skuff Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 Anyone else find this today? I usually breeze through these solo, especially on earth, but seems to have just got harder? Especially when the bosses are nearly dead? The walker now fires back if you stand near the window when its on its final bit of health. Really don't remember it doing that before? So when you have a full fireteam, enemies take more damage, thus, is easier. Why? WalterWhite Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 Nope, the only part of this strike that is any challenge is clearing out the refinery, and that's only if you don't stay down the hallway. I don't think that's been the case in any area of the game. The weekly strikes are lvl 24, 26 and lvl 28; that means the mobs in the Darkness Zones of that Strike will always be at that level -- the "common area" mobs will be a lower level because it's a public space shared by other guardians regardless of level. The same is said for Daily Missions and their respective level difficulties. The only content of the game where enemy levels fluctuate is in the VoG: near the beginning of VoG the enemies start out at lvl 26 and progressively get more difficult at lvl 28 at Atheon. For Hardmode, it's lvl 28-30. I haven't tested this, but perhaps the only meaningful difference swapping out your gear makes is to be matchmade with other players of a lesser level -- so if you want to play the lvl 7 strike with lvl 24 raid randoms, perhaps switching out your gear has an affect on that.
