Nozza
This is a full guide for the 'Challenge Accepted' achievement. It's a 100% comfirmed list of all the challenges you need to complete up-to/past level 1 and some level 5. The lists will be shown in sections for easy finding (see Key below) and will only show the first level of what you need to achieve towards the achievement. Take note that some challenges don't unlock until you either reach certain areas or complete the 1st level of a previous challenge. Please also look at the notes section below for some more information. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2058/5-nh-aM=.jpg Challenge Accepted 30 Completed level 1 of all non-level-specific challenges with a single character ----------- Useful Links Achievement Guide + Roadmap + DLC Achievement Trading Thread Challenge Accepted Achievement Check List ----------- Credit F8L Fool for Jimmy Jenkins guide. k1ll1ng5pr33 for new information and layout. ----------- Key [Linked] Enemies (#2) Elemental (#3) Loot (#4) Money and Trading (#5) Vehicle (#6) Health and Recovery (#7) Guns and Melee (#8) Equipment (#9) Misc (#10) ----------- Challenges Note 1) Even though some challenges are hidden, you can complete them while they're hidden (you do need to unlock them first before it actually counts as completed of course). For example, if you get 'Splish Splash' to level 5, 'Catch-A-Rocket' will unlock, which requires to kill enemies with direct rocket hits. If you complete 'Splish Splash', but in the meantime also killed enemies with direct rockets, once you unlock 'Catch-A-Rocket' it'll be completed right away. 2) Any challenge that requires you to kill anyone, so Jenkins, you must deal the final killing blow. If someone else kills the challenge target, the challenge will not unlock for you. 3) DLC challenges do not count towards the achievement. Only the original game list that are all shown below. Weak spots vary from - Bandit Heads, Robot Eye, Spiderants Pouch etc. Easiest done on Crystalisks. Open Wide! Kill 750 enemies from point-blank range with shotguns This challenge will unlock 'Shotgun Sniper' once level 5 is completed. You must complete level 5 of this challenge, not just reach it. You're going to have to get close to the fight for this one. If you make a kill and are not close enough, it'll go towards the 'Shotgun Sniper' challenge. A great place to farm this if needed, is either Bloodshot Stronghold, Southpaw Steam & Power or Tundra Express - Farmhouse. Best spot to boost this is the Tundra Express. Shotgun Sniper Kill 10 enemies from long range with shotguns This challenge will unlock once level 5 of 'Open Wide!' is completed. Opposite to 'Open Wide!'. So kill from a distance. Not sure how long, long range is, but keep as much distance possible. Meaning you can still damage your enemies. You probably want to use an explosive shotgun. Their bullets travel pretty long distance and will also do some splash damage if you miss them. Sniper Rifle Longshot Kill 20 enemies with sniper rifles Self-explanatory. Longshot Headshot Get 25 critical hits with sniper rifles Leaf on the Second Wind Get 2 "Second Winds" using sniper rifles Self-explanatory. Weak spots vary from - Bandit Heads, Robot Eye, Spiderants Pouch etc. Easiest done on Crystalisks. Surprise! Kill 5 unaware enemies with sniper rifles This challenge will unlock once level 1 of 'No Scope, No Problem' is completed. Unaware enemies are the ones that haven't spotted you. Meaning they're minding their own business. Since you're a sniper and your main advantage is long range distance, you'll want to use this. Don't rush into an area with enemies. Take distance and take down your enemies. You'll want to kill them in 1 shot. Rocket Launcher Rocket and Roll Kill 10 enemies with rocket launchers Self-explanatory. Gone with the Second Wind Get 2 "Second Winds" with rocket launchers Self-explanatory. Sky Rockets in Flight... Kill 25 enemies from long range with rocket launchers Not sure what how long, long range exactly is, but just keep as much distance as possible (meaning you can still hit your enemies without the rocket flying into nowhere). Shield Basher Kill 5 shielded enemies with 1 rocket each Enemy must be full health & shield Find a Rocket Launcher with some pretty high damage. Preferably one that only shoots multiple rocket at a time and maybe a x multiplier. Find some enemies that have a Shield (blue bar above their health bar) and kill them with one shot. Easily done with enemies with much lower level than you. Splish Splash Kill 200 enemies with rocket launcher splash damage This challenge will unlock 'Catech-a-Rocket' once level 5 is completed. You must complete level 5 of this challenge, not just reach it. Splash damage is like Area of Effect damage. Even if an enemy doesn't get hit directly by a rocket, if he stands to close to the explosion, he will receive damage. A great location for this would be either Caustic Caverns or Tundra Express, with the masses of Varkids. Catech-a-Rocket Kill 5 enemies with direct rocket hits This challenge will unlock once level 5 of 'Splish Splash' is completed. Self-explanatory. Melee Fisticuffs! Nozza
Equipment Grenades Note Some Grenades will also have multiple effects, but only the one mentioned in the Grenade's name will count, not both. For example: 'Sticky Lobbed Transfusion' spawns Child Grenades and steals health. Using this won't count towards the 'EXPLOOOOOSIONS!' challenge, but will count towards the 'Health Vampire' challenge. Most Grenades can't kill enemies instanly. No enemiy close to your level at least. You probably want to deal some damage first and use Grenades as a finisher. Woah, Black Betty Kill 10 enemies with Bouncing Betty grenades DAHL Grenades. Once thrown, this will cause a purple ball that will pull any enemy close to it and explode a second later. Shields Ammo Eater Absorb 20 ammo with an Absorption shield Vladof Shields. Description should mention 'Absorption'. Anytime you get shot with normal bullets, the Shield may absorp them and add them to your ammo. A small blue bullet appears at your Shield meter when it does. Roid Rage Kill 5 enemies while buffed by a "Maylay" shield Bandit Shields. Description should mention 'Melee' and name 'Maylay'. When your Shield is gone, you'll deal bonus damage with melee. When it does, the word 'Melee' will appear in the Shield bar. Game of Thorns Kill 5 enemies with reflected damage from a Spike shield Torgue Shields. Description/Name should mention 'Spike'. When you get attacked with melee attacks, it'll deal spike damage. Amp It Up Kill 5 enemies while buffed by an Amplify shield Hyperion Shields. Description should mention 'AMP'. When your Shield is fully charged, the next shot from whatever weapon you're using deals bonus damage. A red outline on your shield meter will appear when the AMP shot is ready. Will drain your Shield everytime you use the AMP. Super Novas Kill 5 enemies with a Nova burst shield Torgue/Maliwan Shields. Description should mention 'Nova'. Nozza
I got the official LE guide, so I'm going to compare and double check the lists together. the one's you've posted are simply the single player set and these are not needed for the achievement. Mr Daravon
I'm going to grab a shotgun in a second, I did all of these days ago and couldn't get the achievement, but noticed in comparing my in-game list to yours that the long-range Shotgun kill one isn't listed at all in my game. I assumed that the in-game ones were just there automatically, I guess that you actually need to do a Challenge item once to have it populate? I'll post back if that was it or not for me, this one's been driving me crazy.

Mr Daravon
Okay, I can't get the Shotgun Sniper Challenge to trigger to save my life. I popped into a low level character I have and confirmed that Challenges appear to mostly only show up once you've done whatever the Challenge is once (my level 18 guy only has 3 Shotgun Challenges showing for example). But in my level 38 character's game I am killing people with a shotgun from so far away I can barely see them and it's still not populating the Challenge for me. I even re-spec'd and haven't assigned any skill points to make sure some sort of passive wasn't messing it up, and I'm using a non-elemental shotgun. Does anyone have any idea??? DamagedWill
Thank you so much Nozza. The only two I'm missing now are Shotgun Sniper and JJEEENNNKKKIIINNNSSSS. Anybody know how to unlock Shotgun Sniper or is it just like Catch a Rocket where I have to fully complete one of the shotgun challenges? EDIT - I just discovered that completing the Open Wide challenge will unlock Shotgun Sniper, although some people have said they unlocked it at level 3 of Open Wide. Also, chances are you already have done Shotgun Sniper because the game will track it even though you don't have it unlocked. So it's more like doing one challenge instead of two. EDIT 2 - Wow, completely didn't see that EliteLeafHater posted what I was looking for earlier. Shows how much I pay attention in the morning. More than likely it requires another Shotgun challenge to be at a specific level like the Catch-A-Rocket challenge does with Splish Splash. I tried myself and didn't have it pop, but my challenges for Shotguns are at 2 and like one 3, so think I'll use my shotgun for a while and see.
