Just a quick question: Do augments carry over different vocations? I'm currently running with: Vigilance, Endurance, Dexterity, Fitness, Leg Strength and Fortitude, but I don't seem to be getting the effects of some of them (I did playthrough 1 as a strider, now going through as a fighter) such as dexterity or fitness.

Do they not stack over vocations, or am I just imagining that I'm not getting these bonuses?

Yes augments carry over vocations

During the 'Land of Opportunity' quest, you're supposed to talk to the three tenants, and then get their consent. Once you get two of them, then you're supposed to find Jasper........................except that for some strange reason, I can't find him anywhere. I've been searching for the past 30 minutes, also going to the inn and sleeping to see if it would make him appear. Is this a bug?

No.

The game is programmed to make you wait.

If you want to throw your money away you can go find the Merchant in the Noble's Quarters and pay £ 80 000.00 for the land for them to live on.

Or you can come back to town after a day or 2 and you'll find Jasper in his usual spot speaking.

Then you talk to him, he begs moving expenses off you and you save £ 50 000.00 and you've been a "kind Arisen" because you still helped the poor people.

I found him on top of the barn and he's in the inn during the hide & seek part.

Guess you didn't read my whole post. I said that I was constantly sleeping at the inn, furthering the time in the game by many days and he never showed up. I slept at the inn around 7 to 8 times, which means the gametime advanced more than a day or 2, and once again, he never showed up. If it wasn't a bug, he definitely would've showed up in between one of those times I checked, and went back to the inn. The other two showed up with no problems, and jasper was in his spot the first time I spoke to him, before you're supposed to pay him off. Either way, I already said that I just paid off the 80,000.

Anyway, back to the topic. Has anyone else acquired the gold idol from the 'Escort Duty' quest? I did everything that you were supposed to do, and quickly, and still didn't get it.

ok i have a good question for ya what is the time line i have for the quest deeper trouble cause i think i missed it as i've looked at the quest board in cass and it not there only the escort quests are right now when does it appear and dissapear is my main question.

No thats not a board quest. You start that quest by going down into the well that leads to Dripstone cave in Cassardis. Actually when you walk by the well, youll hear a guy yell out for some help

A few questions

First of all with the Nameless Terror quest I can't seem to go any further. I've fought one guy at the quarry, another in the mountain pass but the guy near the bridge (I was told one was there) won't come out. Are the encounters random at night or specific. After the bridge I was also told that near the encampment and Casardis were the other locations. Are they meant to be done in order?

Also for the Thick as Thieves quest I can't talk to Ophis as she attack me. I wear lady's clothes and have 3 female pawns and never killed the cyclops. The other female bandits won't attack ne either until I reach Ophis. I did recall that a long while ago I attacked the camp and killed every one in it. Is there a way I can still complete it?

I'm having the same issue with the female thieves. How did you get passed the Cyclopes without fighting it? You're talking about the one on the path going toward the castle right?

I hate doing this, but a couple more questions:

1. How do you enter the Catacombs? Apparently that's where the second journal entry is for Reynards quest, but I found two entrances and once leads to a locked door in there, and the other is blocked off by a big piece of wood. I'm pretty sure it's obvious, but I can't figure it out lol

2. Speaking of Reynard, it's been said that he goes away after you give him the journal entries. Well, there's also a notice board escort quest that has him as the escort. How would that be affected by this quest, or would doing it before giving him the journals affect that?

Ill go back tomorrow once I get back on the game to answer the catacombs question. As far Reynard, no that doesnt affect anything

To enter the Catacombs go North of Gran Soren and to the West. You'll find a cave called the Catacombs. This is the proper entrance to the very large dungeon. You'll also get a quest from Maximillion to come here and investigate a cult.

As for Reynard, I wish I knew the answer. He has completely disappeared from my game before I could even buy 10 items off him. :( I have no clue where he is since I've been to every one of his possible locations. So unless he's moving around at the same time I am, I'm puzzled as to where he is.

So Im finally at the Everfall and have tried to face Ur Dragon a few time. Started at Generation 15, sleep, 17, sleep, now 19. Im getting POS drops from my "efforts and have a few questions.

1. What is a good group to fight Ur Dragon?

Im a Lvl 58 Mystic Knght v3 with my main as a Warrior v10, and I hire a Ranger v10 and Mage v10 with High Adoyne? Im doing more recoveries to the pawns then trying to fight the Ur Dragon.

2. IF or should I say when I die should I use a Wakestone? or Retry?

Ive used a Wakestone previously and die again shortly after since my Pawns (see above) are usually DBNO.

I had started a fight with the Ur Dragon and he was missing 2 dots and when I had died he was missing 3 dots and half life. But when I died I selected "Retry" and he was back to 2 dots and missing 9/10?

3. Is there a good time of day to fight Ur Dragon so I can actually get som decent loot drops?

Anyone have an answer for me?

I don't want to change the vocation of my pawn but I have to for the achievement. If I do change it and then change it back, will she have all the spells or will I have to get them again. She's lv 38.

You will keep any spell you have bought for both you & your pawn
jupp, everything will be the same when switching back. And when going back to vocations you already used, it doesnt cost anything. In fact this Game encourages you to try out all the different vocations, because you also rank out very fast.

Capcom should have made an Achievement to max out every single one. ^^

Thanks, I found it. Walked right past it before time after time lol

Anyway, get this. I've been doing the quests for Reynard, and I now got the last journal entry. I go back to the city and...........................................................HE'S GONE. He's been there the entire time I've been doing this quest for his items, and buying stuff from him, and how when I get the last entry, he has vanished. I'm getting really tired of these bugs.
