Simpso
Can anyone tell me what the red hammer looking thing in weapon stats is used to represent? For example I have a sword which i plus 9 damage but red 2 and then the hammer looking symbol?
Jerommeke
It means that it does 2 less damage because of the durability being lower than a set amount percentage. If you'll repair it, it'll go away

If you'll repair it, it'll go away Does that effect it's over time durability as in if I repaired both weapons and they were at 100% the one with the -2 would damage quicker?. Or is it as simple as it's just more damaged at the moment?
Jerommeke
The last one. I just try to repair my weapons when they're at about 75%.
Simpso
The last one. I just try to repair my weapons when they're at about 75%. Ah sweet thanks. Was quite surprised as the first weapon I found was stronger than the wit her sword. Being a witcher sword I thought it would be pretty top level but it appears to be pretty basic. Floyd.
It's your starting gear, it's not going to be awesome It says in a tooltip, though, not to sell them because they can be upgraded (the Witcher swords). I accidentally sold my Steel one but thankfully retain my Silver.
Ashleyc
It did?! I know i've seen one where it mentions that Witcher equipment is better than normal, but that's more about being able to create other witcher swords/equipment with quests such as Way of the Viper.
