Seems to only work when you use the Rocket Launcher, grenade launcher doesn't affect it. http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j186/Jonnnzbucket/DeathrayRE5.png Really speeds things up if you're trying to save some time not dodging the beams every few seconds (also helps if you have inf Rockets , since they're 10k in the shop). Pro is definatelly challenging enough with the one hit kill from enemies and having the ai wondering off instead of helping you recover. Couldn't see the guy manning the Death Ray after the enitial cut scene... Will keep looking as the Rocket is really killing the accuracy rating at the end of the level if it doesn't tag an arm or leg first. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kracker Kwon Do Posted April 29, 2009 Author Share Posted April 29, 2009 I figured if you can get the guys manning the turrets to die before you have to run into their path looking for that sweet spot to shoot the poor bastards with the bow, handgun or maybe even trying a three pointer with a grenade you take away the risk of having the a.i. or your co-op buddy from running into the shiny lights wasting time. Had some fun with Proximity mines too... Some of the levels let you walk around before triggering the enemies. Level 4-1 after the flaming balls (area with the moving stairways) and level 5-3 when you or Chris have to be moved across a large gap by pulling a switch operating a moving platform that was previously occupied by a Large Majini and two lackies.
