This feels like playing poker online. Being able to see the whole table and the surroundings gives a good feel. A must for any poker fan. I am enjoying it, I hope you will too. This is my first guide. So be kind! Special thanks to those who have added to this guide. You have been credited on the specific achievements you helped on. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+JDy2g==.jpgBucket List #12,472 5 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Completed a ranked multiplayer game of Full House Poker Play through an enitre ranked match. Very easy. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-oQrbc=.jpgPull The Trigger 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Bet on every street in a hand and then won the showdown For this you need to bet on the flop, the turn & the river and then win. You don't need to be winning along the way(although it would help) I got this in single player and the AI folded when the river was out and i still got the achievement. Can also be done in mulitplayer. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+7fm1A==.jpgBig Dog 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Won a tournament You can win a ranked tournament, a single player tournament or a pro-takedown for this achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-60W-U=.jpgDing! Top Dog! 20 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Leveled up to 50 Keep playing online, single player or pro takedowns. You get XP for being dealt in the hand and for smart folds, lucky escapes, winning streaks, busting player and of course winning/coming top 3. A way to level up quickly is play pro-takedowns. You can quickly knock out "Daisy Duece" for 17,500XP and gain XP spoken about above along the way. She will aways bet if you check and will follow you all in. This can be done quickly and the XP does not reduce with repeat plays. Alternatively just keep hitting all in every hand before the flop. You will get 50XP dealt in & 500XP winning streak. I got 30,000XP before he called me to bust me out. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/-U0FxA==.jpgHollywooding 5 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Honed your acting skills by performing 10 aggressive or timid plays These are animated displays your character does when checking/betting folding/raising. Hold L/T for Timid & R/T for Aggressive and play your choice. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/-2wMcQ==.jpgI See the Future 5 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Used every possible pre-action at least once It is said that for this you need to make you decision on what you are doing before it's actually your turn. You will notice this by a spinning chip with your choice waiting to be played. The pre-actions are as follows: Bet/Raise (Y) Check/Call (A) Check/Fold, Fold (B) This achievement came naturally for me. I have tried to replicate it on another gamertag and have done these pre-actions but i am yet to unlock the achievement on the other gamertag. Whether i am missing something or whether it needs to be done in a certain way i am not sure. I will continue to update this achievement when more info is available. (Special thanks to PTIT VER for the info) EDIT: If think you have done them all but no achievement. You are probably missing BET. This one can be difficult as the AI will always bet before you. Probably best to try and get this online. It will show bet instead of raise for the Y button. If someone bets before you then it will change to raise. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+lceRw==.jpgDing! Double Digits! 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Leveled up to 10 See Ding! Top Dog! http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-gxpAI=.jpgI Hate ATM Fees 20 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Played 50 hands in a row without taking a cash advance Very very easy. You can only play ranked matches with no buy in when you start off. So you have no possibility of loosing money. Just play 50 hands. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-xzt2g=.jpgRollin' 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Earned a bankroll of at least 500,000 chips http://i55.tinypic.com/wk3ix0.gif This can be done in pro-takedown. If you win the All-pro tournament you will net the 500,000http://i55.tinypic.com/wk3ix0.gif instantly. Another method would be to keep playing Daisy Deuce until it unlocks if you don't want to risk it all in the tournament. The all-Pro tournament requires a bankroll of 100,000. If you have enough to play Daisy Deuce then beating her will give you the ammount you need for the last tournament. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+Q8Wrg==.jpgGone Fishing 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Won a showdown with a hand you made on the river Very very simple again, and mainly down to luck. Win the hand on the last card on the river when you weren't winning before. So you could be winning from the start then the 4th card is making another player win, then the 5th card on the river gives you the win! Study the winning hand structure by pressing LB if you are unsure. http://i52.tinypic.com/2zgyhbc.jpg Example: Notice from the start Hand 5 is winning with 2 pair from the flop A's & 10's. When "the turn" comes hand 4 has a pair of Q's. On "the turn" hand 5 is still the clear winner. When the "river card" comes out, it gives hand 4 three of a kind(Trip Queens) Therefor winning the hand on the last card! http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/-K39Vw==.jpgHeadshot 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Busted another player in a ranked multiplayer game Nice & easy. Just bust a player out. You only need to bust the player out, Another player can take 1000's of chips from him. If you take his last few chips and see him leave then you get the achievement. Stick in there play by the cards you have in your hand and you'll get it. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-+yRk4=.jpgYou're Not the Boss of Me 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Beat Larry, Lily, or Daisy in a Pro Takedown You will unlock Larry at level 10 - Although he may unlock before it as it has been reported. Larry has a bully style and will raise and re-raise. If you play silly you will run out of chips quickly. Fold rubbish hands from the off, check your big blinds(you may aswell) When you get something good Larry is still prone to following you all in. Just do that when the hand is right and you will win for the achievement. You will unlock Lily & Daisy along the way, But you will more than likely play Larry first. NOTE: It has came to my attention that this achievement can glitch "if" you have already achieveved it on the WP7 version. If you have the WP7 version, then i would suggest unlocking the achievement on the XBL version first. UPDATE: This has now been fixed This may be replicated vice-versa, but i do not know! (Thanks to Chiaroscuro & EddStrid for this info) http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-vwVSQ=.jpgStylish Host 5 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Hosted a multiplayer game with customized table, chair, and card styles Choose to create a game/table from the multiplayer menu, Then change everything. You don't have to play the game, the achievement will unlock in the lobby. You will unlock other table cloths, chair styles, card deck skins as you go along. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-9Uo2Y=.jpgTrickster 5 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Performed a chip trick at the table or while a menu screen is displayed During any game mode hit the start button and press up 3x or any other trick of your choice. GDMFS0AB
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-2TT-s=.jpgTook Down a Pro 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Won a Pro Takedown Very simple most of the pro's will call an all in hand. You can go all in from the start if you have a good hand, or wait to see the flop then hit all in. Failing that you can play it like a real game, but the pro's are a little stupid. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+O-uPQ==.jpgExtra Tricky 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Performed 3 different chip tricks in the same hand You get your first chip trick straight away and the 3rd chip trick at level 14. To get to level 14 quickly see the method shown for Ding! Top Dog! achievement. Once you reach level 14 go into a game and hit up 3x, down 3x and right 3x and you will do all 3 tricks and the achievements will pop http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-5Svt0=.jpgThe Final Table 20 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Won the All-Pro Tournament The all pro-Tournament will unlock after you have beaten all the pro's in the list. This is basically a type of scenario mode, All pro's will have different styles and difficulties to beat. This tournament is quite simple and should'nt take too long. It has also been confirmed that this tournament will give you 500,000http://i55.tinypic.com/wk3ix0.gif (Special thanks to Behindtimes) Gameplay & Tactics have been provided by user Behindtimes and you can find them at the following link: http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=300519 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/5-nRXJE=.jpgIt's Like the Wave 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png All 10 players at a single table performed a chip trick during the same hand Best way to do this is in single player as there is no timer on how long you take to play your turn. Do a trick and wait for everyone else to do it. (Credit goes to Mugginyouoff for this method, as i wasn't aware of it) Alt - You can get a party of 10 together and do it, Or just join a table with another 9 people in it and hope to get it(by this i mean scream at them in game chat to do it) http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1813/+s7niA==.jpgCardrack 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Won two consecutive showdowns I managed to get this in my third game which i was amazed at. It has to be two consecutive hands. That's two busts in two hands. I got three in a row which was awesome. If you get good cards and play them well then you can do it. All i can do is wish you luck -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLC: Texas Heat, Spring 2011 Season (Timed achievements) http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/Ap/0t/14CLiGJhbC9GCBoIG1lTWDhEL2FjaC8wLzIyAAAAAOfn5-gCnR4=.jpgHot Pot Master, Spring 2011 10 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Win a Hot Pot hand in Texas Heat’s Spring 2011 season This is when the betting gets rather big on a hand. Once the pot reaches a certain size it will be classed as a hot pot. You need to win this hand to claim the "hot pot". "Hot pot turns up the Texas Heat! When the pot gets really big, it's called a Hot Pot. Whenever someone wins a Hot Pot, blinds and antes are increased for the remaining hands at that table. At the start of the show, pots equal to or greater thaan the starting chip ammount for that table will trigger a Hot Pot. Keep in mind, though, that each time a Hot Pot happens, the ammount of chips required to trigger it also goes up, So the next one is harder to hit." http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/t5/QM/1YCLiGJhbC9FCBoIG1lTWDhEL2FjaC8wLzIxAAAAAOfn5-ojlKs=.jpgGold Medal Champion Spring 2011 15 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Finish a Texas Heat show with a Gold Medal in the Spring 2011 season You will gain a gold, Silver or bronze medal at the end of each session, dependent on XP and where you stand overall after the 30 minutes has completed. Gold - 75% or above Silver - 50% or above Bronze - 25% or above Play well, Know when to fold, when to bet and you will gain a lot of XP. You gain XP for the following: Dealt in - 50xp (Seen it at 75/100/125/150/250xp in ranked MP) Schooled - 100xp Showdown winner - 100xp Takedown - 150xp Takedown Spree - 500xp All in to win - 250xp Winning streak - 500xp River captain - 500xp Smart fold - 500xp Got out Free - 250xp Bad beat - Unknown Lucky escape - Unknown Witness to Fame - 100xp (If you have more friends playing the game this will appear more often) (xp based on ranked matches) (Special thanks to Bistric for the percentages) http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/kW/XN/1oCLiGJhbC9HCBoIG1lTWDhEL2FjaC8wLzIzAAAAAOfn5-niZY0=.jpgWinner’s Circle, Spring 2011 25 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.png Accumulate a total of five million table chips across the Spring 2011 season of Texas Heat Texas Heat has 3 tables but the most important one for this achievement is the Triple Diamond Table you start with 250,000 chips and the betting is big! I found you have to play a little reckless. I manged this in the first session. Making it a very easy achievement. Play your cards, don't chase too much. If you get demoted it's quite easy to get back up to the top table. Whatever chips you have at the end of a session gets banked. Take note and when you reach 5million the achievement will pop. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Again guys this was my first guide. I kinda nailed the game yesterday and i feel i have a lot of the answers. You will find this guide factual. Anything to add? Mail me or post. GDMFS0AB
I actually had already called and started on the achievement guide for this first. You should search the forums before you do stuff like this. I did. There can be more than one guide. Plus i feel my guide is more factual and yours more speculation. Since i have most of the achievements and have played longer than you. You reserved posts with nothing in them just to be first. I built the guide the loaded it and mine clearly has more info than yours. Didn't mean to step on toes though. Soz

GDMFS0AB has done more with his guide, with more detail for each achievement, and like he said you dont have many of the achievements, so yours was really guess work. Nozza
I actually had already called and started on the achievement guide for this first. You should search the forums before you do stuff like this. Fail. Before you go off on one making you're look like a spoilt brat, at least read the Guide Rules! Anyone can make a guide for a game at anytime. As long as when posted, it has a decent amount of starting info then my 2yr old sister can post one! Bulletstorm alone has 3 guides at this current moment! There is no first come first serve! Ptit Ver
For the "I See the Future" achievement, I believe that the pre-actions are the actions you choose while it is not yet your turn to play. For exemple, if you choose to fold whilethe player on your right is still deciding what to do, that is a pre-action. So you have to check, fold, raise and go all in while another player is playing (it doesn't have to be in one hand) to get it. I might be wrong but that's how I understood the achievement (and it makes sense with its name) and I got it trying to do just that

GDMFS0AB
What about the DLC achievements? Will they become unobtainable once the Spring '11 Season has ended? Are they difficult to achieve? Once i am aware how to get them this guide will be updated. I have heard the the Winner's Circle achievement may not be as hard as it seems since some tables will have huge returns. As for Gold Medal Champion & Hot Pot. I will update when i know.

GDMFS0AB
The currency in the game is chips...Not $. I will ammend the guide to show this. So 500k in chips/dollars which ever you want to see it as. It's all the same. There is only one currency in the game. As for the All pro tournament. Yes you could say because of the people in the tournament that it may be easy. Only the first 5 people in the pro-takedown are really stupid...It gets harder. Facing all these people at once makes the all pro tournamant a little harder. So it may be difficult/time consuming to do. It only says "All players level 10 or below get bonus bankroll payouts at the end of the show". Doesn't necessarily mean only those who are below level 10 can play in it.
