Same here. they even brought out an update the otherday and it didnt patch the problem we are all having .-. im done with rockstar if they dont do anything about this and ive been a loyal fan since 2002. i didnt waste 40hrs doing NYM Hardcore or waste 2400msp on the rockstar pass if i knew i was gunna get ripped of AND screwed out of the achievements. dissopinted rockstar

Spoke with Microsoft again today, they have opened a case and shall be investigating the matter internally and with Rockstar. I have also sent Rockstar another email explaining what MS have said and plan to do. I am now waiting until MS call me back tomorrow with an update. If it is anything of interest I will keep you all informed.

That sounds promising. And if you're to speak with them again, could you mention this has happened to multiple people? If you haven't already. It seems like they just kind of arbitrarily advance certain cases, and hopefully if yours goes through we'll all benefit.

Guy from ms phoned me today.. Didn't offer much advice other than he has passed the query to the escalation team who will have a deeper look. However he did mention that they wonder if it may be due to me downloading it through the max Payne 3 game instead of through the normal marketplace..

I sincerely apologize that I am unable to provide these achievements. Xbox support is unable to modify Gamerscore or unlock achievements. If you are having issues unlocking achievements I would recommend using a third party resource for walkthroughs and tutorials for 100% completion of games or contact the games hint/support line if applicable. We are unable to issue missing Gamerscore or achievements that have already been unlocked. Once again I apologize for this inconvenience and although we cannot honor your request, I hope you continue to enjoy the Xbox LIVE experience.

Typical, no solution. Thanks anyways, hopefully it gets sorted out. Btw is there possibly a way to wipe all Max Payne data possibly? Maybe that could be a solution, as I doubt anything will happen between R* and MS.

 

This is what I asked R*, to wipe all the multiplayer data so it registers again a kill with both those weapons. I think it's not working because even though we removed our achievement, the data is saying we already did it.

 

Dunno if it makes any sense :woop:

Ive tried deleting all the DLCs including the rockstar pass going legend again. and nothing :/ i wonder if i actually bought the Hostile Negotion Map Pack from the marketplace maybe then it would reset the achievement.. idk.. thats my only thought and im not wasting 800msp to try get a achievement i already had. just fuck MP3 and its shit dlcs. im not even gunna do the rest of the dlcs. SOLD
