Havince
There really is no need for it. it was bad in the 1st game but its even worse in this, other games have great multiplayer without it so why do it.
Strid
It's Capcom, your tears are their happiness.
DOOKH8R
So is the bullet stun really noticeable? After reading about the effects, I decided to pass on LP2. Looks like I made the right decision.
GamesB2
It is annoying i won't argue that... But if you're careful the bullet stun won't get you. This is a game all about teamwork and tactics. If you're under fire, duck into cover and steady your aim. Or doubleteam with a teamate so if one of you gets shot at the other can save their life. Electriclectic
The key words in the OP are "other games" as in, not Lost Planet. Sorry it's not your cup of tea, but if you get caught off guard your butt is dead. That's just the way the game is, and was meant to be.
HeavenSoldier
I only really notice bullet stun if i get caught in a straight line of fire with some dead-on hits, but that can easily be rolled out of. I see the stun as a bit of a bonus for getting a preemptive strike or sneak attack.
Will Daniels
Exactly. I noticed it quite a bit in the MP demo, but I haven't really noticed it in online matches for the real game. I think it's partly because I try to move around alot when I'm going head to head with someone, so the effect isn't as pronounced.
Shazaeomon
There is an ability called Special Guard I which cancels out bullet stun and SGII I believe cancels out shotgun damage stun.
Io Haze oI
I guess I'll definatley need to get that special guard 2 since the bullet stun really annoys me when playing training mode bot matches with their instant aim on me, makes it hard to try and rack up the battle gauge at times. So far the bullet stun hasn't been a problem in the multiplayer for me, since I'm normally sniping or rolling alot.
