I'd like to add a fun tradition to "The Room" screenings:

Every time a framed picture of a spoon is on screen, the audience throws spoons and cries "SPOOOOOON".

!

They're actually giving it here in nyc on Feb 25th- a midnight screening. I'm tempted to go watch it IF it's not a full ticket price (movies here ar $13 a pop, $18 for 3d). I'll be damned it I sit through something that's bad on purpose and pay max price for it.

Worst film of all time has to be Crash. Not the Don Cheadle/Sandra Bullock crash but the very strange film from 1996 about people that get turned on from being in car crashes. How it even got 6.2 from IMDB is beyond me. Avoid.

You didn't have to triple post there Maverick. You can just edit your post at the bottom.

I remember hearing about Crash. Sick ass premise- too sick for me to even care about at the time ... and now for that matter.

And if we're talking bad movies

I GIVE YOU.... UNDEFEATABLE!!!

And I just found out that The Room is going to be at full price here. $13 is kind of steep to see it. Hmmm.

Edit:

Oh and I found another one. Youtube is a goldmine.

I LOVE 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later, those are up there next to Shaun of The Dead in my top zombie movies.

You may hate me for this, but 28 Days/Weeks later are technically not Zombie movies. The 'Zombies' are in actual fact just people affected by the 'Rage Virus'. So they cannot be called Zombies, as they don't actually eat human flesh. They just tend to kill people...

Off-Topic: That reminds me of Manbearpig. Not sure why.

On-Topic: Even though they aren't necessarily zombies, that doesn't have to make it a bad movie. Even though I agree with you, I still like both films (although the first one was much better in my opinion).

I hope you didn't misunderstand my post, I wasn't calling them bad films - I love them ! It's just they really cannot be classed as Zombie films in the full sense of the word Zombie.

If you had misunderstood my post, perhaps I didn't make it clear enough.... :p

My bad, I confused you with Beard Death (who did say he disliked both movies). Well, that's what I get for posting after skimming :p

Don't hate you, I've heard that complaint before about it. I still tend to think of them as zombies though. Danny Boyle even said that a lot of it was taken from George A. Romero's old Dead trilogy. I know that doesn't count it as being in the zombie category, but it kinda counts to me, lol.

It doesn't bother me that some don't consider them zombie movies, but I still do!

I just remembered another awful movie that I hated:

Survival of the Dead

Awful awful film and this is proof that George Romero has lost his fucking marbles. So if anyone sees them, please return them to him so that he may start to make decent films again. I fear the end is in sight though as his glasses have gotten bigger in recent years and lets face it - he's not going to get any younger is he ?!
