DJPez913
So my friend the other day was on the computer and had a windows 7 phone like program on his computer. Basically it was the phone without being able to call or text people but playing the games and getting achievements. Does anyone know what this program is? Ill will do anything for you if you find it.
Veedrock
This sounds like it treads illegal activity on several levels. We can't help you.
Joseph0714
Actually,I don't think it's illegal... I found this >this link< and for what I understand it's a Developer Tool? Though it does not say how to play games... that's the closest I could find

Yannie Boy
Your talking about the Windows Phone SDK which allows you to run an Emulation tool of the phone. The only way to put apps/games on your phones is to sideload the XAP to the phone and it IS illegal to deploy the XAP to your phone since the XAPs aren't publicity distributed. Also even if you got the XAP to load, you can't sync your live account to the Live servers since you need special access codes, that Microsoft provides, to do so. I'm actually creating an app so I'm familiar with the rules and such. You can also read up at the XDA-developers site for more info.
Crypt
Hmm. They really should just release these type of games on Android phones. It would make them a lot more money
sleepydumbdude
If he is your friend then why don't you just ask him what the program is? I've used that sdk and wasn't able to get achievements with it.
Crypt
But if it is not really on the phone, I just have a feeling that, if your not paying for the games, and well, it has to be a bit shady
