ViperxSniper
Multiplayer Strategy: All but one (Graduation Party) of these achievements can be done in multiplayer (Block Party has to be done with four controllers). It is easiest to do with four controllers. You can use either use four controllers (guitars, drums, and/or Scene-it controllers all work) or you can also play online and boost with friends. To do it with four controllers just go to 'Multiplayer', 'Local Match', and select which ever game type you are trying to get the achievement for. Then just press A on all four controllers (you don't even have to sign the other controllers in to a profile). http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/uo/zW/0YCLiGJhbC9CFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzYAAAAA5+fn-vmMoQ==.jpgGraduation Party 5http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Complete the Interactive Tutorial and pass the test. Just start up your first game and the tutorial should come up. If not, just go to 'Help & Options' on the main menu and it's the second option. Really Easy. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/qm/8s/14CLiGJhbC8wFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wL0QAAAAA5+fn+ANvsQ==.jpgVictory Party 5http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Successfully call UNO and win a round in the same turn in any mode. Line up your cards so that they will all get played (colors and numbers). Do not use any command cards(Skip, Reverse, Scramble, Draw Two, Wild, or Wild Draw Four) unless they are the last card to be played (Except Wild cards). Call UNO (press X) when your turn starts. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/tJ/jx/0oCLiGJhbC9NFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzkAAAAA5+fn-d6Yrw==.jpgSurprise Party 5http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Play 10 Scramble cards. Scramble cards look like the Draw Four cards (except they are a certain color). All they do is shuffle the opponents next to you cards and skips them. Just keep playing and you will get it. Also, this does not have to be in one game, so just keep laying down the Scramble card as you get them while going for the rest of the achievements and eventually it will unlock. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/D4/X3/04CLiGJhbC9BFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzUAAAAA5+fn-NiFFA==.jpgParty of One 10http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Win 10 rounds in Elimination mode by eliminating all other players. Select the Elimination mode and just lay enough cards down so that the other players get eliminated. Repeat 10 times and the achievement will unlock. Easier to do using the multiplayer strategy. Note: You can also Get the "Block Party" (or "Life of the Party") and the "Party's Over", Achievement. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/dX/VP/0YCLiGJhbC81FQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wL0EAAAAA5+fn-mB1bg==.jpgPrivate Party 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Play 3 Skip cards in a single round in partner mode. Select partner mode. Now just sit idle until you get three skip cards (any color). Then just play them all on next three turns (just make sure your partner or the opponet not getting skip does not lay another card down). Easier to do using the multiplayer strategy. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/nH/0X/0oCLiGJhbC9AFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzQAAAAA5+fn-Th9hw==.jpgParty Time 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Win 5 games using the "Fast" house rule. Just start a house rule game and change the speed to "Fast" and scoring to "None". Then just line your cards up right and you should be able to win. Repeat 5 more times and the achievement will unlock. Easier to do using the multiplayer strategy. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/OZ/fM/1oCLiGJhbC8xFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wL0UAAAAA5+fn+eOXIg==.jpgParty Platter 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Play atleast one of each command card in a single round. There are six command cards: Skip Reverse Draw Two Scramble Wild (can be played at anytime) Wild Draw Four (can be played at anytime) Just keep collecting cards until you get one of each. Play each of them in a round to get the achievement. Easier to do in multiplayer because the computer will more then likely win while you collect cards. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/wH/xu/04CLiGJhbC82FQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wL0IAAAAA5+fn-EF82w==.jpgBlock Party 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Win 5 local four-player matches. This one requires four controllers (you can also use the guitar, drums, and/or Scene-it controllers). Just start a local match and press A on all four controllers. After that only use the controller linked to your profile and just win 5 games. Easiest if you go for the "Party of One" achievement at the same time. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/U4/SO/0oCLiGJhbC83FQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wL0MAAAAA5+fn-aGESA==.jpgLife of the Party 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Win 10 Xbox LIVE matches in any game mode. Either boost with four friends, play online on the game mode you are best with, or, if you have four controllers, just start a unrank game and sign each of the three other controllers on as guest (thanks to Frostbite for the tip). Just win 10 games online using either method (does not have to be in a row). http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/ZZ/a1/14CLiGJhbC9HFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzMAAAAA5+fn+JqWfg==.jpgParty's Over 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Score 250 points or more in a single round. Just play house rule games and make sure you have the following options: Game Type- Elimination Scoring Type- Traditional Target Scoring- 250 (or more) On Traditional Scoring, the winning player's points are determined by the total value of the opponents card. It is easier to do this on elimination, so go for this while you go for the "Party of One" achievement. Easier to do using the multiplayer strategy. http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/J2/AR/04CLiGJhbC9MFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzgAAAAA5+fn-D5gPA==.jpgParty Planner 25http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Discard 9 or more cards in one turn. Just keep collecting cards untill you either have nine numbers of the same color or you can change the colors (same number, different color). Do not use any command cards(Skip, Reverse, Scramble, Draw Two, Wild, or Wild Draw Four) unless they are the last card to be played. Line them up and play them all on your next turn. Easier to do in multiplayer because the computer will more then likely win while you collect cards. Note: You can also get the "Party Decorations" Achievement if you change the color enough http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/KX/Q2/0ICLiGJhbC9DFQUXXFJRFzlBL2FjaC8wLzcAAAAA5+fn-xl0Mg==.jpgParty Decoration 30http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg Change the color of the discard pile 5 or more times in one turn. Keep collecting cards until you have atleast 5 cards of the same number in four different colors (two will have to be the same color). Set them up (make sure the two cards of the same color have a different color in between them). Then just play them all on your next hand. Easier to do in multiplayer because the computer will more then likely win while you collect cards. Note: If you get enough cards, you can get the "Party Planner" Achievement as well. ViperxSniper
Ok, this is my first achievement guide. So any comments or suggestion on the format of this will be greatly appreciated. And to anybody wondering, you can get all 200 points in an hour or two. Edited March 25, 2009 by ViperxSniper
PalmettoPanda
Looks fine. It would be nice to know if you can use guitar controllers, big button pads, etc. for block party.

Oh man, I didn't even think about using those. Yes on everything (guitar, drums, and scene-it pads). Will add to guide.

ponypo2001
Best hint I can give is to play most games in House Rules with cards set to 16 and 4 controllers. You have a good degree of control and it is exceptionally easy to get all the achievements that way.Beat me to the guide. One day I will get one done :/
JCFG
Ok, so do you or do you NOT need 4 controllers for Block Party? Ive asked around a couple of people and I'm getting mixed answers.
Frostbite
Also for the online wins, you can do them all by yourself, (if you have 4 controllers) Create a Private match, and then just sign in with the other controllers as guests. Win your 10 games, partner matches probally the fastest and boom!......Achievement Unlocked!
ViperxSniper
Ok, so do you or do you NOT need 4 controllers for Block Party? Ive asked around a couple of people and I'm getting mixed answers. Considering Block Party has to be done on local multiplayer, then it has to be done on the same console. So unless there is a way around it, I would say you do need 4 controllers. However, you can use any controller (guitar, drums, Scene-It controller). Nuffzx
For life of the party.. You don't have to play with people just go onto xbox live create game and put privite slots at 3 and just play against the NPC players and you get this achievement as soon as you win 10 games . (You only need one controller for this Ohh quickest game mode I found to play is Normal Uno Parters Score Set To 100.

KRS
Nice guide Viper. Shall be finding batteries for my Scene It controllers this evening! Game is good - a nice twist on the classic Uno play, but I don't think this one will be as huge as the first. On the plus side though, the use of avatars will certainly mean less online peen. norcalsniper
Nice Guide. It helped me Achieve 200/200! I would however add to the Private Party Achievement that you should change the Draw settings to Draw Only as it helps keep the last played Skip card active. Because if you are playing for points, then you have to fully win the game (meaning if you are playing to 250, you have to get 250+ points to win).
