SinfulSavior
As promised, the picture for ID 44 from the map app. In my game there's nothing there. http://www.flickr.com/photos/sinfulsavior/6145896815/in/photostream/
SinfulSavior
ID card 44 is right there. It is on the table under the wooden shack BUT it was invisible on my version. Here is a link: http://deadisland.wikia.com/wiki/ID_Card_44 You just made my night. Was on the table, but completely invisible. These are the bugs that drive me nuts. Tyger7
Can't have direct links to those scans. Copyright and all. They created the book with intent to sell that information, and even though you gave them credit you did not get permission. Not trying to be a jerk, just the way it goes! Feel free to PM me with concerns. Edited September 14, 2011 by Tyger7
NEO CRIMS0N
I cant seem to find that fact book 25. The map says its near the lounge chairs in the super market, the description says its in the manager's office on a shelf, but the only shelf I can see in there that it might be on is the one that is blocked by a painting you move to open a safe. a co-op buddy opened the safe so I cant say for sure that he searched the shelves first. Has anyone found this fact book????

HamKet
I can't find Fact #25 either. Has anyone found it, or know where it is? It is definitely NOT in the area of the Market the strategy guide claims it is.

RE2LeonS
Wow they made you take down the screen shots?! Christ, I've had that page open for days trying to get them. And now they're deleted off your Flickr
Grimfel
Wow they made you take down the screen shots?! Christ, I've had that page open for days trying to get them. And now they're deleted off your Flickr Tyger deleted the link because he informed me it was a copyright infringe. I didn't want word to get back to the wrong people and me get in legal trouble so I pulled them from the flickr account. Sorry for the inconvenience mate. Someone else wants to link up some pics they took then by all means. I would, but I don't have screen cap capabilities. Also... someone else wants to start a more definitive collectibles guide that isn't reliant on the maps I posted then by all means.
darthroker29
Why isn't there a link to this in the achievements guide? I had to google it to see if anyone out there had a guide like this. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. Edit: Nvm, this is incomplete.... fml. I need something like this but complete.*sigh* back to google. Edited September 24, 2011 by darthroker29

Tanaki Khan
Yeah 25 I think might be a BradyGames error. I have yet to see it in the lawn/chair area I think it's in the Manager's office but the only place I cannot check is behind the painting once it is opened. WARNING: Once you complete the Supermarket, that painting is permanently open. Am just getting to the market on Purna now so I can verify the location of that fact before I start hunting for a group who hasn't done it for my main character to collect everything...... ALSO: the maps are now on the Dead Island Wiki. I think they are maps from the same source, the iphone app, so the wiki doesn't seem so bothered about copyright and someone even has their own watermark on it. thecommonmasses
I got all the collectibles during my first playthrough. My suggestion would be to just look in every room you pass in the game. That's what I ended up doing, and I found everything no problems.
Tanaki Khan
Well it wasn't behind where the painting covers up when opened. I got all the collectibles during my first playthrough. My suggestion would be to just look in every room you pass in the game. That's what I ended up doing, and I found everything no problems. Not the same thing. Try googling for Banoi excerpt #25. It seems everyone is looking for this one but no-one can conclusively say where it is. What you did was collected 120 collectibles if you mean the achievement or 140 if you mean you got the 10k xp for the challenge as this counts mods as collectibles and any picked up by other characters played by you. Grimfel
Well... It's officially finished. I'll be posting it to Pant's Guide Thread and so hopefully we'll get a link up there. Thanks for your patience and any tips, or pics, or helpful comments would always be appreciated.
ofay
To be honest, a collectable guide isn't really needed for this game since the collectables are stackable in new game+ Some people may want to get all the collectables not just meet the achievement and for them this guide is very well done. zarda1
fact 25 is located in the blood bath dlc on a bed on the floor upstairs.
EarthBoundX5
Thanks for the list, but there are a few errors for whatever reason that need correction. I'd been following it up until Afran's Village, noticed a few errors but nothing worth noting (ex. ID Card #35 is accessible during Act II, not just end of Act III). However, your desciption for ID Card 65 is way off and should be fixed. Its actually in the bus in Afran's Village. Source: http://deadisland.wikia.com/wiki/ID_Card_65 I'll post if I find anything else worth pointing out. EDIT: Also like others mentioned, you should edit Excerpt 25 to state that it only exists in the DLC.

No problem and thanks, and since I'm just getting to the last couple of missions, I noticed you didn't have any info for ID 91. Its up a stairwell on the "first floor" of the Hospital during "Chasing the White Rabbit".
