seems like a decent guide but can I suggest putting it in this form? Its pretty much the standard nowadays for achievements guides...

As taken from lego Indy:

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=194263

See how he has all the information before the actually achievements start? It would be nice to see the main info at the top and lead into special notes of interest and then a quick road map. Then start the achievements.

Good guide so far. But these changes could lead it to great.

I'm on my way to 100%ing this game and I'm just doing the assault missions for Separatist at the moment. I've done all the systems I've unlocked so far but could anybody tell me how I unlock the Tatooine, Ruusan Moon, Dead Moon of Antar, Vassek and Quell systems?

Thanks in advance.

They're shaded out, right? Locked? I started ground battles by converting everything to Separatist first. Since the systems that are locked are already Separatist, I unlocked the Viceroy achievement after I had done the ones that were unlocked (11 of them). Then I converted all 16 to the Republic, which unlocked those 5 previously locked, then went back and re-converted the previously locked systems back to Separatist for the gold bricks.

Hope that helps and it wasn't too confusing. It's a little of a grind and boring (especially if you are using the Super Speeders red brick), but that's the way it needs to be done.

If you start by converting to Republic first, you will find a lot more systems locked, because as you go through and convert to Separatist, it unlocks more Republic ground battles. So do Separatist first.

Hey Reigning Darth, do you think you should amend the guide to say that, to do the Separatist ground battles first? Also mention the Super Speeder red brick? Just a thought.

I was just doing the arcade vs. and I though everyone might like to know that, if the second player literally walks 5 ft to the switch and blows up the command center, player 1 wins immediately. Not that it's taking too long for just 3 matches, but it shaves minutes.

For this achievement, it might be helpful to mention that instead of Player 1 destroying Player 2's base for the win, just have Player 2 destroy their own base. That way you don't have to travel way across the map the the enemies' base to destroy it. Both start out at their own base, so just have Player 2 destroy their own and Player 1 wins. Just a thought. That's how I got it. Saves a lot of time.

I posted this method back on April 11th (page 2 of this thread), but Reigning Darth hasn't edited the guide in some time...

Is this game any fun?

That varies from person to person. While someone might love Lego games, others may only be playing it for the achievements. It's personal taste. Have you played any other Lego game?

The one thing different in this is the Ground and Space battles, which, in my opinion, are tedious and unfun, especially if you use the Super Speeders red brick cheat. Everything else is pretty much straight from every other Lego game; walk around, destroy objects, collect studs, defeat a boss...

I like Lego games. They're relatively easy with easy achievements, just time consuming. But, each game is basically the same with different characters and locales. Gameplay in each of them is almost identical, although there are some tasks in some games that are specific to that game.

So, to answer your question, I found it relatively fun with the exception of the Ground and Space battles.

Using the Radio ability, command troops 50 times.

This one will come with time and you should have it by the time you complete both the Republic and Separatist ground assault campaigns. You have to use a character with the radio ability like Commander Cody and have troops with the radio signals above their heads.

Walk up to them and press http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/b.png to get them under your command and then go to a target and hold http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/x.png until it highlights to get them to attack. That counts as one command. Do this 50 times.

Hey, first of all want to say great guide man, looked at it a couple times while playing, and don't know if you want to put this in or not but I found a faster way to get this achievement for people that want it quicker. On a ground assault level if you build two barracks beside each other say pink and green then use a character that has the radio abililty to take control of one set of troops with http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/b.png, then walk over to the other set and take control of them by pressing http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/b.png then just run between the 2 sets of troops pressing http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/b.png, and it should pop quickly

I found that you don't actually need to execute an order. I've done this twice on my account and my girlfriend did it too and it worked for both of us.

Bump - hey Reigning Darth, are you ever going to submit this for publication. I submitted the roadmap about 6 months ago, but they won't publish that without a guide.

Your last post in the forums was on 4/17/11. Mods, can I proofread and re-sort it in another thread and publish it in his name? Can that even be done?

If not, how about a sticky at least? For this thread and the roadmap?

Hey I would just like to give you a heads up that unlocking the 6 villains with the codes still allows you to receive the achievement. Unless you transfer to one of the characters while they are still locked in, it will disable not only that achievement but any others you try to get after that. I haven't been able to try fully shutting my Xbox down then turning it back on yet but I've finished all of the general grevious storyline but am still missing the last 2 achievements for it so yeah. If anyone knows what I messed up it would be great to know.
