Hitman Reboot

Which is funny, because it is to be Hitman 2. Never knew that had a second film which they are going to remake.

According to Deadline, Paul Walker has been cast in the lead role of Fox's Hitman 2, a reboot of the video game-to-film series. Justified's Timothy Olyphant played Agent 47 in the original 2007 movie.

I like Paul Walker, but he doesn't suit the role. Already going to be a flop.

I love Timothy Olyphant and he's incredible in Justified but I didn't think he was right to play 47. Not cold enough. Paul Walker will be even less suitable, without a doubt. Personally would love to see Michael Fassbender as 47, but I love to see Michael Fassbender in anything, so that could be why. :)

Homeland star Rupert Friend is in negotiations to replace the late Paul Walker in 20th Century Fox's Hitman reboot Agent 47.

Why would anyone want Jason Statham? Can you imagine that voice coming out of the 47 character? I think Jason, is best for his action movies and stunts. He wouldn't look the part, IMO. Paul Walker was good for driving fast cars and Jason Statham is good for wearing the same suit and driving fast cars, to get people from point A to B. Then again, 47 doesn't really talk, so we wouldn't have to hear either of these two. Would Jason Statham even finish shaving his head for the part, or leave it like it is?

I had no idea of a reboot, or a second movie. Rupert Friend, seems like he would be good to play the part and look the part. The first movie was alright, but these video game's turning into movies aren't working so well, vise versa. I think tho, if you can get a good director, script writer's and actors, then you can get a good movie. That's really yet to happen tho with any of these.
