to where Lee Hong's office is. After acquiring the key card, you need to return to the mission 'Asylum Aftermath' and you will need to find your way to a cryo lab. The best way to find this is to follow the green escape route on the map, then when you reach a passageway with a short staircase, you will find the lab at the bottom of these stairs. The dual gold desert eagles are just behind the door, that you need the key card to unlock. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-jnxQs=.jpgMinigun 10:gsicon: Contracts: You picked up the minigun To unlock this achievement, you need to find and then pick up the Mini Gun, which can be found during the mission 'Asylum Aftermath', but can only be found after having completed the game at least once. After finding the key card already mentioned above, in Lee Hong's office, you will need to reload the first mission, where you will find the Mini Gun being wielded by a patient behind a locked door. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-+Aj3g=.jpgFloater 10:gsicon: Contracts: You drowned someone You can earn this achievement during the mission 'Traditions of the Trade', where there will be a man in a swimming pool, that you can sneak up to and drown. To do this, you must be in sneak mode, or else he will notice you, then when you are close enough, using the fiber wire, press and a short cut-scene will play, showing you drowning him. After this cut-scene, the achievement will unlock. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-5gd+s=.jpgTermination 45:gsicon: Contracts: You retrieved the SPAS-12 from the florist To unlock this achievement, you will need to find the florist during the mission 'Traditions of the Trade'. You will find the gun inside a flower box and upon retrieving it from the box, the achievement will unlock. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2540/5-xBfl4=.jpgGhost Buster 45:gsicon: Contracts: You killed the ghost To unlock this achievement, you will need to find and kill the ghost during the mission 'Traditions of the Trade'. You will find the ghost in the long corridor that leads to the crime scene room. You will know which corridor it is, as there are 4 open windows with their curtains blowing around, eerily. You will need to get to the corridor quickly, in order to see the ghost. If you happen to miss it, or it doesn't show at all, you can simply run back out of the closed wing, then turn around and run back to the corridor to try again. The only way to kill the ghost is with the fiber wire. You need to be behind it as it turns, in the corridor and quickly press to kill it with the fiber wire. Nozza
Isn't it worth moving the secret achievement list you've made and merging them with the actually specific game posts? Will just be a little tedious scrolling up/down the page between them all just to make sure you have skipped/missed any. May also be helpful when you've got the roadmap done, is to add a link to the Blood Money Achievement Guide. Even though this HD collection does not come with any BM achievements listed, the seperate disc itself does have the original games 1K list. Kind of like what ODST did when it was released. So in theory, the whole game combined will have a total of 2,000:gsicon: if you've never played BM before. If you have then you'll have less depending on what you've unlocked in the past. I think explaining something like this in the roadmap should help clear up any confusion. 2 full games for the price of 1. Tyger7
The Bloodmoney game has it's own 1000. You can note that, but I would not say the game has 2000. They just threw in Bloodmoney to make it a collection. I would stick to it being 1000 for the two games on one disc plus as a bonus you get Bloodmoney. Having all 1000 in the first disc will count as a completion. Having 1000 in Bloodmoney will be it's own completion.

Annalie
For the Golf club achievement, does it have to be 18 people at once? or can i kill a few with it and then load it up again. it seems like that would be everyone in the level.

Hello my friend, I confirmed that how I got achievement is I kill some in first mission then complete it then replay this mission to get counts add to 18 kills with this GOLF. restart missions, died to menu to choose restart mission or load save game and load a saved wouldn't counts it as long as you complete mission to save counts. That all you have to do. This how I got when I kill few in first mission then restart mission it wouldn't counts so do reload a saved same. So best complete mission with kills saved then do mission again by replay it until you receive cheevo. I am sure other kills achievements do same. COMPLETE MISSION and SAVE KILL COUNTS AND ON AND ON. Tyger7
Can anyone tell me if the layout for the walkthrough I started is helpful at all? I need to know if it is a good improvement over like gamefaqs, ign, etc. If it doesn't really add anything of value I would love to know. This way I can change it or stop writing it all together. It takes a lot of time to build it so I don't want to invest time in it for nothing Edit: I have done an overhaul on your format, using color coding to make things easier to spot depending on the game you are playing. I also have managed the descriptions of stackable achievements. When talking about headshots, killing people, etc, it will be nice to add in what buttons to press as most people will be attempting these on the first level. The game doesn't give much of a tutorial on that stuff. For the killing innocent person, mention what level it can be obtained earliest. I think the cook in the mansion might count but I got mine in the subway. Edited February 1, 2013 by Tyger7

I think you should do the walkthrough, just so the site has its own. You could just do the first 5 missions, of each game, on professional so that its at least enough for all of the related achievements. Also, cheers for editing with the colors and info. It looks a lot better.
