First, Present car: 2006 Ford Ka, Petrol, Manual
It's cheap, simple and reliable, kind of. I really couldn't care what anyone has to say about it because it works, gets me where I want to go and without it I'd have to use trains and buses.

Previously Driven:
Vauxhall Astra, Diesel, Manual
I learnt to drive in one, for a while. It was fun, fast and quiet, as well as ultra responsive. Can't really say anything else about it.

Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Electric, Automatic
OH MY GOD WHAT DO I DO WITH MY LEFT FOOT I'M SO SCARED IT'S GOING SO FAST ON IT'S OWN I'M SO SCARED! To be fair it was a pretty decent car. If I had the cash to run one and the electric set ups to charge it I'd have one in a few years. Of course after spending a long time with Manual Transmission I found an Automatic to be really hard to cope with.

Will have to go back a bit for this one, so let me think...

First car:
Daewoo matiz (piece of shit that I luckily only had for 2 weeks)

Then from there I had:

1998 Mazda Astina 180se
2005 Audi A4 1.8T
2000 Ford Falcon XR6
2007 MG ZR 2.0TDi
2002 BMW Z3 Roadster
2008 Seat Cupra 1.9TDi

And now I have my 2007 Honda CBR 600RR.

8 Vehicles in 6 years. And yes. I get bored with something quickly.

I could never buy, or regularly drive, a car. I'm just used to trucks. I learned to drive on my dad's 1988 Chevy Silverado, which was back in the mid 90s. Any time I have to drive a car, I feel like I'm way too low to the ground.

Right now, I've got my 2004 GMC Sierra 1500... next month will mark a decade since I bought it brand new.

So yeah, I'm really looking at upgrading in the next year or so. I really like the look of the 2015 Ford F-150, so I'm eager to test drive one when those come out later this year. The Ram trucks are nice, and have quite a few features I like, too... and of course, I'll have to drive around the new GMC Sierra, since that got redesigned recently. Just gotta do some research and figure out what to go with.

Proper capitalization matters. There is a massive difference between, "I helped my Uncle Jack off a horse," and, "i helped my uncle jack off a horse."

That truck is awesome! I love those pickups from that era. Did you do the paint/interior yourself? Very sharp looking.

On a related note-- interiors nowadays are disappointing. All you can get is black, gray or tan. When I was a kid, my mom had a light blue Maxima with matching interior... it was great looking. My dad had a black truck with maroon interior... sounds kinda weird, but it looked cool. There's no variety anymore.

It was already painted when I got it, I just repainted the roof. Yeah, that was the last pretty body style before trucks became shoeboxes on wheels. As for the interior, I had it completely redone.

cars

My first car was a 1951 Ford Crown Victoria. Paid $50 for it by washing cars at a used car lot. I was 15 years old. I've had several since then seeing how I am 70 years old.
I had a 57 chevy street rod 30 years ago and recently sold a 58 Chevy Apache 1/2 ton pickup. Right now I am driving what will probably be my last vehicle. It is a 2003 Toyota Rav 4.

My first car to drive was my parents 06 Ford Expedition.

The first car I owned was a 98 Dodge Durango(it was a piece of junk).

I now drive a '01 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT. The convertible is amazing! Only warning for future owners of spyders, changing from 2nd to 3rd gear really slows down the car for some reason.

My cuz has a Eclipse Spyder too (2005 Remix edition actually), that's his first car before he got his brand new Range Rover. I don't think he will ever sell it. It's such a beautiful and fun to drive car!

I completely agree! I have no plans on selling my Spyder. It is quick and great at turns. Plus it is convertible!
