Wouldn't mind adding a quick revive to this thread. I get lost in these type of discussions for hours, paging through everyone's pictures! Really loving some of the setups. I'm at a 60" TV right now. I'd like to go to a 70", but I'm already sitting pretty close to my 60". I think a 70" would probably hurt my eyes.

That setup is nice and clean. Loving the figures! One of my favorite threads to look at, glad you revived it.

Still a few months away, but always good to get an idea.

Building a new home and I am having it built with a room which will turn into a media/gaming room.

4.95m x 3.25m are the dimensions.

With a room of that size, would it be better to go bigger screen and lounge against the wall? Or better to go 'normal' size screen (either 32" or 42") and lounge in middle of room? I'm not going all out and spending in excess of $10,000 for entertainment equipment, but I want something comfortable and a decent sound system.

I am in Australia, so I would like to stay away from overseas retailers if possible.

Probably my favourite setup! Exactly what I'd like mine to be like. Just need to work on leaving the nest first!

I know it looks quite simple and boring compared to others but that's just the way I like it. I've got other stuff going on behind me but nothing too interesting. All my games and memorabilia etc is in a separate room.

I'm upgrading the desks soon but other than that it's pretty much complete.

I tried to green light my bedroom with rope lights (I rope lighted my parents entire house way back when), but the new rope lights I've come across are weak as hell. What did you use as your light source, and where did you get it?
