tally2425
Just looking to buy this game and wanting to play split screen can both players get achievements?
Dimensive
Since the co-op is god awful in this game, I can only tell you, play it with only 1 person or it won't be much fun.
darthmaulian
I agree that the multiplayer in this game does not work well at all, however, the achievements should be given to both players, assuming they are both logged in. Not all of them will, however, only the ones that say "do this or see another play do it" and the co-op achievements.
DanoHamo
the multi-player is such a big disappointment. hopefully the third can bring something decent to the game.

You have to be up each other's arses to move about.
arachnophilia
it's not split screen. it's single-screen, and locked. it's quite annoying in co-op. however, i believe every achievement in the base game unlocks for both players in co-op, and pretty much most (or all?) of the DLC does as well. at least they did something right, i guess. fable 3 co-op will be better. Benjaminjaninja
I've found you can do the co-op achs yourself, so you don't need to be on LIVE. Just as long as you have a second controller, log it in as a guest and do what it says on the tin. I only did this because I seem to disconnect a lot more playing Fable than any other game....anyone else have this problem?
ScryerNeo
I dont have any disconnection issues with Fable. I get D/C when I'm playing CoD more than any other game. And yeah, the Co-Op in Fable 2 does indeed suck, but from my experience, I've always been able to get the acheivements when playing as a minion in someone elses game, and the same can be said for people joining my game. Senor Mumbles
Hey!!! i just about to beat the game for the 2nd time.Didn't know about the beating the game achievement unlock trick @ the end. Benjaminjaninja
If you mean all the other achs after that, I went for money - so buying the castle etc. is much easier. Am I right in guessing that you mean the way you can quit and reload the 'choice' moment without havnig to replay the ENTIRE game like a lemon? Which is what I did.
