Plaguewielder
If you're planning on trying to 1000 this, you're in for some frustration. I personally did not find hard mode to be overly difficult but that was because I had been so used to chaos and hell difficulties (this was one of my earliest 1000s and remains one of my favourite games, no matter what people say). Since the difficulties don't stack, start on easy first so that you'll be able to get all the upgrades by the time you reach the higher difficulties. The fact that it requires multiple playthroughs makes it time-consuming, even though the game is quite short. Make sure you're of course maxed out by the time you attempt chaos or hell, assuming you're still playing it by that point, and you'll automatically have a better chance of coping with those difficulties, though what you'll really need for them is patience. People are really harsh towards this game but I personally really enjoyed it, and still do. Good luck.

IceeDesertEagle
This is a 15 hour game. you can have all of the achievements done and set it up to get the 15 hours last.
Tiam4t
It isn't really difficult even on hell (I'm used to Ninja Gaiden). I got the first achievement on day 17 and the last on 20, I played it from easy to hell, and after the 5 playthroughts I didn't even get the achievement for playing 15 hours, I had to play the game a little more to get it, but I really enjoyed the game, I didn't even knew it had so few achievements before getting it, but anyway the gameplay and physics are really good, I usually can't enjoy a game after see the ending, but I finished Bullet Witch 5 times in 3 days without getting bored. The most frustrating parts on Hell for me were the stage 3, because I couldn't use the crows, and the end of the stage 4.
