No matter what I've done I can't get Island Paradise, I've completed the entire Driftwood storyline up to and including Giftwood for Driftwood and it's clear the guy has worked on the place because even like an hour after I finished the quest I went back and saw that several things were built but not everything. So if 15 minutes is supposed to be the cap then I'm 100% confused that I didn't get it.

Any ideas why ??

Thanks for the guide, only achievement that glitched for me was the Popularity Contest 15G. Did 50 friend quests and It would go to four and then suddenly back to zero, so frustrating x

There was a trick in getting that cheevo. Adopt a child and do a few evil expression on him/her till the bar goes to Fine. Then do good expressions until you get the gifting quest for the kid. Get the kid the item, and it should count towards your Popularity Contest cheevo. You will just need alot of gifts, and if it is a quest where you don't have the item, just accept the quest, then interact and do evil expression and the quest will go away. Repeat until cheevo completed.

It didn't work for me in the first place, when I had 0/20 for the cheevo, but when I did a few relationship quest up to 4/20, and redid the gifting quest, it counted towards it.

Good luck.

Did you complete the quest where you escort the guy from the pub in Bowerstone Market? This seems to play into the final section of Driftwood.

Well, looks like Island Paradise can be glitched. I did the quest ages ago (both in playtime and real time), but the island's still missing that small bridge to the ledge where the sphere needed to get the gold key stops (luckily was able to find another glitch to drop down onto that ledge) and no achievement so far.

Check if you did the final qiuest, like LadyWriath suggested

Also, while the guide says 15 minutes, for some people the achievement unlocks more or less random. I got it within 10 minutes after doing it, a friend of mine got it after 3 hours.

Is there any known bug with "We Can be Heroes"?

I played a second savegame from my spare account to the part where you should go to the Merc Camp to fight Saker, that's about where you unlock the mini jobs.

I joined with my Main Account as second player, so that account is "in another world". I went to this Guitar Hero-thingy (don't know the english name) and earned about 20k gold (I got Level 5). I didn't get the achievment, anyways. The other job available there didn't help either, as I earned about 30k gold there.

"Tough Love" is a pain in the ass, I really dislike it. Was fun to rule as king and make this decisions, but you need to basically be extremely rich or choose always the bad choices to get it, neither of those were my case.

"Adopt A Child" should be tagged as missable, I lose to save people of Albion (was at -1,900,000 or something like that when the darkness come to get us all) and now the orphanate is empty, no childs, no adults, therefor no adoption available.

Also, "Dye Hippie, Dye" is not unlocking for me for no reason. Anyone can give a more detailed guide to this cheevo, don´t know if I´m doing something wrong, I just did 5 times what the cheevo says and it´s no popping up. It´s just 5 G, but piss me off to have it bugged, apparently.

Well, the 5G Cheevo is pretty easy.

You need long hair and I took the pyjama as clothing. Now you just use a different dye for everything:

Shoes, Trousers, Shirt, Gloves (if available), hat (if available) hair and an extra colour for the second hair option. You really have to use different dyes, not only different scalings on the dye.

Still not getting it, use the military uniform except for hat, which I change for the king´s crown. I put on a long hair and leave my beard has it is.

Dye every dyeable part of my costume and hair on different dyes, everything different, and still I´m no getting cheevo. I´ll keep trying at some point, but can´t believe this one is giving me so much trouble.

Edit: Ok, got it, but only worked when dyeing a full set, not combinations. Weird and stupid.

it's quite easy. i just bought as many stores as i could and put the prices to high. pubs, shops, everything. then, when i had to make the decisions i begun to collect stuff like keys, gnomes etc. it took me awhile so i was able to collect some serious money. i had ~9 millions when started making decisions. everybody saved easy way.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1138/UPrhX78=.jpgCrime Spree 10:gsicon:

Get a 15,000 gold bounty placed on your head

Bounty can be earned in many ways:

  • Breaking into locked house's
  • Robbing shops while people or the shop keeper can see you
  • Attacking the town guards and other none violent NPC's with any attack or weapon

Just keep doing this until your bounty is up to 15,000. When you become ruler and ruler of Albion no ones going to try and arrest you! You also need to stay in one region to make it count. Leaving will void the achievement making it reset to 0 Gold. The best place to get a bounty on your head fast is Bowerstone Castle!

If you haven't done it when you become the ruler then you'll have to get this in another players world as your ruler status is is ignored when away from your save.

Just want to state, if it hasn't been already, according to the below link you CAN get this after you've become King or Queen. The bounty counter won't appear as you're killing but it DOES exist and despite not being attacked the achievement will eventually pop.

ok question from a fable noob.. ive never played fable before (none of them) i just picked up fable 3 from someone for 5 bucks.. what is the road to rule? is that the area where the gates are? where it takes you after you first get the guild and get the fire magic? if so, i guess you unlock it by getting it out of one of those chests? i'm confused lol.

Yes this is correct. The RTR is where you purchase all your new moves, power and abilities. As you play through the game you'll gather points to then spend on the chests to unlock more things.

You're only allowed in one section at a time until you advance in the game and more open to you revealing higher level chests, but they cost more. So spend wisely at the start.

It works out quite well though, as if you get to the end and haven't brought any of the fire magic, if you open the #3 chest of it, the cost is the total of #1 + #2 put together, so it'll unlock them both. So you can either wait to the end, or buy them separably, it doesn't mater. The cost is spread out between them depending on which ones you've opened and brought.

To contribute a few things I found out about the game...some tips to make it easier:

1) "Tough Love" is very easy. You just need to purchase a significant amount of real estate when ever you get a chance. Money is basically useless, except for buying some potions in the game anyway. Jack up the rents/prices so earn the most money every 5 minutes. Then just leave your Xbox on over night. I left mine on one night and earned 12 million. I had plenty to fill the treasury for the achievement.

2) For "Henry the VIII", it is quicker to actually just marry people that already love you just because you are nice as ruler. As long as you make good decisions, by the time you finish the story, you will have many people that already have hearts above their head to marry. I found 4 characters in the Dweller Camp ready to marry without any effort. It also should be noted marriages to other Xbox Live players did not count towards my 6. That should be noted in the guide.

3) I am not sure about the difficulty being a 6/10. None of the achievements are that hard, they just take time. I havent completed the game, because I dont care to waste time trading weapons or outfits with people online, but I would only rate the achievement difficulty 2 or 3.

Overall, I am glad to finish this game and never play it again. I am not sure why everyone likes these games so much. I would much more enjoy them if they were first person and not third person. Even in game when you can hold the LB to go first person, I can already see the game being way more engaging. The gameplay is blah, the level designs and story linear, and the graphics are poor, especially the textures and scenery. I particularly hate developers that throw in collectibles to extend the life of their game. It took me just about as long to collect all 4 types of collectibles (160 in total) as it did to actually beat the rest of the game. You couldnt possibly expect to find all of them without some form of a guide. That is when they become annoying. Anyways, good luck if you decide to play this game. I am sure by the time you complete it, you will never be happier to finish a lack-luster, sad excuse for an RPG.

You may also come across others on your journey (optional quests) that aren't so story based, so this may go up a bit. If you don't come across some of the others, don't worry as you can pick them up at any time during the game or after the story is completed! See Misc for more details.

All optional quests are MISS-ABLE, if the quest giver dies. This is critical in Millfields, as the werewolves attack anyone if you do not engage them right away, and there are several NPC's with area-unlocking quests there : Animal Liberation, Hobnobbing With Hobbes, and Restoration. If even one of these quest-givers dies before you do the quest, you will not be able to complete the gnomes, keys, and books quests, as the Hobbes cave, the locked area of Bowerstone Industrial, and the island of Driftwood all contain multiple collectables.

For me it was the stupid Hobbles cave, making keys and books uncompletable. Do all these quests as soon as they unlock, and do not leave the area (save) if a quest giver is 'missing' from where they should be :(
