You unlock an in-game Badge and Title to use on your in-game profile (single/multiplayer)
A. Gamer
I believe that those indicate that you get an in-game present for getting those achievements. In the case of Forza 5, you get a new badge and title you can use. Yay! Awesome present! I think Assassin's Creed had it on the challenge? The present was an outfit? Could be wrong... Haven't gotten around to playing Assassin's Creed yet.
jamie126
Yeah there's like some 'achievements' like the one for beating the stig's digital cousin which award you with an in game item etc. but then the actual achievements the ones with gamerscore also have it next to them, like every single achievement has it, so you unlock something in game for pretty much every achievement you get? A. Gamer
Pretty much. Actually, there are a whole lot more badges/titles to unlock than there are achievements. Things like running out of gas, getting 1 million downloads, or getting your design/tuning on the Turn10 suggested list, multiple times.
