Veedrock
^He's talking about Fenix Rising maps, specifically for the Defending The Past achievement. I'd agree with Escalation, but going solo is going to be tough regardless of map.
PRmykey327
lol just beat it on solo on escalation. Funny how everyone had the same idea as me. it was tough, i had a 2nd controller in the back of the map just in case shit got to crazy. next up beat!!! sjmleicester
Escalation is good if you want to do 1 to 50 on the new Fenix maps. Historically I like Overpass, Gridlock or Checkout especially if you've got the mutators on.

NakedShaver
Blood Drive is very easy. Stay in the room you initially spawn in with a Silverback equipped with rockets when the going gets tough. Can be done even with bad mutators on hardcore for boosting fortifications. Can't take credit for the find. The strategy is somewhere here in the threads. I used it to finish boosting my Silverback to lvl 5 using Vampire, No Ammo Pick-Ups, and Must Active Reload on Hardcore to lvl it up quick. Oh - and keep failing wave 9 if you want to lvl Silverback. Continue on when you get bored or finish lvl'ing.
EzioAudetor
I agree, Escalasion only has 2 spawns if memory serves so, if you go at the top, you got a good view.
Brandinozaur
Blood drive is the most fun and you normally get pretty easy bosses with the occasional lambent zerker.
NakedShaver
For solo - one player - blood drive --> insane, super reload, vampire, must active (will start to get tough after wave 20. Silverback with rockets will help) Escalation is the new Overpass for Horde players; only better. For 3+ players - Escalation --> insane, super reload, vampire, must active We've been able to run through all 50 waves with 3-4 players in about 2 hours. Good XP to be gained in a short time for Horde. 1) buy silverback as soon as you can and put it by the fountain at the top so they won't spawn behind you. don't move too far down the hill before you do. 2) upgrade 2 command centers to mortars for waves 1-9 and HoD for wave 10 and coordinate your attacks. If you're feeling frisky, you can get the 3rd level down one and run like hell to get back. Don't waste your time on the one on the bottom. 3) XP for first 10 is between 7000-1000, 2nd 10 - 18000-20000, and so on. 40-50 will net you close to 40K - 50K
NakedShaver
By the way... 40,000 XP after 2 hours of Horde = the equivalent of 8 Active Reload Onyx medals (5000 XP). Happy I unlocked "Awesomesauce" but the amount of time put in for 5,000 XP is not worth it. Thanks a lot, Epic
