Ham Woopan
I can confirm that you get the Covert Ops perk since I collected all intel cases. Although, I don't have a damn clue what it does. The only thing the perk description says is "You have collected all the intel briefcases."

Tatanko
the perk adds 1 point to each skill Really? If that's the case then that's sweet and it's totally worth the time I put in to find all 10 (since it's easy and you can just do it along the way). Where did you find this out from? chanman
I only found 5 Intels. I'm going to make another run through the simulation again to get all of them. I loved the DLC, I can't wait for more in the future.

The only thing the perk description says is "You have collected all the intel briefcases." Yeah I got all of the intel items too... sometimes it's good being obsessive with games. The Covert Ops perk increases your lockpick, science, and small guns skills by three points each I do believe.
bombfirst885
Any way to confirm you got that intel perk? I'm 100% sure I collected them all, but didn't get a notification about a perk.

Bring up your Pip-Boy, go to the "STATS" tab, then the "Perks" mini-tab... then look for "Covert Ops".
IIIIIIBXIIIIII
imo the rewards were epicly dissapointing sure the unique stuff is cool (gauss gun, armor) but other then that its just ur average weapon stash in the wasteland i mean the weaton armory kicks the shit out of the items in this spot:mad:
Gravehammer
You can repair the chinese stealth suit with the Recon armor as well.
DarkCrown
what weapons do you have to use to repair the gauss rifle? since it's an energy weapons , but work like a sniper I was wondering if you need a plasma rifle or a sniper to repair it. Or since it's unique you need to ask someone to repair it?

Panda_Unlocked
it doesnt really matter because Crazy Wolfgang can repair things up to 90-95% which gives the item its full stats. The Winterized Power armor's max DR is 45 which is the stat you receive when you get Crazy Wolfgang to repair it, the Gauss rifle max is 100 - 110 (highest i got it) at 90%
xI im a bear Ix
theres a glitch for everyone where the winterized t-51b has like 2 million hp so ull never have to repair it unless u use it for like 2 years real time so dont worry about having to repair it

Bearded Bugs
really? so that make you .. pretty invincible? still I prefer the Reilly Rangers armor , less DR but better stats++ I chose the Eugene minigun instead of the armour... bad decision on my part, I never use miniguns! RR Armour looks really nice too.
DarkCrown
yeah it give you 39 DR and +1 luck , +5AP and small guns +
SaintKnight
really? so that make you .. pretty invincible? Pretty much. I've walked through the Minefield stepping on 5 or 6 mines, stood next to a car blowing up, jumped off buildings for the Wasteland Guide, and the armor isn't even scratched. Violet Grim
According to Fallout Wiki, the Covert Ops perk increases your small guns, lockpick, and science skills by 3 points each. However, in a Jessica Chobot walkthrough she says it adds 1 point to each of your skills. I did this one ages ago so I can't actually remember which is true. If you miss a case, you'll either have to go back and look for it (depending which one it is) or reload your game to a previous save. There's a guide on here somewhere which has a video thing, I didn't use the video though, just the text and the Chobot walkthrough which made things very easy indeed.
