Rogue Echo
Skolas' Revenge [Arc Burn] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bo3FcW-q8ck]Defeating Skolas [Arc Burn][/ame] Team Set Up Bladedancer Hunter // Focus on dismantling mines Defender Titan // Ward of Dawn for safety with Weapons of Light [increased damage] Sunsinger Warlock // Focus on debuff and damaging Skolas * Equip high impact Sniper Rifles [the intention is to stagger Skolas] * Strategy Rush left to kill Servitor and pop Weapons of Light in front of enemy door Stun lock and stagger Skolas with Arc snipers Hunter breaks away to disarm mines when necessary [do not leave with Devouring Essence] Warlock grabs Devouring Essence and dies if necessary to keep Hunter from receiving the curse [self Revive when appropriate] As Hunter is handling mines, one player focuses on adds while the other does consistent damage to Skolas Everyone regroup to finish the boss [ideally with another Ward of Dawn for cover] Skolas' Revenge [solar Burn] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS_mbMTAiRk]Defeating Skolas [solar Burn][/ame] Preparation Three characters with maxed Gjallarhorns Start with maxed heavy ammo [wear armor that increases the amount of heavy ammo you can carry] Wait until your heavy ammo synthesis cooldown has completely reset Strategy Sprint out TOGETHER and run far left to destroy the Servitor Everyone should empty their heavy weapons into Skolas, safely pop a synthesis, and empty their heavy ammo again [Ward of Dawn can help, but it is not necessary] We found that separating a bit and staggering reloads helps keep Skolas from teleporting directly on top of you Best results occurred when all three of us emptied our clips and destroyed Skolas BEFORE running to disarm mines Edited May 30, 2015 by Rogue Echo

demon00uk
Even easier with a group of Titans, using weapons, blessing and armour (with helm of Saint 14). As long as you have a arc 365 sniper and can get crits (and have the luck of the mine spawning next to you it's easy)
Kirbster117
Honestly with the arc sniper method, you either get the mine to spawn next to you and you can win or it spawns somewhere else and you lose automatically. Completely depends on that one mine spawn to allow you to do enough damage to kill him straight away
331VEX
If you have 2 titans. One with helm of saint to pop a bubble in front of the door where shanks come out of. Everyone have 365 arc snipers. Preferably Patience and Time or Efrident's Spear. Don't all reload at the same time. You should be able to kill him with plenty of time to capture the mines. But yes having the first mine spawn next to you helps. Edited May 29, 2015 by 331VEX
Rogue Echo
I agree that these "best case scenarios" are ideal. We liked having a Bladedancer for the runs that didn't exactly play out as planned. It allows a few mistakes (like me missing several headshots). Good tips guys!
