rdrunr89
Work in Progress I will add more once the game comes out. I'll work on the road map then. Here is a description of the achievements. Overview: -Estimated achievement difficulty: 2/10 -Offline: 35(1000) -Online: 0 -Approximate amount of time to 1000http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg: 4-5 hours -Minimum number of play throughs needed: 32* -Number of missable achievements: None -Glitched achievements: None -Do cheat codes disable achievements?: No Cheats *Note: This includes beating all 30 teams, pitching a no-hitter, getting a Grand Slam, hitting all singles, hitting a home run in 6 different ball parks, playing Single Player mode, Showdown Mode, and Distance Derby Round. Some of these can be combined. Description (via GameFly) Big league ballplayers team up with big-time cartoon characters in this all-star baseball mash-up! The stars of Nicktoons join the stars of Major League Baseball for an unlikely baseball experience that's nothin' but fun. See SpongeBob take the mound at Fenway Park, have Ren and Stimpy patrol the outfield at Wrigley, and see if Robinson Cano can take Chum Chum yard. Play at real Major League parks and custom-created stadiums like Frosty Freeze Field. The player roster also features Zim, Fanboy, and Dudley Puppy, plus stars from all 30 Major League teams, including the Cardinal's Matt Holiday, the Dodger's Andre Ethier, the Braves' Jason Heyward, and others. This game is very similar to the "The Bigs" and plays just like it so you may have guys jumping unusually high in the game to catch the ball. Game Modes: 1) Single Player - Play quick games against another team. Start by choosing your character players and team. 2) Showdown 3) Distance Derby 4) Tournament - Play against 7 other teams and try to win the Championship. Achievements: All can be done in the minimum 3 inning game except where it states to play 9 innings. They are not bound by difficulty, so playing in Rookie mode will get them faster for you. You can not use 2 controllers to get the achievements but the game is easy enough that you don't need two. Thanks to Anthonyd46. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1913/+USF8w==.jpgThree Up Three Down 25 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png Have a 1, 2, 3 inning with a single pitcher in any single-player mode A "1, 2, 3, inning" is getting 3 straight batters out without allowing a batter to reach base. This means: No hits, No Walks, No Errors. You can strike out all 3, get fly outs, ground outs, etc. Just don't allow anyone to reach a base. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1913/+oV01Q==.jpgWalk This Way 50 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png Hit a walk-off home run A "Walk-Off" is when the game goes into the bottom half of the last inning of play and you are batting and either tied or trailing in the game, and you hit a Home Run to score the winning run. This can happen in the bottom of the 9th Inning or later in a game. You need to be the home team in order to get the opportunity to do a walk off, which means you bat last. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1913/-OZuCg==.jpgQuality Start 25 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png Go six or more innings and allow less than four earned runs with your starter Exactly what the description says, have the pitcher you start with pitch 6 innings and allow less than 4 runs. An inning pitched does not count until you get all 3 outs, so your pitcher would have to pitch the 6th inning and record all 3 outs in order to get this. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1913/-QaWmQ==.jpgComplete Game 25 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png Have your starting pitcher go the distance in a 9-inning game Keep your starting pitcher in the whole game. You don't have to win to get this achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1913/-iGClw==.jpgPerfect Game 100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png Pitch a perfect game (9-innings) A perfect game means: No one reaches base at all. No walks, No hits, No errors, no hitting the batter. You can get this achievement along with Complete Game and Quality Start if you do it right. This would also have to be done with your starting pitcher. Edited September 15, 2011 by rdrunr89

I was just gonna ask if 2 controllers can be used to get the achievements, but you already answered it. Thanks. It sucks that we can't use 2 controllers. Is the game still easy? I haven't played much baseball games, so it would have to be super easy to learn & play for me get a perfect game and stuff like that without having to play hours and hours to learn how to play it well. Its a copy of the game the bigs the interface is excatly the same. Its arcade style not simulation so its more user friendly as you just have to learn basic buttons to hit and pitch its not like mlb 2k11 where you have to use much strategy just pitch and hit and score like crazy on easy difficulty. You mostly blow strikes by people with no effort. Just beware since it is a copy of the bigs the players can all of a sudden jump 1000000 feet in the air and catch balls. anthonyd46
ok so just to give u some tips so u can add to the guide. Its def a 1/10 or 2/10 i would say 2/10 because maybe someone who doesnt know baseball will have some probs with the perfect game because if you throw too many balls the other team gets turbo and gets the auto hr chance which usually u can pitch out of but if u dont hit a perfect it will sometimes crush it. for play all the teams u can do 3 innings make yourself the home team so you can finish it off in the top of the 3rd and not have to play the bottom you can do any achievement 3 innings unless it says 9 i got alot of the 9 inning achs by winning the 9 inning showdown game, but that didnt unlock the single player one for me. (However the one man wrecking crew unlocks at the end of the game and not when u get it the rest unlock when you get it) Took me prob 5-6 hours i guess i started like 8pm est tuesday played for an hour then came back around 10pm and played but around 1230am i was starting to doze off like crazy and evnautally just fell asleep for like 4 hours then when i woke up it was like 430 am and i just shut the game off at that point and didnt play anymore. Then i finished it off from 12-2 today or so. So thats uh 1 hr + 3 hr + 2 hr i would say 6 but i guess if you dont fall asleep and can just do it straight you can get it done in 4-5. The most of the time will be just beating all the teams. I suggest playing tournament mode first as that will take 7 of the teams off the list and u dont need to play them otherwise. It is just like the bigs so be prepared for people to catch things 20 feet over their head i tried to just single then do a turbo hr go up like 2 or 3 to 0 then blow by fastballs to the cpu this worked as i won every game in the top of the 3rd except against the padres who hit a 2 run hr on a perfect pitch to tie it then i couldn't score in the bottom of the 3rd so it went 4 innings. The 20 targets can be tricky you will have to purposely miss pitches because if u hit like 8 in a row your score will skyrocket and the match will be over so hit like 2 miss 1 then 2 more miss another etc. I also found its easier to get a double play by turboing a throw to a base when a runner has stranded to far than your traditional dp. Well thats about it very enjoyable for the $1.50 i paid from the red box. (You can rent the game for $1.50 instead of $2 if you reserve it on www.redbox.com first) Edited September 14, 2011 by anthonyd46

theEVOL1
20 games an hour? Telling people that this is a 2 hour completion is an outright lie. 20 games an hour is a game every 3 minutes. I went through the tournament alone that took me almost 2 hours on 3 inning games and I didn't even come close to losing. That only got me 7 teams done plus I have played 2 9 inning games to get the showdown and single player 9 inning achievements. I didn't get the perfect game achievement because in the first 9 inning game, some fucking scrub parked one with 2 outs in the ninth. So I'm about 3 hours in and sitting at just over 600 points and no fucking clue how I'm going to hit for the cycle or how long it's going to take me to luck out and get a double play. This game is a pile of shit and this guide is not helpful and I only got it because there was some guy in this thread saying it was a 2 hour completion. Hopefully the OP actually plays this game someday and comes back to fix this guide. I can't event tell you how tired I am of these hastily thrown together guides in an attempt just to be the one to put a guide up. Or even better, if Teal pavelski can 1k this game in 2 hours, why don't you share some insight.
theEVOL1
Look, I know how to play baseball games. Yes, I was winning 1-0 games. My biggest problem is that now I am going down the list beating all of the teams on 9 inning games to try to get this goddamned perfect game. I have all but 4 achievements which are the 2 beat all the teams achievements, get all cards and throw a perfect game. I have 8 FUCKING ONE HITTERS!!!!!!!! I'm about to smash a controller over this piece of shit. 8th and 9th inning bloopers are driving me insane! As far as the guide, if the OP doesn't care enough to come back and finish what he started, fuck his toes! Stomp all over those bitches and make a guide worth posting! Semp Pi
If this ends up being the guide that gets stickied, you may want to add in the roadmap that turning off menu and in-game tips/hints will speed up play greatly. Otherwise, the game will give you the same hints over and over when you're trying to beat every team.
anthonyd46
some more tips you can add: Showdown is just the mlb all star game but its mlb stars vs nicktoons pick a side doesnt matter which and win a 9 inning game. Distance derby like i said you need 20 targets for the card hit 2 then miss hit another 2 then miss till u get 20 then win pick to face someone with very low power like estevez. When you are batting, are you bunting every time? You want to do what you can to ensure they don't make a "great catch" and earn a turbo boost. I would also choose characters with good arm strength (especially infield) as sometimes a routine grounder turns into a single because of a slow throw/clunky animation. Also, if you know the batter is a fast runner, use some of your power pitches on them, you don't want to risk them getting an infield single. Make sure you have a turbo pitch available in case they activate a turbo hit. Pitch around the edges and change your pitch occasionally. Good luck! Distance derby like i said you need 20 targets for the card hit 2 then miss hit another 2 then miss till u get 20 then win pick to face someone with very low power like estevez. Also a side note, for obtaining the card related to hitting 20 targets. It must be done in one game, it is not cummulative. Basically you do explain this, in the way you have it written, But some people are retarted and cant read, so I just tried to make it as simple to understand as possible. rdrunr89
For the record, Teals guides are good, no doubt, but for you ones who want to bash, maybe understand that some people have jobs and don't sit on their collective arses in their parents basement. I did do updating but I have a real job so f*** off. Sorry I don't sit in front of my Xbox 24/7. And I have written other guides, so I'm not one that just "puts one up there". Bite me. In all respect, you shouldn't write a guide if you don't have the time to complete it. You also shouldn't write a guide 2 weeks before a game comes out. I didnt want to step on your toes, but we needed a complete guide.
