N3m36
Go to Mason's Bridge near Thieves landing, and drop some bait at the railway switch, move away and boars come swarming. I searched for boars for hours untill i found this spot, and when i did, i got about 10 in just a few minutes!

Sweating Bullets
Another good spot is north of Macfarlane's Ranch - you can see the area from the in game map. The only thing to be wary about is the time that you go there. Get there at 6.30 PM and you should see have a few hours of boars.
