No. I suppose you could uninstall the game and then install it offline.
Ricey-BFD
Was wanting to delete the update for nutjitsu hoping that I can rank up quicker with the glitch before they patched it . Bored of it and don't want to grind it all out.
EnigmaticRavyn
I'm fairly certain there is no way to remove a patch.

That would in turn give you the latest update again.

That would in turn give you the latest update again. Once updated it's stored to the cloud which is basically where the game pulls from.

Eggnogga
A lot of games will have their save files only compatible with a version of the game. For instance, in Skyrim, you could have saves from version 1.7 (example), and if you removed the updates and tried to play Skyrim 1.6 the game wouldn't allow you to use those saves with that version. Fragslayer
I wish I could be the one to tell you how but I stumbled on it awhile back just Google it with the word WIKI in it or just search the wiki site as that's where I saw it.
voz1z
You could try clearing persistent storage, which is the setting to clear Blu-ray data that has been cached to the console. Under disc and blu-ray in settings you should find it. To my understanding it's like the clear cache feature on 360.
