commandscorpion
Dont know if anybody else has found this out but I played 160 hours and only had marriage chevo left, was resigned to start second play through as my character was a Khajiit and i had read a lot of postes saying khajiit marriage is not possible. Not that I minded as game is brilliant, anyway I had previously got marriage amulet and had forgotten to take it off, I went to companions in white run to see vilkas for a quest and he said he was into me hay presto we get married jobs a gooden. Only one problem you can't complete purity quest if married to him so do this before marriage. Hope this is usefull. TombRaiser
They mean there are no Khajiit candidates to marry; not that you playing as a Khajiit can't get married.
FangtasticBite
Anyone can get married, however there are no Khajiit or Wood Elves to get married to, there is no male High Elves either. You are not restricted by race or gender for who you marry tho.

Nitnoid
A bit off topic, but, the nice thing about marrying Ysolda, she owns her own house. Not much in the way of storage but once I moved her to Riften, the house is mine. Its rather small but may be a good place to create my room o treasures...
