Powerboyfuul
Never heard of it, is it anything like the kinect or something different?

Cugglebunny
I've been looking at getting one as it says it decreases the range needed, does anyone recommend it? Does it actually work?

VitaminAmy
Mine didn't work at all (I followed the directions perfectly)... I hear it's hit or miss.
Galarzaa90
I wanted to get one, but couldn't find it anywhere, and after a while I forgot about it, I rarely play kinect games
robk24
I had one, they do reduce the room needed but can interfere with kinect understanding gestures sometimes, yeah its very hit and miss
MoRICH MAN 300
I got one of these cause I was hoping it would let me use my Kinect in a small room, well I'm disappointed cause it really didn't help at all and I still can't use my Kinect. Jaythree26
I've been using mine for about a year and it seems to work the way it should for me. I have very little space and have played at least a dozen different games that I wouldn't be able to otherwise. Without it my kinect would just be collecting dust. Watty8883
I had to have perfect light to get any result at all or it will not even track. Not worth the hassle.Rubbish.
K1NG S3PH1R0TH
mines rotting away somewhere in the house. piece of crap, according to kinect, my bones and joints are made of flubber:uzi:
foreigntrees
Is there any way to downplay the fisheye effect that comes with the Zoom? I have a really limited space, so it was a nice idea to try, but the distortion causes so many errors that it causes makes it worse than just working with the little space I have. Fiery Fangbanger
Is there anyway to DIY for the zoom rather than paying for a hit-or-miss attachment? Living in dorms and small apartments have left my kinect collecting dust in a drawer.

Jordbrett
I would recommend not getting it. Didn't work at all for me, I tried it a few times and seemed to make the sensor work worse than it does out of the box. For $10-$20 you can try it and return it if it doesn't help you though. Could have been my setup. Edit: Realized it's a super old thread, sorry for the reply.
Mephisto77
I bought one a yr ago and its working, in some games better and in some worse, depending on a game, but you can take it off whenever you like. I dont have as big room as required in some games so then its usefull, didnt costed that much either
