These controllers are sick as fuck, but I don't think I'm going to be dropping almost $60 on a new controller when I already have six.

As much as I can wait for the price to go down if that at all happens, the controllers do look really nice. I tend to keep myself and my room/gamespace as clean as possible, so I don't think fingerprints would be as much a problem. I would probably either get the blue or silver one.

Honestly, why bother with these? You can get the silver controller with a transformable D-Pad AND Plug and play kit for the same price or less.

can somebody explain what the "transformable D-PAD" means? ive been searching but cannot find a solid answer.

the controller looks pretty nice, not gonna lie my current is black with a white battery pack lol. i am in serious need of a new controller, that blue one looks very nice. however, i wish they were available right now. im actually debating buying another one this week, as the controller disconects more than i'd like.

Basically, the D-pad on the controller wasn't as responsive in some games as people wanted it to be.

So, the new design if you turn the D-pad a half a click it pops up, and looks like a plus sign allowing for more responsive movements. Think of fighting games where you need combos and such.

Then, you can pop it back down for normal games.

Hopefully that makes a little bit of sense.

Yeah, basically you can press down and rotate to D-Pad to either "raise" it up off its base or "lower" back almost flush. Depending on what type of games you are playing it can be very useful to switch it back and forth. Mostly though its just fun to play with.
