leeloo
There be spoilers below. Did this case feel extremely short? Compared to the other pre-order DLC The Naked City at least. Even with savoring the first playthrough and taking my time it only took about 35-40 minutes. Nothing pivotal happened. Nothing too tough that is - car chase, gunfight, finding pink slips etc. There was also a red herring location just to add some time with extra driving. The only thing I liked was having to run from the police station to the place around the corner.
fresh fish 101
completely agree. in retrospect, the case compared to others (especially naked city) is somewhat bland and, like you said, nothing compelling really happens. you just trace a couple stolen cars to a car theft ring. i mean, i like the case, and its still extra content which is good, but, it could of been more. Red Testament
It was okay, but yeah, compared to The Naked City it was bit of a let-down. I figured that car chase would go on much longer than it did. Although I did like the cars salesmen's shtick.
SuperSkyline89
From what I had read about it pre-release I was expecting it to be very long, sure wasn't. The achievements are far too easy also. How does The Naked City compare? I haven't played it yet so please no spoilers.
Necrophage33
I wasn't surprised at all with the length. You really expected it to be longer? It was a Traffic case. They generally aren't complicated at all. Except the Fallen Idol, which was pretty long. But this case was pretty much exactly what I expected of it. To the poster above, the Naked City is a pretty long case. Longer than this one. I'm expecting the Arson one to be the longest, although Reefer Madness seems like it has the potential to be pretty long too.
Slicder
I loved the salesman, especially his walk. Thought Bekowsky asking Phelps if he could shoot him was pretty funny. Haven't played naked city yet but ive heard that it's longer than some of the main cases.

I didn't expect that to mean finding one stolen car and linking that to a chop shop full of them, that just sounds a bit too CSI, easier than it should be. bcfc123
The case was very short and easy to get all the acheivements. Hopefully next dlc will be longer.
Dumpventil
This was far from as good as "The Naked City" DLC and I felt like this could just have been a regular case in the game. I feel that the DLC cases should be more spectacular than the ones in the original game but that is my opinion though.
S1C
I liked "Naked City" better, but this case wasn't so bad...apart from the picking the wrong interrogation answer to figure out which is the right one haha
dp4043
It Was A Wait Of Points To Short EAsy But Thats The Problem Was No Drama Or Excitement It Was Boring Like The Storyline Of This Game
purpleinsect
Maybe it was a little short. But still alright
XaperZ
It was short but i think its just a taste of whats to come in the two new cases
KuShNsTieN
it was a short case, but as said above its a traffic case. i thought it was pretty funny at some points also. i liked it
xKRAIZEEMANx
It sure felt short to me. Especially when I did 'The Naked City' case right after....now that had some length to it. Let's hope the next two will be a little more fleshed out.

I feel that the DLC cases should be more spectacular than the ones in the original game but that is my opinion though. Despite what some people like to think not all opinions are equal. In this case you are in the group of people who have the superior opinion. With Rockstar there is generally very high standards for DLC. GTA IV gave us full campaigns. Midnight Club LA gave us a whole new section of city, new cars, new music, and races/events. Even with Red Dead (which had rather unimpressive later DLC) we got coop DLC for free. So you should have high expectations for Noire. This is Rockstar, one of the two or three developers that knows how to make proper DLC that's worth more than just money. x SNAKE5 x
I'd agree it's not the longest, but I enjoyed it. I thought the overall quality was pretty high, especially compared to a lot of other DLC out there. I haven't played any other LA Noire DLC yet, so it'll be interesting to see how it ultimately compares.
essecks
Compared to the rest, it's really not that great. But as other people have mentioned, it is a Traffic case. Traffic cases were all pretty simple and easy, because they come in so early in the game. If you purchase all of the DLC before you start the game, they integrate into the normal flow, so it'd be weird to go from small traffic to huge two hour epic traffic. At least, that's why I think it was so damn short.

Didi Mau
Although I did like the cars salesmen's shtick. I was playing with the tv muted when I went to Coombs' business, the first thing I thought when I saw him was that he looked like Kurt Fuller- turned the volume up and sure enough it was Fuller playing him He's great in pretty much everything he does. Aidexx
Probably the weakest case of all LA Noire cases, but that funny car salesman gave me a few good laughs, too bad that Phelps didn't appreciate his sense of humor... And the best (DLC) case...definitely Reefers Madness, but that's another story.
JuSt BLaZe
I think it was a good 2h case and Richard Coombs made me laugh with his "It's a joke son..." parts. Let's have a look at the other three shall we.
