Get 100% kills on any floor on Don't Hurt Me or harder

Simple. Just don't leave any rooms unchecked. Obviously easiest attained on the very first floor.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/aE/Ga/0oCLiGJhbC9GFQUXXFJRFkNCL2FjaC8wLzIAAAAA5+fn-bVBcw==.jpgClean out the Castle 20 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg

Get 100% of the treasure in any floor

Treasure might be found in open areas, but most of the time they are hidden in secret areas. You might want to do this achievement on the very first floor.

You can find map overviews, which will help you much to find those secret areas, HERE.

Find one secret

In Wolfenstein 3D, secrets are hidden behind movable walls. Just run up to one and press http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/misc/a.png to make it move!

You can find complete map overviews, including all secret areas, HERE.

Complete one floor on "I Am Death Incarnate"

Complete one level on the highest skill level. Do this on the very first level. Since there aren't that many enemies but enough secret areas with ammo and health kits inside, this shouldn't be a problem.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/61/qA/1YCLiGJhbC81FQUXXFJRFkNCL2FjaC8wL0EAAAAA5+fn+q9a8A==.jpgBlazkowicz-ed! 40 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg

Complete all six episodes on Bring 'Em On! or harder

There are 2 important things you need to to in order to beat the whole thing on this skill level.

First: Save, save, save. You don't want to restart a whole level just because you accidently ran into a big bunch of enemies, right?

Second: Collect every secret! There may not be "only" ammo or health but bigger guns and treasure!

Okay, I hope you like my guide. Even though the game isn't out yet, this guide will definitely work 100%.

Introduction

Welcome to Wolfenstein 3D. This game was created by id Software back in 1992 and was one of the very first FPS which laid the foundation stone for all FPS which came out in the meantime.

Wolfenstein 3D is ported by the same company which ported DOOM - analogies between Wolfenstein 3D's and DOOM's achievements are obvious.

Step 1: Playthrough

Start a new game and pick the skill level "Bring 'em on". Roam around the level, killing everything you encounter. While doing this, check this overview in order to gain access to all secret areas. After you've moved the first wall, Hey, That Wall Moves will pop up.

Once you've double-checked every room for treasure and enemies, exit this level and None Left Standing, Clean out the Castle and One of many will unlock.

Now continue to play through all episodes, unlocking all respective chapter-achievements and finally, when beaten the sixth episode, Blazkowicz-ed! will unlock!

Step 2: One floor on "I am Death Incarnate"

The only thing which still is between you and another 200 is the achievement "You Are Death Incarnate", which requires you to beat one floor on the skill level "I am Death Incarnate". Just start a new game and pick the first episode. You won't even need health kits since there are only a few enemies. However, in the event that you accidently lose a great amount of health and/or ammo, check the guide for secret area locations.

Right after you pulled the exit lever, the achievement will pop up. 200/200!

Conclusion

As you can see, there is no "hardest" achievement in Wolfenstein 3D. All achievement are pretty easy, not only because there are teleporter exits which allow you to skip huge parts of the game, is desired. Especially oldschool gamers won't have a problem with this game.

Great job! I was going to write one but my lazy self never got to it. You may want to add this video onto your guide or just leave it here. It shows how to 100% the first level for those of you who have never played good ol' Wolf3D.

heh. I wanted to write this guide since I've heard of Wolf3D coming to XBLA.

Thanks for the vid, but does it show 100% kills or 100% treasure or both. If so, where do I include it in my guide?

I was also going to write a guide for this game. Here is a video that gives 100% everything for the first level guaranteed.

I plan to grab this whenever the hell I have some time, probably sometime tonight (damn dr visits). Definitely will be using this guide. I use to have this on the old super nintendo but I'll be damned if I remember ANYTHING from this game at this point, that was so long ago and I prefered Doom moreso then this one.

Nice guide and especially cool that you posted it so fast... for old school gamers the achievement difficulty is rather 2 / 10, but that's just because you remember so well how the game plays out :)

Yeah, but playing through the whole thing on Bring 'em on can be very difficult to new wolfers.

I have to agree as I am new to Wolfenstein and am not finding it that easy on Bring 'em on difficulty. I fought the level should have ended by now but I keep getting lost. Can I ask a quick question?? I followed the video in the thread to get the 100% achievements and after that it took me to Episode 1 Level 10. I got to the next door and I am now at Episode 1 Level 2, is this supposed to happen?? Am I going the wrong way?? I have looked for other Wolfenstein video guides but none help me.

Level 10 is a bonus level. Typically the episodes go 1-9 and one of them will have a 2nd exit to take you to level 10. Once you finish that, you go back to where you should be.

Rightly so, everyone who's having difficulties should just save a lot. Like with the SEGA classics, you can save whenever, wherever (now wasn't that some crappy song?) ;)

I found that exit this morning and was stoked, I thought I blew through all of episode 1 haha. Then I went back to floor 2 and was depressed as hell. It's been a while since I played this, and I don't even remember finding a single floor 10 when I use to play it when I was younger. Oh well. Hopefully I'll finish up episode 1 when I get home this morning.

Okay thanks for clearing that up as I was unsure on it as wondered why the order would go in that way but a bonus level makes sense. Now onto finishing the floor itself. Also a very good guide dude, has helped alot with it being so easy to understand.

Nice job on the guide, you beat me to it. :)

I'm going to go ahead and disagree with the difficulty and the time needed.

Given that you can save at any time as often as you want, and you don't have to play on the hardest difficulty level, this is a 3 at most for difficulty.

In terms of time, there' 60 levels in the game, if you figure 10 minutes on average to account for longer levels, dying and having to go back, etc, then that's 600 minutes or 10 hours. You might think 10 is too high for an average, but 4-5 hours would mean 5 minutes on average which is low IMO (especially if you think it's a 5 for difficulty).

I gotta say though, this is exactly the kind of thing that needs to come to the arcade -- an old classic (instead of some boring puzzle game that is just a rehash of some other boring puzzle game), 400 points (instead of 800+), and straightforward achievements (just beat the game for the most part). And as a bonus: you unlock stuff for another game.

It would've been nice if they had retouched the graphics a bit, but otherwise this is a perfect XBLA release.

Edit: just a couple tips as it occured to me that not everyone's an old school Wolf3D gamer from back in the day (like I am):

- mentioned in the guide, but save often.

- use the machine gun (not the gattling gun), and try to do single shot as much as possible. You'll be surprised at how much this saves ammo

- rely on the poor AI. Charge into a room to trigger them (hearing the "Gustahfson"), then run out and wait for them to come through a doorway or around a corner before laying into them. The AI has a basic "charge at BJ" strategy, so this tactic is very effective.

Nice job on the guide, you beat me to it. :)

Thanks. I was looking forward to this game and writing the guide as well. ; )

Given that you can save at any time as often as you want, and you don't have to play on the hardest difficulty level, this is a 3 at most for difficulty.

I have to disagree. People might play it without map overviews and since some levels are extremely confusing, getting lost is very easy. Furthermore, enemies can oneshot you on that difficulty and if you forgot to save, you might have to replay some time.

I played through the whole thing in about 3 hours and 40 minutes without remembering any of the levels (Except for the very first ones). So 4-5 hours is a very suitable time, even for beginners.

- use the machine gun (not the gattling gun), and try to do single shot as much as possible. You'll be surprised at how much this saves ammo

You don't need to save ammo, I didn't ran out of ammo once in my playthrough. Just rely on secret areas.

- rely on the poor AI. Charge into a room to trigger them (hearing the "Gustahfson"), then run out and wait for them to come through a doorway or around a corner before laying into them. The AI has a basic "charge at BJ" strategy, so this tactic is very effective.

That's true. But you have to be careful since enemies can shoot through the tips of corners.
