I don't know if this would count as a easter egg but I found a guitar in a basement and if you interact with it you start playing it and Elizabeth sings.

Thought it was pretty neat.

Do you know where that is specifically? I have been curious about that since it was casually mentioned in the x360a review for the game.

When walking through The fair In The Beginning, Cindy Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" Is Playing In an old tymie rendition.

The fair was really well done, lots of things to see and do - some of which were connected to the forthcoming story, some not. They really put a lot of effort into the game, with so much stuff even put in a section that wasn't even necessary and could be just walked straight through and ignored if you wanted to.

I liked the barbershop quartet singing the Beach Boys - in 1912, on a flying boat :)

There seems to be loads of music ones. In one scene, "Everybody wants to rule the world" plays. No gameplay video on youtube at this time but I will keep looking for one. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKmHsr3f37A]Bioshock Infinite - Everybody Wants To Rule The World - YouTube[/ame]

In Pinkerton Proper, a random tear in the world was playing "Fortunate Son" by Creedence, although you don't interact with the tear other than a comment about the music coming out of it. This is at 1:12 of this video-[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoLtlfwxl08]BioShock Infinite- Fortunate Son -Easter Egg - YouTube[/ame]

Also, at the beginning to the game- the barber shop quartet are singing the Beach Boys song "God Only Knows". [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VI4tiKqpNIU]BioShock Infinite God Only Knows (Barbershop Quartet) - YouTube[/ame]

"Tainted Love"- In Shantytown [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWBWpyU9Mno]Bioshock Infinite - Tainted Love on a gramophone - YouTube[/ame]

And just cause it was mentioned earlier, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCLUIUT0LNU]Girls Just Want To Have Fun - Bioshock Infinite - YouTube[/ame]

Later in the game, when all of the music from our time in Columbia is explained, "Girl's just wanna have fun" pops up again.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpfDjHL1x9s]BioShock Infinite Cyndi Lauper Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Tear - YouTube[/ame]

This video also mentions a few more. About 1:54 is "Goodnight, Irene" and then of course, "Will the circle be unbroken" at about 2:25. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLr31ycZVtU]BioShock Infinite: Musical Easter Eggs - YouTube[/ame]

I am assuming that the reason for all the music from the now-ish era being played in Columbia will be explained somewhere- besides the Tear thing. I have to admit though, stumbling onto the music Easter eggs is making Easter Egg hunting fun. Don't get me wrong, I love the older music- kinda like what was playing in Bioshock 1 and 2- but I will admit that I let Elizabeth wonder around Battleship Bay for almost 30 minutes unattended while I sang "Girls just wanna have fun". That and I wanted to see every option she had available to her there, mostly because I watched the featurette where they talked about it and remembered another video where Kevin Levine said he would be upset if people just flew past it all and straight to the door.

Someone on Youtube thought that Booker being in the Battle of Wounded Knee was a Skyrim Easter Egg. I laughed at that.

Edit: Finally got all my embeds working.

I caught the wrench at the beginning. Looking back at the original Bioshock...the skyhook beats the wrench a thousand fold. There's just so much more you can do with it. And those executions are ghastly. In an awesome sort of way.

Looking forward to catching some more Easter eggs along the way, that guitar thing sounds promising.

I agree but nothing beats the nostalgic feel of destroying Splicers with that wrench.

I think its in Battleship Bay, when Elizabeth is first walking around with you, that she finds a Duke/Dimwit machine I think its called, and she says, "I've heard about this one, it was delayed 3 times." I believe its a reference to the delays of this game.

I heard her mention that something was delayed 3 times but I didn't know what she was talking about. If it was a "Duke/Dimwit" machine, I'd assume it was a Duke Nukem reference since the newest Duke Nukem took fifteen years (and many delays) to come out.

But, that is just a guess.

Yeah I actually heard that one, pretty funny. I guess Infinite was delayed three times? Not sure.

There are so many music ones. I was really surprised at this. I am sure there is more than what I have previously posted- fixed my embeds up there as well and added "Tainted Love."

Because it was mentioned earlier, here is a video of Booker playing the guitar and Elizabeth singing. The location is Shantytown in the basement and it is near the "Tainted Love" gramophone. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2Ckgca3Aes]Bioshock Infinite - Elizabeth Sings - YouTube[/ame]

I don't know - these music ones don't really strike me as true easter eggs, since you're pretty much guaranteed to hear them in most cases. My definition of EE's are things you have to go out of your way to find.

I watched a video somewhere with ken levine narrating it and they were on the beach which i havent gotten to yet but it was similar to the fair where there was sooo much detail put into it yet you could run right thru and pass by all of it just like the fair! Im a slow player cuz i check every corner so i saw the whole fairgrounds n loved it! Cant wait to get to the beach scene i saw! Its things like that and the group of guys singing the beach boys you mentioned that make me love a game and love exploring thru levels to find these things!
