Suraj Anton
I am going to buy a new console. Which should I buy,Xbox 360 or Xbox One. Will they continue Xbox-360 games after a few years. Please helpme here.
Killerchronic
This is a decision only you can make. Go read up on both and what you want and think about it. No one can say for sure if games will still get put out for 360 in a couple of years, although the PS2 still gets some big games put out for it so its possible. WalterWhite
Xbox One. While there are more games and they're cheaper for the Xbox 360, if you're just starting out, there is still plenty for you to play. May as well just get current and go from there. EmporerDragon
Both. One for the latest and greatest, 360 for all the hits of the last generation that you missed.
R33CONN
I would go for xbox one as it is the console of the future
Nitnoid
The key to deciding which console to get is to determine which games you want to play. If you're a racing nut and want to play Forza 5 or The Crew, the x1 is the only player in town. If you are more of a mainstream guy, then the 360 would probably suffice. Same goes for m$ vs. s$ consoles. Buy whichever games you want to play. You should also weigh options against the pc front as well. Even though a lot of AAA titles are $60, games like Shadow of Mordor and Alien Isolation are $10 cheaper. Some titles you can get 50-75% off when there's a sale. But you will miss out on m$ and s$ exclusives.
OceanH
The key to deciding which console to get is to determine which games you want to play... ^This. Your first question is too broad and nobody knows the answer to the second one, Suraj Anton. Common sense.

iBuzz7S
Get a brand new Xbox One and a refurbished/second hand Xbox 360. Best of both worlds.
Nitnoid
Get a brand new Xbox One and a refurbished/second hand Xbox 360. Best of both worlds. That's actually a good idea, although, personally, I'd get the refurb 360 first and then the x1 unless there are x1 games you really want to play. Gillanaut
I would get the one and a super cheap 360 with a big HDD and go to town on the older AAA titles, GwG, and deals with gold. You can spend $20 over a month and get a bunch of great arcade games and full titles...
KILLER9639
360, tonnes more choice bat its up to you at the end of the day
Mister Spraggsy
The 360 has a huge library of games and Microsoft have said they will continue supporting it for the years to come. Plus you can get a 360 pretty cheap these days. The Xbox One obviously hasn't got a massive library of games yet but it is the current generation of consoles and will only get bigger and better games. It basically depends on what your looking for in a console.
FullMoonBeaver
I would recommend Xbox One. The console is almost a year old, and will have plenty of life in for many years to come. There are plenty of games being released in the run up to Christmas. So that's my advice. But ultimately, the choice is yours.

mcnichoj
Get the Xbox one, love it. I had the ps4 before, boring dashboard.Your main complaint is the XMB isn't "EXCITING"? Not a more viable thing like the XMB is unorganized or the system lacks major exclusives? It's like you're complaining about how R2D2 needed to be covered up by more rocks. http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/9888/r2newshots.jpg Edited October 19, 2014 by mcnichoj
iH8myPP
I'd say buy them both if you can afford it. The 360 can be had relatively cheap if you search around online. There's still plenty of great games on the 360 with more coming.

Huge lack of customization. I have both of the systems btw.
Barad
It's worth checking out the X1 games library before you decide, there's a handful of decent games out now, but the 360 is still dominant in choice and price.
HentaiGuy42
I have yet to see anything that makes me want to switch over to the XBone, no point in upgrading unless it actually feels like an upgrade. I'd suggest the 360; it's cheaper and it has a way better library.
