sm182 Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Booted this game up for the first time today to find that all 3 of my figures that came with it have this error message. 2 of them somtime load up to them showing up on the screen but Tree Rex never goes past his elemental symbol loading up. The Activision Support page has this issue listed with a "what to do guide": http://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Skylanders-Toy-Has-a-Problem The problem I have is at step 5 there is no "Fix Broken Toy" option for any of my figures. If you try and use any of the original giants characters (anyone who is not a series 2) in Skylanders Spyro's Adventures the portal of power will freak out and not be happy. If you are playing Skylanders Giants then yeah that is a big issue. Though calling activision might help. Yeah it was a new Skylanders Giants Starter Pack, I sold the first one last year when I completed it. I've been trying to find an email address to them to sort it out but am not having much luck.
