Introduction:

Welcome to the wonderful world of Fable Anniversary, which takes place in the beautiful world of Albion. All are welcome here whether if this is your first time playing a Fable game, or if you have played the original Fable that came out on the original Xbox back in 2004. For those who may not know, Fable Anniversary is a HD remaster of the original Fable. Lionhead Studios, the developer of this game, has put together one of the most creative achievement lists of all time that will please both newcomers and Fable veterans alike. It is filled with humor, references (which we have detailed under each achievement for your enjoyment), and you will enjoy getting the achievements for this game.

There are also several achievements that you can unlock in two completely different ways; we have detailed how to unlock these achievements in both ways so that way you can choose the way that you would like to unlock the achievement, or how to do both methods if you enjoy completing everything in a game. In the game, there is a stamp album that you can see which achievements you have unlock as well as what method you used to unlock the achievement. There is also progress counters for several achievements if you would like to know how close you are to earning a certain achievement.

There are three missable achievements that you will want to be aware of: “Are You Not Entertained”, “Combat Evolved”, and “As Quiet As A Whisper”. The “Are You Not Entertained” achievement can only be unlocked at the Arena, “As Quiet As A Whisper” can only be unlocked at certain points of the story, and “Combat Evolved” can be missed as there are a limited number of "Ages of" potions in the game. Please see these achievements for information to make sure that you do not miss them!

Please note that the "See the Future" achievement requires a device compatible with Smartglass as well an an internet connection since it is needed for Smartglass to connect to your console.

Step 1: Story

You will need to do only one playthrough of the game in order to get all of the achievements. There are 15 achievements that you will earn by just completing the game. Make sure that you defeat Whisper once without getting hit for the "As Quiet As A Whisper" and that you do not take a break at The Arena for the "Are You Not Entertained!?" achievement. Also be mindful of your usage of "Ages of..." Potions so you can get the "Combat, Evolved" achievement. Most quest can be completed however you would like, but note that there will be a quest that will require you to do it correctly otherwise you will miss out on an area, a silver key, and a Demon Door. This quest is the Lady Grey quest. The achievements affected by this quest are:

  • You Are A Super Player: This achievement is for collecting all of the silver keys. If you expose Lady Grey, you will miss out on a key.
  • Open Saysmemiddlefinger: One of the methods to get this achievement is for opening all of the Demon Doors. If you expose Lady Grey, you will miss out on the Demon Door and will have to show one your middle finger.
  • Definitely Not On Rails: One of the methods to get this achievement involves visiting every location. If you marry Lady Grey straight away, you will not be able to go into the cellar of the Grey House and will have to become fat.

During the course of your playthrough, Lady Grey will want to meet you. This is a quest, and there are two ways to go about this quest. It is important that you follow this method otherwise you will miss out on all the above. Whilst you can trick your way to the silver key, you can not open the Demon Door next to it and will miss an area later on. The reason for this is that if you marry Lady Grey straight away, you will be able to get the key and the Demon Door, but will not be able to go into Grey House Cellar. If you expose her, you will get access to the Cellar, but not the Silver Key or the Demon Door. Below is a walkthrough of each side to the quest.

Marry: To marry Lady Grey, just go talk to her in Bowerstone North on the northeastern side of the map. She will ask for a gift, so go to the nearby store located in the centre of town, and buy her some Black Roses. She will eventually ask you to find her lost pendant. Go talk to the woman by the fountain who will suggest to talk to everyone. Do so, and eventually you wil find out that the pendant is in Oakvale. Go to Oakvale and head towards the Memorial Garden; if you go behind the two guys whispering on to the other side of the wall, they will reveal the location of the pendant. Once done, go the the western beach in Oakvale, and dig between the two upside down boats. Next, teleport back to Bowerstone North and give the pendant back to Lady Grey. It appears that someone also wants Lady Grey's hand in marriage, which means you will have to fight them in a battle to the death. (This method will only get you the Silver Key and the Demon Door in Headman's Hill; you will not have access to Grey House Cellar)

Expose: To expose Lady Grey, go talk to the man in jail in Bowerstone North on the northwestern side of the map; he will tell you some surprising information. Once the conversation is over, go to Barrow Fields, and talk to Rhodri in the southeastern side of the map near the Demon Door. Make your way to Grey House after this, and flash your lamp inside the stables to the right 3 times; the doors to the cellar will open. Once inside the cellar, pick up the piece of paper on the floor. All of a sudden, Lady Grey comes in where you will have to make a choice. If you expose her, you will miss out on the silver key and the Demon Door, but you would have the cellar location unlocked. If you mary her, you will get the key and the Demon Door and have unlocked the cellar location.

It is advisable to start the exposing side of the quest, then at the end, accept Lady Grey's offer and marry her. This way you will get everything. This is for those who want to do everything in the game.

Also, if you want to do the other side of the quest as well, then talk to the man in jail to start the quest. Next, talk to Lady Grey to marry her. Later on, you will be able to have both quests completed.

Besides the missable achievements and the Lady Grey quest, feel free to play the game however you would like to and make choices that you are happy with. This is your adventure, so choose the path that you wish to pursue!

Step 2: Collectibles

There are several achievements related to collecting various things around Albion. As long as you followed the proper steps in the Lady Grey quest, you should be able to obtain all of the collectibles within one playthrough. Each achievement that involves collectibles has a detailed description of where each one is in the game so you can find all of them. Please refer to the following achievements for information on where to find each collectible:

  • "But You're A Wizard, Hero" - Magic Spells and Weapon Types
  • "Education Rules The Nation" - Books
  • "Fable Heroes" - Hero Dolls
  • "Get It Off Your Chest" - Silver Chests
  • "Horde Mode" - Legendary Weapons
  • "Open Saysmemiddlefinger" - Demon Doors
  • "Out Of The Frying Pan..." - Treasure Clues (needed in order to find the frying pan)
  • "You Are A Super Player" - Silver Keys

If you have Xbox Smartglass, that is very helpful if you would like to have a map to refer to for these achievements.

Step 3: Miscellaneous

There are quite a few achievements in the game that relate to doing a variety of different things all over Albion. These achievements can be worked on at any time, so feel free to try earning them whenever you would like! Some of these are related to choices that you make, and can be unlocked in different ways. The following miscellaneous achievements can be unlocked with two completely different methods:

  • "Arthur Or Robin?"
  • "Beauty or the Beast"
  • "Choosing My Religion"
  • "Fight Cluck"
  • "For Every Choice, An Achievement"
  • "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'"
  • "Marital Relations"
  • "Project Ego"
  • "That's A Real Lunker!"
  • "The Drinking Game"
  • "The Hero Of Time"

There are also a handful of achievements that are related to doing certain things in combat. I suggest getting the Heal Life, Turncoat, and Summon spells as soon as possible as they are required for achievements. Obtaining a greatsword can also make the combat achievements easier, so if you are struggling, you should try equipping one.

A few achievements related to wearing certain outfits and performing certain tasks with them are also present in the game. Make sure you buy the Assassin outfit at Twinblade's Camp and the dress in Bowerstone South as they will be required for achievements.

Conclusion:

Fable Anniversary is not a difficult 1000:gsicon:, but your journey on the way to earning all of the achievements will be very enjoyable and rather rewarding. I hope you liked playing this game and found our guide helpful!

73Are You Not Entertained!? 20:gsicon:

Complete all 8 rounds of the Arena without taking a break

This achievement is missable if you decide to take a break while in the Arena.

You need to complete all 8 rounds of the arena without taking a break for this achievement. The arena is located in Witchwood and will spawn waves of enemies that you have to kill. Each wave has different enemies; here is a list of the enemies in each wave:

1. Wasps

2. Hobbes

3. Balverines

4. Undead

5. Bandits

6. Earth Trolls

7. Rock Trolls

8. Arachanox

If you are having difficulty with this achievement, you should increase your stats and purchase more potions. For an easy way to get experience, please refer to the "That's My Man" achievement. Also, if you need it for some reason, there is a progress counter on the achievements page in the game in case it is needed.

This achievement name is a reference to the movie Gladiator.

60Hero, Their Health Is Low 5:gsicon:

Heal a follower on an Escort Quest. No, not *that* kind of 'escort'.

To get this achievement, you need to heal an escort. First, you will need the healing spell Heal Life. This will heal everyone around you including yourself. Make sure to get the heal life spell before doing this mission to make things easier. In order to get this skill, you will need to get enough experience (at least 2,300 experience between general experience and will experience), and then purchase the skill where you get skill upgrades at the Heroes’ Guild.

The first chance to get this is during the Orchard Farm Escort quest. After you either protect or attack Orchard Farm, go to Lookout Point, and there will be a man sitting on a bench who will give you the quest for him. When you get to Greatwood Entrance, let some of the bandits or wasps attack the person who you are escorting. Use the Heal Life spell on him, and the achievement will unlock.

Another place to get this is the Trader Escort quest in Darkwood. You will need to accept the quest first at the Heroes’ Guild on the map. When you arrive in Darkwood, two traders who require your help to get through the forest will approach you; let them take some damage, and heal them with you Heal Life spell for the achievement.

Here is a list of all of the quests that you can get this achievement in:

  • Bandit Spy Extraction
  • Execution Tree
  • Orchard Farm Escort
  • Rescue Scarlet Robe
  • The Random Victim
  • Trader Escort
  • Trader Massacre
  • Trader Rescue

If you have done all of these quests and still do not have the achievement, it is possible to hire a guard, let him take damage, and then heal him for the achievement.

64Combat, Evolved 20:gsicon:

Use an 'Ages of...' Potion with a combat multiplier of 20 or more

This achievement is potentially missable if you use all of the “Ages of…” Potions without trying to get this achievement as there are a limited number of the in the game.

This achievement involves use of an “Ages of” Potion with a combat multiplier of 20 or more. First, you will need to get your combat multiplier to 20 or higher before using the "Ages of" Potion. Your combat multiplier will increase with every hit and decrease to a round number if you take damage. An “Ages of” Potion is a potion that will give you experience in the respective ability; for example, the “Ages of” Will Potion will give you experience for will (magic). Now, all you need to do is get a multiplier of 20 and use the potion. The amount of experience that the potion normally gives you will be multiplied by 20. This is a quick and easy way to get experience for the respective ability. A good place to try to get this achievement at is in the Arena or Lychfield Graveyard due to the massive amount of enemies; Lychfield Graveyard in particular is a good area because many of the undead enemies that are encountered there die in only one hit.

The Physical Shield ability is also helpful for building up your multiplier. If you decide to use it, note that you will loose some magic power every time that you get hit; use Will potions to keep your magic power up.

There is also another method that you can use to get this necessary combat multiplier if you have a high speed and accuracy. After you complete the quest at the Arena, go to Greatwood Caves and equip a strong bow. A troll should spawn in this area. Do not move, and charge your shot for a few minutes. Once a couple of minutes pass, release your shot and you should get a combat multiplier of 25 or higher. Use the "Ages of" Potion after this and the achievement will unlock. If you are having difficulty because the troll is attacking you before you shoot, hide behind the rocks near the entrance to Hobbes Cave. This method can also be used to open Demon Door #8. For more information about the Demon Door, please refer to the "Open saysmemiddlefinger" achievement.

The name of this achievement is a reference to the game Halo: Combat Evolved.

66As Quiet As A Whisper 10:gsicon:

Defeat Whisper in a battle without losing any health.

This achievement is potentially missable if you fight Whisper every time possible without trying to get this achievement.

You need to fight and win against Whisper without getting hit for this achievement. There are many places to do this, but the earliest place is in the Heroes’ Guild. When you are training combat, you will get the chance to test everything you learned against Whisper. If you can defeat her without losing any health, you will get the achievement.

If you do not get the achievement on your first try, the Guildmaster will leave once you finish that training exercise and another man will run over; speak to him and he will want to grade your fight, giving you another chance to fight against Whisper again. He will give you an iron katana for getting A+ in combat; obviously, getting an A+ means a perfect battle which means you can not get hit. This is the best place to get it as you can keep retrying over and over again until you get the achievement. Just block with :rbbut: and roll using the :ls: while blocking. Attack, roll, attack, roll etc. Play Defensive.

If you are having difficulty, this video created by WORLDEATER may be helpful for you.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bteheXcwHKY]Fable Anniversary - As Quiet As A Whisper Achievement Guide - YouTube[/ame]

If you miss this achievement while at the Heroes' Guild, there are two other opportunities where you can get this achievement although it will be harder than the training fights. One place is at Orchard Farm when you are on the quest to attack or protect the farm, and the other is at the Arena.

84For Every Choice, An Achievement 25:gsicon:

Become holier than Avo, or more evil than Skorm!

This achievement is for having the maximum possible stat for either good or bad. The easiest way to increase these is by either donating gold to the Temple of Avo located in Witchwood, or by sacrificing people at the Chapel of Skorm, which is located in Darkwood. The “Choosing My Religion” achievement can be earned by doing either of these methods.

Other factors that can help change your alignment are your appearance, your outfit, and which quests that you decide to take. Killing enemies can help increase your good stat overtime as you will get a very slight increase for each enemy that you defeat. You can also increase your good stat by donating items to the Charity Shop in Snowspire. If you want to quickly increase your evil stat, you can also kill villagers for easy points towards being evil.

The achievement is a reference to the phrase “For every choice, a consequence”, which is used in every Fable game.

85But You're A Wizard, Hero 15:gsicon:

Learn one of each spell type, or own one of each weapon type.

For this achievement, you need to either learn at least level 1 for all of the spells, or you need to posess at least one of every type of weapon in the game. You have a choice on how you would like to obtain this achievement.

Here is a list of all of the spells you will need to learn:

  • Assassin Rush
  • Battle Charge
  • Berserk
  • Divine Fury
  • Drain Life
  • Enflame
  • Fireball
  • Force Push
  • Ghost Sword
  • Heal Life
  • Infernal Wrath
  • Lightning
  • Multi Arrow
  • Multi Strike
  • Physical Shield
  • Slow Time
  • Summon
  • Turn Coat

Here are all of the weapon types that you will need to possess:

  • Axe
  • Cleaver
  • Crossbow
  • Greataxe
  • Greathammer
  • Greatmace
  • Greatsword
  • Katana
  • Longbow
  • Longsword
  • Mace
  • Pickhammer

The quickest way to obtain this achievement is by owning all of the weapons. When you reach Bowerstone South, there will be a blacksmith here that will offer every type of weapon. Buy all of the iron weapons as well as yew bows, and then exit the shop screen for the achievement to pop up. If you need money, there is a money trick that you can use to quickly gain enough money to afford the weapons. Please see the “What Are Ya Sellin’?” achievement for more information about the money trick.

If you want to earn this by learning all of the spells, there is a guide to get easy experience points under the description of the "That's My Man" achievement.

If you are not sure how close you are to unlocking this achievement, there are progress counters for both acquired spells and owned weapon types on the achievement page in the game.

This achievement is a reference to Harry Potter; in the first book/movie, Hagid says to Harry “But you’re a wizard, Harry”, which is what the achievement name refers to.

86That's A Real Lunker! 15:gsicon:

Win 1st prize in the Fisherman's competition, or complete the boast for doing any quest naked.

For this achievement, you can either win first prize in the Fishing Competition or complete a quest with a naked boast.

The Fisherman Competiton is located in Fisher Creek, which you can access from Greatwood Entrance. Enter this area, defeat the enemies, and then talk to the man to start fishing lessons. Once the fishing lessons are completed, you need to leave the area, come back, and talk to the man again; this will activate the Fishing Competition. Your goal here is to catch a fish that weighs over 50 grams; if you are having difficulty catching a fish heavier than 50 grams, I recommend going to either the Heroes’ Guild or the beach in the southern part of Oakvale. When you have the heavy fish, go back to the man to receive a fisherman’s hat, a rod of champions, and a silver key; the achievement shall unlock soon after. Note that the fisherman can sometimes be glitchy and get the weight of your fish completely wrong.

A boast is a side challenge for a quest that you can choose to take upon accepting a quest. In order to get a quest with a boast, go to the Heroes’ Guild, choose to take a quest with a boast, and then select the No Protection boast. After you have the quest, make sure that you complete it naked for the achievement. The earliest that you can do this is after you protect or attack Orchard Farm. Note that if you use the Physical Shield spell, this will make you fail the boast.

87Fight Cluck 15:gsicon:

Become the Fist Fighter's World Champion, or win the Chicken Hat in the Chicken Kicking Competition.

The Fist Fighters is a quest that you can take that requires beating up people at each location with your fists. There are four locations that you must go to, and the challenge must be done at night. Below is a list of locations that you must go to for this achievement. Note that you must go to these locations in order.

  • Bowerstone Quay – Ring is on southwest side of the map
  • Oakvale – Ring is found near the barns
  • Twinblade’s Elite Camp – Ring is found on the northwest side of the map
  • Knothole Glade – Ring is on the southeast side of the map

If you are having difficulty with the fights, and upgrading your strength, toughness, and speed is not helping you, try out this tip provided by ConstantC4RN4GE:

"Use the follow expression on male villagers in Knothole Glade, or any other location. Get them all to follow you before you start your fights. Avoid your attacker and let your followers do all the work. Female villagers will kick, don't seem to help as much and hired men will not defend you."

If you want to get this achievement from the Chicken Kicking Competition, you will need to go to Oakvale, which is where the competition is located. You will need to do the Treasure of the Ghost Pirate quest before you are allowed to do the Chicken Kicking Competition. To start this quest, you need to speak to the woman who is in mourning on the west side of the beach in Oakvale. Go to the east beach on the other side of town where you will find a man who has died and wants his treasure. The treasure is found on the west beach near the east of the pier in between supports. Once you find the treasure (a bag containing 500 gold), speak to the woman again, and then go back to the man who will disappear. Now, a man nearby will want you to get rid of the ghost. Speak to him twice, and then he will run to the location of the Chicken Kicking Competition, which will now finally be unlocked.

For the Chicken Kicking Competition, you will need to score 250 points in contest to obtain the chicken hat and the achievement; if you are struggling, you should upgrade your speed and strength. I also suggest waiting until the chicken moves into the left or right hand side near the edge, and then angling your kick so it will go farther.

This achievement name is a reference to the movie Fight Club.

88Arthur Or Robin? 15:gsicon:

Pull the sword from the stone, or earn the top prize in the Archery Competition.

For this achievement, you can either pull the sword from the stone, or you can win first prize in the Archery Competition.

The sword in the stone is located in Witchwood near the Temple of Avo. The first time that you try to pull the sword, you will fail. The game will now register your current stats for Physique, Toughness, and Health. In order to pull the sword from the stone, you will need to increase your Physique by 5, your Toughness by 3, and your Health by 2. Once you have increased your stats enough, go back to the sword and the stone and pull it out for the achievement as well as the Legendary Weapon, The Harbringer.

If you are not sure what skill you need to increase, you can talk to the nearby villagers for help.

  • If you need to boost your Physique, they will say you need exercise and/or fresh air.
  • If you need to boost your Toughness, they will say you are not tough enough.
  • If you need to boost your Health, they will say you need to be more fit.

If you still are not sure what to do, you can always try maxing out your Physique, Toughness, and Health.

The Archery Competition is located in Knothole Glade. To unlock this competition, you will need to complete the Break the Siege quest. When this is completed, you will need to beat your archery score all the way back from your time at guild training. After you beat this score, you will then need to beat the score that you just earned in order to win top prize. For example, if you got a score of 100 during guild training, and then a 120 when you beat your guild score, you will need to play again and beat score the 120.

You can also kill the person who is holding the Archery Competition if you are feeling evil. Looting his corpse will give you a treasure clue for the "Out of the Frying Pan..." achievement as well as the Silver Arrow trophy. Note that this will prevent you from ever entering the Archery Competition again.

This achievement name makes references to Arthur from The Sword in the Stone as well as Robin from Robinhood.

89Choosing My Religion 15:gsicon:

Donate a total of 100,000 Gold to the Temple of Avo, or sacrifice 10 people to the Chapel of Skorm.

You can choose to either donate gold to the Temple of Avo or sacrifice people to the Chapel of Skorm for this achievement.

Donating to the Temple of Avo, which is located in Witchwood, is the easiest way to get this achievement. You will need to donate 100,000 Gold; if you are short on gold, there is a money trick that you can use to get enough gold to donate. Please see the “What Are Ya Sellin’?” achievement for more details on this.

If you would like to go the evil route by sacrificing people, the quickest way to get people to sacrifice is by hiring guards. Teleport to the Chapel of Skorm, which is located in Darkwood, and then sacrifice them.

If you want to have an idea of how much progress you have until you unlock this achievement, there are counters for both how much you have donated to the Temple of Avo as well as for how many people you have sacrificed to the Chapel of Skorm on the achievement page in the game.

This achievement name refers to the song “Losing My Religion” by REM.

8aOpen Saysmemiddlefinger 20:gsicon:

Open all the Demon Doors, or show a closed Demon Door what you think of it.

If you are trying to get this achievement by opening all of the Demon Doors, this could potentially be missable if you are not careful. However, the actual achievement itself is not missable because there is another way to obtain the achievement. This is because of the quest involving Lady Grey. At one point, you will need to either need to marry Lady Grey or expose her. If you expose her, you will miss two demon doors. Demon Door #12 is in Grey House and opens after you marry with Lady Grey, and the Demon Door #13 is located in Headman’s Hill will open if you kill Thunder, which will not be possible if you expose Lady Grey.

Here is a guide to all 15 Demon Doors that are present in the game:

Demon Door #1 - The Library Arcanum

  • Location: Heroes’ Guild
  • How to Open: After you graduate from the guild, use the lamp on the door.
  • Reward: Books, Elixir of Life, Howl Tattoo

Demon Door #2 - Prophets' Chamber

  • Location: Lookout Point
  • How to Open: This will open towards the end of the game as part of the main quest. Once you earn the "A Wild Jack Appears" achievement, return to this location in order to open this Demon Door.
  • Reward: The Fire Heart

Demon Door #3 - The Aboretum

  • Location: Greatwood Gorge
  • How to Open: Evil characters can open this door without any effort, but good characters will have to perform an act of evil in order to open this door. This can be accomplished by either killing several villagers in front of the Demon Door or by eating 10 Crunchy Chickens in front of the Demon Door. If you decide that you want to eat the Crunchy Chickens, make sure you eat them slowly; wait until the evil points disappear before you eat another one. Chrunchy Chickens can be purchased from traders at Darkwood Camp or at Twinblade's Camp.
  • Reward: Wellow’s Pickhammer [Legendary Weapon]

Demon Door #4 - Darkwood Sanctum

  • Location: Darkwood Marshes
  • How to Open: You will have to kill waves of Hobbes to open the door. Talk to the Demon Door and accept his challenge. If it is your first time coming to this area, you might want to stack up on potions or wait until you are stronger as this fight can be rather tough.
  • Reward: Dark Will User’s Outfit

Demon Door #5 - The Old Kingdom Spring

  • Location: Barrow Fields
  • How to Open: You need to be very fat in order for this door to open. Eat 25 Apple Pies in order to be fat enough to open the door. In the process, you should obtain the “Definitely Not on Rails” achievement if you have not unlocked it already.
  • Reward: Will Master’s Elixir

Demon Door #6 - The Desolate Abbey

  • Location: Darkwood Bordello
  • How to Open: You need to sleep with 10 people. When you first arrive at Darkwood Bordell, find Poppy and sleep with her 10 times. This will cost you 50 Gold each time you sleep with her, but it is the quickest and easiest method to get this Demon Door open.
  • Reward: Pimp Hat

Demon Door #7 - The Secret Haven

  • Location: Rose Cottage
  • How to Open: All you need to do to open this Demon Door is to give it Chocolates.
  • Reward: Bright Will User’s Outfit

Demon Door #8 - The Butterfly House

  • Location: Greatwood Caves
  • How to Open: This Demon Door is the most annoying one to open. To open it, you must get a multiplier of 14. I recommend waiting until you are stronger before attempting to open this door; I also suggest using a heavy weapon. When you are strong enough, go into the Hobbe Cave and kill everything until you have at least a multiplier of 18. Leave the cave, and when you come back out, your multiplier will be cut in half at 9; now, just use a slow time spell and kill the troll. Your multiplier should now be high enough, so run to the Demon Door, and talk to it.
If you have high stats for Accuracy and Speed as well as a good bow, there is another method that you can use to open this door. Enter the area so the troll spawns, but do not approach the troll; stand still! Charge your shot for a couple of minutes, and then release it to instantly kill the troll; your multiplier should be between 25 and 50.
  • Reward: Cutlass Bluetane [Legendary Weapon]

Demon Door #9 - The Bitter Shrine

  • Location: Abandoned Road
  • How to Open: To open this door you need to wear the Bandit Outfit, the Bright Plate Mail Outfit, and the Dark Will User’s Outfit in front of the door. The entire Bandit Outfit can be found in chests in the Abandoned Road. The entire Dark Will User's Outfit can be purchased at either Knothole Glade or Hook Coast. It can also be found behind Demon Door #4. The entire Bright Plate Mail can be purchased from the Wandering Trader at the Arena or Snowspire. You can also buy the Boots and Trousers at Knothole Glade. Note that if you complete the game and choose to keep a certain item, it will prevent you from opening this door! If you intend to be an evil character and keep the item, make sure that you open this Demon Door before completing the game. You can also choose to throw away the item if you have not already opened the Demon Door yet.
  • Reward: Dollmaster’s Mace [Legendary Weapon]

Demon Door #10 - Witchwood Cavern

  • Location: Witchwood Stones
  • How to Open: You will open this Demon Door during the story when you have to find the Archaeologist. In order to open in, you have to spell out the Demon Door’s name by hitting the four big stones nearby; the Demon Door is named H.I.T.S.

It is not possible to open all of the other doors before opening the three Demon Doors related to the story.

8bProject Ego 15:gsicon:

Show all available witnesses a trophy in the trophy mini-game, or decorate your home with a trophy.

You will get your first trophy gained upon completing the Wasp Menace quest in the Picnic area. It is possible to get this achievement right after receiving the trophy; go up to the three people in this area who are sitting on a bench, and show them the trophy that you earned.

You can also buy a house and place the trophy there to unlock the achievement. There is an inexpensive house on the west end of Bowerstone South that you can buy. If you need money, please see the “What Are Ya Sellin’?” achievement for information about the money trick.

This achievement refers to the original name for Fable.

8cWhat Are Ya Sellin'? 10:gsicon:

Make a profit from selling to a trader, or steal an item using the "Steal" expression from a trader.

During the day, go to the merchant near the Cullis Gate in Bowerstone South (which is near the exit to Lookout Point). Look at what he has to sell, and look for items he is selling that are colored green (so you will make a profit) and that he has many of. Some good items to look for are chocolates and apple pie. Buy the entire stock of that item, and then sell it back to him. Keep repeating this process until you feel that you have enough money. When you are satisfied with the amount of money you have, make sure you buy back everything, so if you want to do the money trick again, you can sell back these items as well as whatever the other stores have. As you progress through the game, you should do this trick with gems at the stores in Oakvale as well as Bowerstone North.

Note that you will need to have Level 1 or higher in the Guile ability in order for this trick to work.

This achievement name is a reference to Resident Evil 4.

8dThe Hero Of Time 10:gsicon:

Eat a Moonfish in Bowerstone during the day, or a Golden Carrot at night.

For this achievement, you need to go to Bowerstone and either eat a Moonfish during the day or a Golden Carrot at night.

The earliest that you can find a Moonfish is by fishing at Fisher Creek after you complete the fishing lessons. You can find Moonfish in other areas, but they are rare. Once you catch one, go to Bowerstone South during the day and eat it for your achievement.

Golden Carrots can be found in chests, barrels, or on the ground. It may take a while to find one because like the Moonfish, they are rare. Once you have found one, go to Bowerstone South during the night and eat it.

The achievement name is a reference to the game “The Ocarina of Time” form the Zelda series.

8eBeauty Or The Beast 20:gsicon:

Reach the maximum of your chosen attractiveness; ugly or beautiful!

For this achievement, you need to maximize your attractiveness or scariness stat. A quick way to get this achievement is to put on armour, beards, haircuts, or tattoos that will raise the stat that you are trying to max out for this achievement. Bright armour will help with attractiveness, where dark armour will help with scariness.

The earliest and easiest way to get this is in Bowerstone South. Put on your intial outfit, go to the Barber and put on the normal hair, normal beard and sheriff moustache in order to unlock this achievement.

This achievement name is a reference to Beauty and the Beast.

Buy a house somewhere that you can use as a marital home (such as the one for sale in the northwest corner of Bowerstone South) as well as a wedding ring, which can be bought at the general store in Oakvale. Next, go up to a villager and use flirty expressions until they ask for a wedding ring. Present the ring to them, and you shall now be happily married.

Before your wife will give you a present, you must first make her like you a lot. Keep using flirty expressions each time you visit your house, and eventually, she will give you a present. To flirt with someone in front of your wife, make them follow you and use the flirt expression in front of your wife.

90The Drinking Game 10:gsicon:

Drink until you vomit, or 'help' a friendly villager get drunk.

There is also a quest in Darkwood Bordello that involves getting the owner of the tavern drunk; this will count towards this achievement.

You can also choose to drink the beer yourself if you would like to do so. Note that it will take several beers if you are trying to make yourself drunk.

This achievement name is a reference to the game “The Drinking Game”.

91Definitely Not On Rails 20:gsicon:

Visit every region (excluding Demon Doors), or increase your waistline so that you don't have to.

This achievement can be earned by either visiting every area in Albion (besides Demon Doors) or by getting fat.

There are 81 regions total that you will need to visit. You will visit almost all of the locations in the game by naturally exploring the world of Albion, but the cellar at The Grey House location can be missed if you do not take the proper steps regarding the Lady Grey quests. If you would like to unlock the achievement this way without getting fat, please refer to the roadmap for information on the Lady Grey quests to make sure you visit every location in the game. If you would like to check how close you are to visiting each region, there is a progress counter on the achievement page in the game.

If you want to get this achievement by being fat, this will unlock while you are eating 25 apple pies when opening Demon Door #5. Please see the “Open Saysmemiddlefinger” for more information on the Demon Door.

This achievement name is a reference to Fable: The Journey.

92Get Rich Or Die Tryin' 15:gsicon:

Earn 10,000 Gold from property rental, or die.

For this achievement, you can choose to earn money via property rental, or you can die.

To earn money from property, you must first purchase the property; to do this, just go to a house that is for sale and press :abut: on the sign nearby. Buy it, and then rent it out. Decorate the property as much as you can so you can get more gold from it. Once this is done, in order for you to get money, you must physically visit the property; money will be on the floor in sacks next to the signs.

If you would like to know much money you have earned from property rentals, there is a counter for progress on the achievement page in the game.

You can also simply die for this achievement. If you want to die, it will be very easy to do at the beginning of the game.

62I Did This For A Cheevo 5:gsicon:

Perform a headshot with a Crossbow whilst dressed as a woman wearing a beard and the Redhead Wig.

This achievement requires you to get a headshot while wearing a dress, a beard, and a red wig. You can buy the dress in Bowerstone South, and you can find the Redhead Wig upstairs in Darkwood Bordello. To get the wig, you need to sleep with some one otherwise the guard will not let you anywhere near the wig, which is located on top of the drawers. The wig can also be purchased in the town of Snowspire. Once you have your splendid outfit together, you just need to go out and find bandits, (preferably at Greatwood Entrance) and headshot them with your bow. Hold :ybut: and click :ls: in and this silly achievement is yours. If you are struggling, invest some experience points into accuracy.

Note that in order to get this achievement, their head must come off; you can not simply shoot them in the head. It may take a few tries to get the achievement because of this.

This achievement name is a reference to the crazy things that we do just to hear that lovely achievement unlocked sound and receive gamerscore.

63There Is No Spoon 10:gsicon:

Use the power of mind control on an enemy, and have them kill one of their allies.

First, you will need the Turncoat spell. Once you have this, find some enemies, weaken one of them, and then use Turncoat on the other. Your newfound ally, however short and sweet, will turn on one of its allies. Just sit back and watch while the achievement unlocks. The Hobbe Caves is a good place for this achievement.

The achievement name is a reference to The Matrix.

65Out Of The Frying Pan... 25:gsicon:

…Into your face! Express your feelings through the medium of Frying Pan.

To get this achievement, you will need to find the Frying Pan. To find the frying pan you will need to get 6 treasure clues. Here are the locations:

  • Bounty Hunt quest
  • Lost Trader quest
  • Assassin Attacks quest (after killing all 5 assassins)
Note: You will unlock Assassin Attacks after you kill the monster that is terrorizing Knothole Glade. The Assassin’s are located at: Witchwood Cullis Gate, Knothole Glade, at the pier of Prison Path, Windmill Hill (just go towards the windmill), and Hook Coast by the bell in the northern part of town
  • Knothole Glade - Earn 200 points in the Archery Competition. If you decide to kill the person organizing the competition, you can get this clue by searching his corpse.
  • Orchard Farm – The clue will be in a chest to the left just before you enter the apple farm.
  • Windmill Hill- The clue is found in a chest behind the windmill.

Once all of the clues are found, make your way to Orchard Farm. Look for the barn right in front of you; the frying pan is located in between the bale of hays in front of the barn and the wall of the barn. You will need to manually dig the location; you will not get the option on the D-pad interface. Once you find the frying pan, hit someone with it for the achievement to unlock.

You can also dig up the frying pan earlier provided you have at least one clue. However, the Frying Pan will have no damage. You can still get the achievement this way though.

This achievement is a reference to the idiom “Out of the frying pan and into the fire”.

67Feed The Troll 10:gsicon:

Give a Troll a taste of its own medicine.

To get this achievement, all you have to do is throw the projectile back at the troll. The troll will hit the ground with its fists and hurl rocks at you; just time it and hit :xbut: to send the rock back towards the troll. The earliest place to do this is in Darkwood while escorting the traders for the Trader Escort quest. If you are having trouble doing this, then invest some points into the Slow Time spell. It will help those who are having problems unlocking this achievement a lot.

Another place where you can find trolls is Witchwood Lake. At some point, there will be a troll blocking your way, and he will be harder than the previous troll. It is possible to keep fighting him over and over again until you get the achievement.

68The Summoner's Tail 10:gsicon:

Summon a powerful creature to fight by your side.

To get this achievement, you will need a summon spell. Take down your foes health, and then use the Summon spell to summon a wasp. Let the wasp kill the creature, and it will automatically turn into the creature it killed. The powerful creatures for this achievement are: Assassins, Bandit Leader, Balverine, Screamer, White Balverine, Undead General, and Undead Lieutenant. If you are having difficulty with this achievement, try upgrading your Summon spell. If you are having problems because the wasp is barely doing any damage, you can also try having the creature you summon kill an enemy that is stronger than the wasp but not considered a powerful creature (such as a normal bandit instead of a leader) so the wasp will transform into that enemy; this will be the creature that you summon each time you use the Summon spell now. Have the new type of creature kill a powerful creature for the achievement.

This achievement name refers to one of the stories in “The Canterbury Tales”.

6fHorde Mode 10:gsicon:

Some weapons are Legendary, and we feel it's worth you collecting at least 10 of them.

For this achievement, you will need to own 10 out of the 17 Lengendary Weapons in the game.

Below is a list of all of the Legendary Weapons that can be found in the game:

  • Arken's Crossbow - This weapon is inside of Silver Chest #3 which requires 15 silver keys in order to open. Please refer to the "Get It Off Your Chest" achievement for the exact location of the chest.
  • Avo's Tear - You need to destroy the Sword of Aeons at the end of the game for this weapon. After destroying it, head to the Heroes' Guild and go to Maze's study tower. Examine one of the bookshelves to find out about Maze's notes, then head to the courtyard and examine the writing on the western grave.
  • Cutlass Bluetane - This weapon is inside of Demon Door #8. Please refer to the "Open Saysamemiddlefinger" achievement for information on how to open this Demon Door as well as its exact location.
  • Dollmaster's Mace - This weapon is inside of Demon Door #9. Please refer to the "Open Saysamemiddlefinger" achievement for information on how to open this Demon Door as well as its exact location.
  • Katana Hiryu - This weapon is inside of Silver Chest #8 which requires 15 silver keys in order to open. Please refer to the "Get It Off Your Chest" achievement for the exact location of the chest.

  • Skorm's Bow - You need to sacrifice somone to the Chapel of Skorm which is located in Darkwood. You must score 500+ evil points in one sacrifice in order to get the weapon. A good way to do this is to hire one of the guards in from an are such as Oakvale or Bowerstone South and sacrifice them. For good characters to get as much points in one sacrifice, wait until the arrow in the clock is in the middle of the night, and then sacrifice. Characters that are 100% Evil will not get any evil points and therefore can not get the weapon.
  • Solus Greatsword - This weapon can be bought in Bowerstone North. You can also receive it as a gift from Lady Grey.
  • Sword of Aeons - In order to obtain this weapon, do not destroy the weapon in the Defeat Jack of Blades quest.

  • The Sentinus - You will need to make a large donation to the Temple of Avo in Witchwood in order to earn this weapon. Good characters must donate 300,000 at one time, and evil characters must donate 40,000 at one time. If you are a good character, you should unlock the "Choosing My Religion" achievement. Note that this can be glitchy and you may not get the weapon despite giving the Temple more than enough gold at one time.
  • Wellow's Pickhammer - This weapon is inside of Demon Door #3. Please refer to the "Open Saysamemiddlefinger" achievement for information on how to open this Demon Door as well as its exact location.

If you want to see how many more Legendary Weapons you need for the achievement, there is a progress counter on the achievement page in the game.

Fun fact: when you do the Darkwood Bordello quest, getting the owner drunk in order to find out where the deed is hidden will count toward The Drinking Game! :D

I had issues finding the Bright Plate outfit for Demon Door #9, so it's worth noting that if you don't buy it from the arena vendor - since you can't get back inside afterward - you can find the entire set on the clothing vendor in Snowspire. Supposedly you can also find two pieces in Knothole Glade and the other two on wandering traders, but I was unable to do so.

An alternate way to unlock Arthur or Robin is simply killing the Archery Competition organizer and looting the treasure clue and Silver Arrow Trophy from his corpse.

I am a little confused...

For the "Combat, Evolved" achievement, Am I suppose to get my mulitplier to 20 and then drink the potion or am I suppose to drink the potion first and get my multiplier to 20???

you are meant to get a multiplier of 20 first. then drink the ages of potion. we will make this clearer.

RE: Arthur or Robin achievement

If you can't manage to beat your score at the Archery competition you can kill the competition owner and he will drop a bag with a silver arrow and treasure clue #4. This gives you the achievement as well as the treasure clue to get the frying pan.

However this will make the Archery competition permanently unavailable.

Shouldn't it be 49/50 offline 1/50 online? Also "There's Always A Lighthouse" is a reference to Bioshock: Infinite, the achievement description is a reference to the first game.

i dont think smartglass is online. As for the reference the name is also a reference to the first game. I will put it in as soon as kairi gets on.

thanks
