Defiantllama14
It is a feature that EA has had in the games for a couple of years now. It keeps the game clock running as to not slow down the game. Once inside the 1 minute mark running out of bounds will stop the clock.
kentb79
Actually it's a new rule in college football that was implemented in 2008. After going out of bounds, the clock restarts on the referee's whistle, not at the snap of the ball. This is until the final 2 minutes of a half, where then it starts after the snap of the ball. The game is working correctly according to the actual rules in college football.
TheTenthPlague
Well I've known that, but the clock doesn't seem to stop at all when I go out of bounds. I could be wrong, but it seems to constantly run the entire time. Also, they keep calling the referees umpires, I've only ever heard that in baseball. Weird.
