Slaughter should be on the GFX Team. The amount of request he undertakes so willingly and the work he produces in turn is, in my opinion, becoming among the Top 3 on this site. DA FUQ. STAFF HIM ALREADY.

I think the GFX team is full, most likely if someone leaves.

Raj is still the best though, no one beats Raj, he's like the Chuck Norris of signatures.

Unlucky man, you can't win 'em all.

Puppys, since you like Raj you must absolutely love Coke and despise Pepsi correct? Me, you and Raj will have a toast on the Raj hypretrain and drink lots and lots of coke. Slaughter you can redeem yourself if you like Coke though.

I like coke. Pepsi is the devil's potion!

Take that back. Mountain Dew is a Pepsi product! Mountain Dew is the Nectar of the Gods.

Everything else Pepsi is just ok.

I am in no way disrespecting Raj, his work is fantastic, but in my opinion:

1. Audacious

2. Xerofox

3. Raj

4. Slaughter

Audacious is pretty bad ass.....his sig's have a certain style to them. That said I think Raj is right up there with one of the best. Just look at my sexy sig.

I will say the capt has come a LONG way. Some of your first sigs were....interesting.

Pepsi rules all colas.

Let me just say that I haven't played the other Metal Gear Solids so I can't talk about how things have changed from the previous game or where things are storywise. All I see is a sullen middle aged badass who chokes out marines.

You play as Snake, a sullen badass (lack of knowledge on character/story), who is tasked with infiltrating Camp Omega, a military black site that doesn't follow any law, and rescuing Chico and Paz. (Again, sorry I have no knowledge as to who these people are.)

The stealth gameplay is fantastic. Enemies spot you with realistic sights and ranges, and react realistically when they see you or a fallen comrade. You will receive a pair of night visions goggles, a silenced assault rifle (whose silencer will break after enough usage), grenades, and a silent tranquilizer pistol. There's also a reflex feature which slows down time when you are spotted giving you one last chance to neutralize the marine that spotted you. The gameplay is damn near flawless, aside from the controls. The controls aren't like MGS HD bad, but they felt a bit awkward at first and took some getting used to.

The Fox engine is really impressive. The graphics are top notch even on the 360. It's one of the best looking games I've played in quite some time. And that's saying something, considering I've played Dark Souls 2 and Titanfall recently.

Now for the value. I know it seems like Ground Zeroes is a cash cow, but I can assure you it's not. There's a lot more to Ground Zeroes than meets the eye. Konami has done a great job with adding extra value. All that said, I would still be pretty pissed if I paid $40 for this. Each mission has different routes that you can take and approaches. At the end of each mission (one main and five side), you will receive a rank. Achievement hunters like myself will have to get the S-rank on each mission. There's also collectibles such as XOF patches and some admittedly pointless cassette tapes (I'm sure these explain some stuff but I'm new to Metal Gear). The XOF patches can be found in the main mission and are used to unlock the exclusive mission for each platform.

On Xbox, you will unlock the Jamais Vu op. this has you playing as Raiden assassinating body snatcher aliens that have taken over camp omega and neutralizing the survivors. On Playstation, you unlock the Deja Vu op, which has you recreating famous scenes from Metal Gear games while playing as Classic Snake.

If Phantom Pain is more of this and is as big as Konami says, we are looking at a GOTY for 2015 or whatever year it ends up being released in. My final verdict for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is a solid 8/10. It loses two points because I wish there was some sort of context as to who these characters are and you won't shake the feeling that this could've easily been included in the full release of Phantom Pain, but needless to say, I don't regret spending $10 on this AAA game.

I paid $30 for Ground Zeroes and still thought that the price was justified. I loved it.

Nice review. GZ is something I've been wanting to play, but have been deciding on whether I want to play the HD collection first or not. Phantom Pain looks like it's going to be amazing though.

Eh, skip the Collection and jump right in! Who has time to play those three games!
