Suggestions for fun games

Friends and I are planning on playing a game Super Replay style, with one person playing and the others having a bit of running commentary for the entire game.

Something that runs about 6 - 12 hours would be great, but the game above all else must be fun. Any genre is fine as long as it is not absurdly difficult.

We don't intend to 100% the game, but if the game is littered with easy to get achievements I will consider that a bonus.

I've played a number of games that are both long and fun, as well as have (mostly) easy achievements. You should give these games a spin:

-Borderlands 1 and 2

-Any Call of Duty

-Crackdown 1 and 2

-Crysis 2 (3 is fun, but short)

-Darksiders 1 and 2

-Dead Space 1, 2 and 3 (play in the dark!)

-Doom 1 and 2

-The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and Skyrim

-Fallout 3

-Fallout: New Vegas

-Any F.E.A.R.

-Any Forza Motorsport (I recommend 4)

-Gears of War 1, 2 and 3

-Any Halo

-Just Cause 1 and 2

-Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

-The Mass Effect trilogy

-Minecraft

-Prototype 1 and 2

-Rage

-Red Dead Redemption

-Renegade Ops

-Sacred 2: Fallen Angel

-Saints Row 1, 2 and 3

-Torchlight

*whew!* Quite a selection, huh? :)

Dark Souls.

Definitely this. Also Minecraft if you have a good imagination.

I second this. The game isn't hard, it's just that you aren't doing it right. Also a good game if you happen to go in the wrong direction. :woop:

Oh, and I guess Minecraft could work too. But Dark Souls first.
