GearsFan4Life
Just a question, I logged on to Age of Empires Online today and it said you can now purchase Empire Points through Games for Windows Live. My question is can you now once again use Microsoft Points to download content?

My question is can you now once again use Microsoft Points to download content? Well, in a way...yes. You use Microsoft Points to purchase Empire Points, and in turn, use them to purchase content. 425 Empire Points (400MSP) 900 Empire Points (800MSP) 2500 Empire Points (2000MSP) 5500 Empire Points (4000MSP) With those you can then purchase Pro/Premium Civilizations, Skirmisher Boosters Pack, and so on and so forth. Have not purchased any, but the option is available now (Whereas it was not before).
OttomanC3N9
Not correct! 2500 Empire Points costs exactly 2160 Points and 5500 costs 4240 MP! (This is quiet stupid, i know) Edited July 31, 2012 by OttomanC3N9 My mistake! Not 4020 MP!

CHIRUNO99
All of a sudden I want to punch Microsoft, but then again this is by choice. I find it odd how an MMO currency takes up 6mb though. That's new to me.
OttomanC3N9
GFWL have different priceses between each country What a shit. Just because the euro has a bigger market value, it's more expensive for me? Anyway the 60 points extra is not bad at all.

xKRAIZEEMANx
Awesome, can you only do this through GFWL or where did you go to access this? It is in game, once you are in your Capital City. There is a little "Add Empire Points" button towards the top right of the screen. I am not sure if there is any way to add points.

OttomanC3N9
Update: The IPs costs as much as Kraizeeman said. 2000 MP for 2500 IP and 4000 MP for 5500 IP. I don't know what happened but it's good that they are a little bit cheaper now.

OttomanC3N9
Good to know Yes, as you can read that in the Launcher, but the old prices are shown, when you klick "add points" so i guess they will update the function later.
