I'm 200 points shy of 100k. Completion rating of 40-50% I've never focused mainly on achievements. I'll play the game and grab the few easy ones before moving on. Only time I look for collectibles is when they give me in-game perks like Prototype 2 or the game is just really good.

Thanks to Gackt

I'm at 112,125 GS as of this moment. I'm a completionist, so my gamerscore builds up naturally when I complete each game. I'm currently at 133 completions with a 99% completion percentage. I also tend to avoid playing easy games. The more difficult the game is, the more satisfying the completion is IMO.

Currently on 62,759, I'd like to say I'm a completionist but I give up on too many games to even be considered as such

Currently sitting at 68k.

I enjoy achievements, as they allow me to go about playing a game, that I otherwise would not think of.

Currently at 72'111 GS.

I enjoy trying to get as many of a games achievements as i can and maintaining a decent completion %.

Having said that gameplay comes first so if i don't enjoy the play required to get an achievement then i usually don't bother with it. (eg, lots of multiplayer achievements & crap like Gears Seriously)

Just shy of 30k, and I enjoy getting the achievements, but I'm not gonna spend hours upon hours to gain a 10gs for collecting something. I only have one or two complete games, and that's fine. I game, for the games, not the gamerscore. The gamerscore is a bonus, and thus, I do go after the achievements that I know are obtainable.

I'm 105 shy of 166k . You've got me beat on overall completion though where I'm at around 67%. If/When I hit 200k I'll probably go back at try to get it to at least 75%. Some games I have one or two achievements that I have no desire to go back to so we'll see what happens.

30,615 for me right now. I really enjoy getting them-- adds extra play value to games and gives me a little more sense of accomplishment-- but I will not go way out of my way for really tough or grindy ones, and I don't go for online ones. Completion % isn't too big a deal for me, as I tend to try stuff out then set it aside in the backlog pile indefinitely if it doesn't grab me. I'm at 59.8% right now.

I'm currently a bit shy of 10K GS, which is a lot lower than most people here. I used to be primarily a PC gamer for RPGs and have also played numerous MMO's, but have been playing games more and more on the 360. I don't really like sitting at a desk for long periods of time anymore and love the 360 controllers. (I even bought one specifically for my PC.) Achievements have also been a bonus for me on the 360 as they give me more goals to pursue in the game than playing the same games on other platforms.

I'm a goal-oriented player and also very much a completionist in spirit. Even without achievements, I've always wanted to complete every quest, collection, activity, etc. within a game. Since many of these games are RPGs, I'm still working at it even years later. I make very slow progress, but tend to get the most out of my games. Achievements give me a nice shiny badge for many of the things I would have done anyway. I'm probably one of the very few people who actually enjoyed finding all the flags in AC1 & 2, or the ingots in Fallout 3 Pitt DLC.

Sometimes achievements will clue me in on something I didn't know I could do in the game, such as swinging from the moose head in Earthworm Jim. Yippee!

I'm sitting at 138K at the moment.

When I first started getting achievements, it was no big deal. I got a lot of them offline and didn't have many games. As I got more into 360 (was still on PC a lot back then around 2005-ish), I got more into getting achievements. Got higher numbers, and more achievements.

It's a viscous cycle. Now I can't stop!
I have moved to PC gaming, so I
won't be on Xbox LIVE anymore.

I have 48,000 right now very close to 50,000 and can easily get it but just don't have enough time anymore, and when I do I just usually play multiplayer

There is a problem if you have 50,000 which do you pick? (not me in general).

Just over 62k at the moment.

Would have a hell of a lot more if I decided to nail out the last of the achievements on several games.

Feel free to add me on either Xbox One or Xbox 360 if you want to boost achievements.

I'm just over the 100k mark at the moment, I wouldn't say I'm much of a completionist overall but I do have periods where I do enjoy trying to 100% a game. I started out not caring but rapidly started to love going for achievements. I've slowed down a lot recently because of other things and I'm just trying to slog through my backlog at the moment with achievements being a second thought I will probably go back to some games when I have made a dent in my backlog.

My gamerscore is currently just under 40,000. At first, I really disliked achievements. A few of my friends were addicted to getting them and I thought it ruined the point of gaming. Way back when, we'd play the older systems for hours on end simply for fun, not for some virtual award.

Recently I gave it some thought and I actually like achievements now. Without them, there are many games I would've breifly played once then quickly forgotten. I find they help to extend the life of some games, and the satisfaction of getting 100% (and bragging rights to your friends) doesn't hurt.

I'm chilling at a solid 18,000 currently. I love getting achievements but I don't really have the cash to spend on a bunch of games that I probably will play once and just allow it to collect dust afterwards.

I think it would be interesting to know not only the current gamescore, but how long it took people to reach that score... Just a side thought to throw out there for you.
